I would like to leave a review on the blatant fuckery going on here.... I took my car in to check the engine..... they convinced me to buy 4 tires and an alignment... I said ok fine. Then when it was done a guy called me to say "hey we finished the car but I just looked at it and I see metal on the tires rim or whatever he said and he said "I think you need to buy an alignment to fix it" I told him calmly "you just did an alignment" And he said "ohhh ok your car is ready to be picked up". Second time at this site. First time I replaced all the tires on my RV. Service was imp cable. Today I accidentally inflated a tire with latex. Thought I might have a problem. Got to the store before 8am. Met with Joshua (great guy). He handled my problem efficiently and made special accommodation for handicapped friend while we waited. I found in my two visits to this store the staff was warm and friendly and very customer conscious. read more

When I walked in they were moderately busy but were able to help me soon after coming through the doors. When I asked the gentleman approximately how long it might take, he ended up being pretty close more or less 10 min. As I was leaving, I heard a teammember taking with another customer via phone to make sure everything with their car was set. Followed by the same guy checking me out. It was an easy transaction through the entire process. I very much enjoyed my visit today. read more

We send 95% of our alignments to this tire kingdom on linton blvd .Over the years they have been fair to us. Today they treated my tech with dis respect and was very unprofessional. how are you going to mis treat my employees when we give you business almost every week. I called the store to make a complaint and the Manager Chris acted like I was waste his time and it did not warrant a call. I complained and he was like o.no apologies, nothing. Im like that all you have to say is ok . We maybe a wholesale account but deserve same amount as respect as any other customer. If someone called me to complain regardless of the complaint you are suppose to show empathy and apologize. I gave them one star because I had to give something in order to write this review. They deserved absolutely no rating at all. What a joke this place is as well as the unqualified, incompetent liars that work there. I made a 9:00 appointment to have a tire rotation and oil change. I was told by the service tech (Pete) that it would be a little bit because they are a guy short. I left the truck with the understanding they would call when ready. 2:00 came around and I hadn't heard anything about my truck. At this time I called and was told by the advisor (Joe) that only one guy showed up and I was next on the list. At 4:00 I showed up and my truck was still in the same spot I placed it in. I entered the store where 2 employees were at the counter, another employee watching TV in the waiting area, one guy actually working and one employee working on his personal vehicle. I asked for my truck and they said it wasn't ready. I took the truck because I realized these guys have no clue how to run a facility. On my way out I asked the guy working on his personal vehicle (Pete) what was the name of the store manager. He responded that we don't have a manager here that we pretty much do as we please. BUYER BEWARE ~ I've used Tire Kingdom in the past without incident however, this recent experience made me MAD ! I went online ordered 4 tires, with balance & alignment including an oil change all for $393.21. This order was placed 3 days prior to the appointment time. Not only did they NOT have my tires in stock or even know of the order or appointment, they attempted the old " BAIT & SWITCH " routine on me. Not only did they attempt to over charge me for other tires but, add an additional charge of $89.99 for the alignment ! They wanted nearly $500.00 for everything. When I had place my order online EVERYTHING was included until I printed out my copy of the receipt. The alignment was not individually listed however, it read : ALL-INCLUSIVE INSTALLATION. Amazingly it had disappeared ! When I brought this up to the associate he was quite adamant that ALL-INCLUSIVE INSTALLATION DID NOT include the alignment. This is nonsense ~ even after I came home and got back online did I "chat" with one of their customer service reps. AMAZINGLY the deal I got "supposedly " no longer included the alignment. So, first they get you in ~ then try to rope you into something else and overcharge you. I'm nearly 60 years old ( so this is not my 1st time buying tires ) and would NEVER purchase 4 new tires without an alignment ! How convenient the "great deal" just disappeared from my order form and marked everything as ALL-INCLUSIVE. You'd better think twice before going to any Tire Kingdom ever ! 1) I called to see if they were busy and was assured they could get me in. 2) Drove through torrential rain/wind to get there, only to be told they were extremely busy and I needed to come back the next day. 3)Took my car in to get a plug put into a flat tire. I specifically asked them to check out all my tires. They assured me that they ALWAYS check out all tires. You guessed it.. they plugged the flat and that was it. My neighbor had taken her car in for an oil change a few weeks earlier and while they'd assured her they'd top all the fluids.. they didn't fill her windshield washer fluid. When she called to inquire about it.. they told her they'd been out for months and had no idea when they'd get any. I should have seen the writing on the wall. read more

Horrible customer service! Bad attitude - they act like they don't need or want your business and tell you they will check on tire availability and call you but they never do. I called after waiting 2 days and was put on hold for 20 min and finally I hung up. I drove back over after waiting 3 days for their call and no one had a clue about my tires. Great staff and very helpful. I had a flat tire and had to buy new ones so they did the best for the best price and great tires. By the next day I had a flat tire, (huge screw) and unfortunately I didn't have road side assistance nor the tools to put the spare tire. I called them and the manager ended up coming by my place near by their location to help me out with the tire so I can bring the car back and have them fix it. I never do this. But my husband brought my daughters care in to patch a tire and we got home and it got flat again . We called Joe was super nice and we went back the next day and he took car right back in and found the problem. Yes annoyed it wasn't fixed the first time but how they treated us after was so nice and felt so bad even offered if he couldn't fix would replace the tire. Great custom service is hard to find. Can you say "INCOMPETENCE?" That is Tire Kingdom. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, my car was taken into the shop. I have a 2016 Camaro RS with factory wheels that pick up a nail and needed to be repaired. I clearly told the Tire Kingdom man to be certain NO TO SCRATCH the front right wheel that had the nail. The car was taken into the shop and I waited. The mechanic came out in ask what tire was going flat. Telling the clerk who wrote the order was a waste. He did NOT specify which tire was affected! After again telling them which tire was leaking air, they remove it. The let the air out and then the mechanic came in to speak to me. They said that with their equipment, they would scratch the wheel face since the machine grabbed the face of the wheel. What???? I was assured my wheel would not be damaged but now I am told the wheel will get damaged! Not only is Tire Kingdom confused and disorganized, they do not have modern tire mounting machines that can handle current original factory style wheels. I wasted about 2 hours and received nothing but disappointment, stress and never had my tire repaired. Tire Kingdom is a problem waiting to happen to anyone who makes the mistake of going to them. read more

