Nick's customer service leaves plenty of room for improvement. As a long standing customer of this location, I called to see how quickly I could be seen. Knowing that I do not have an appointment and it's Saturday I was certainly expecting to be told of a significant wait. After I told him that unfortunately I could not wait an hour and a half today to be seen he just hung up the phone on me. This type of interaction is what makes people take their business elsewhere. After explaining in detail,m what was wrong with my Trailer tire I was told they could definitely fix it and to come in. I limped my Truck And Trailer 10 miles to get to them because it really wasn't drivable. These morons didn't listen to a word I said, have no idea what they're doing and aren't even looking at the right tire after telling them 10 times which one it was. They come back in and tell me I need to replace an axle. That axle happens to be new and isn't even attached to the tire that I'm talking about. The tech got embarrassed and said well we don't even do trailers and drove off. did I forget to mention that he didn't get out of his car he pulled up to it from a window. ..yea...These guys are idiots. I have been needing wipers and an oil change for a while & I stopped in without an appointment. Spoke to the store manager Joe Notgarnie and we set up the oil change appointment for this coming Monday. Joe replaced my wipers and filled my wiper fluid on the spot. He was super nice and very professional. I realize my experience with this Tire Kingdom is limited, however my one time here was fabulous. Had a terrible experience at this place! Initially came in for a tire repair; I was told the wait will be 1-1:30 which