Had an appointment for tire rotation and alignment at 9:30 - no problems. Left my other car at 11:30 for a oil change - was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours - just hit back at 3:00 pm and they just started!!!! So a 5 on one car and a negative 1 on the other! Manager comped the oil change and apologized profusely. read more

I always have the most frustrating experience here. Between them taking four hours for a simple rotation, being late, being rude, and overcharging and pretty much lying about their prices on things. Needed a tire changed late on a Saturday afternoon. They had the tire we needed and did it right away. I will go back!

Cheap oil change and clean facilities. But I had to wait TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a simple oil change. I called ahead (to avoid this) and scheduled an appointment for 11:00. I arrived at 10:55. They took my keys and asked me to have a seat in their waiting area. I expected to be there for 30-45 minutes because I had an appt. Apparently appointments don't matter. If they were running behind, no one cared to let me know. At 11:45 they finally took my car into the bay. At 12:30, I was told my car would be done in 20-25 minutes. So again I waited... Finally at 1:00 I noticed my car was sitting outside. No one was at the counter and no one came to tell me it was ready. Finally at 1:15 I flagged someone down to cash me out so I could go on with my day. read more

Took my car here last spring to get the control arms fixed. They fixed the control arms and the guy at the front told me I may hear a clinking sound which is "totally normal and not anything to worry about". Me, knowing nothing about cars, trusted him. Which I now realize was incredibly stupid of me. Anyways, fast forward to today when I took my car to a different body shop to get my AC looked at. They told me I had a loose ball joint caused by whoever fixed my control arms. Apparently this was so dangerous that they fixed it for FREE because they didn't want me driving around on it. If you're thinking of wasting your money here think again. The people who work here are either so cruel they don't think twice about manipulating and lying to customers, or they are so incompetent that they don't know a loose ball joint is pretty significant. I have a terrible experience this morning at the Tire Kingdom on Linton Blvd...I have my cars oil changes done at that location for years well there customer service has been going down hill for a while...today I had an 8:30 Am appt for an oil charge...when I arrive there was only one person at the counter there were five customers waiting...the counter person was waiting on a customer who had a nail in their tire... well the counter person took an half hour processing this flat tire...people who were waiting left in frustration...the counter person instead of asking another person to come in and help out at the counter instead he seem to street out the service people started to leave...so after an 1/2 hour I left on my way out there was only two cars in the Bay Area and four guys standing around because a food truck...here's the bottom line there customer service sucks and they will never see me again guess they think that they are the only people in town doing oil changes...I also recently sent an email to their contact and never received a reply so here's what I have to say...bye bye read more

Had two experiences here which made me stay away forever from this place. My wife went there for a flat tire to be fixed they told her that the brakes on her new car had to be replaced immediately. I asked the mechanic to show me why. He stuttered because I know car maintenance well. Ever since I was a kid I worked on cars. A tiny spring had cracked. That was a $4 part from Ford. They wanted to charge my wife over $400 for a tiny, non important problem. The second was my mother. She had a water pump leak and they told her $1600 of work needed to be done. Hogwash! I took the car elsewhere right around the corner. $300 for a new water pump and her car ran fine. This is the type of place that nightmares are made of. Tire Kingdom is NOT a reliable place to do business. I bought four Yokohama tires (instead of just replacing my flat) because the manager told me they had a GREAT deal on four tires. Furthermore, bought Yokohamas instead of Michelins because they had a GREAT deal that included a mail-in rebate. He gave me the forms for the mail-in rebate but when I got home the invoice states it is NOT eligible for the rebate. When I called back to ask for an explanation the manager hung up the phone on me...So now I've stopped payment at American Express and will do everything I can to let people know about the misrepresentations at Tire Kingdom. Never again. I had an 8:30am oil change appointment booked. I showed up 15 minutes early hoping to get in and out in time for work. Instead my car sat in the parking lot until 9am, despite there being twice as many workers as cars. The car has now been on the lift another half hour and hasn't been touched in at least 20 minutes. What's the point of even making an appointment??? I could've been in and out of 20 other oil change places in 20 minutes, not 90. The one redeeming part of the experience is Danielle at the front desk, who was pleasant throughout the experience and seemed to be trying to push along the shop. read more

They are very disorganzied and have nothing in the computer notes so if you order 4 tires and make an appointment, chances are you get there and they will not have the correct tires. Expect a nice 6 hour day to get 4 tires on...Total nightmare cluster. Management has changed over a couple times. Each one worst than the last. Would not go there if my car was on fire for them to put it out. well, Ill get my free alignment, but only becuase its paid for lol. The person at the service counter stated that they would take the car back right away and finish within the promised hour time frame. I was not able to check out until 12:55.
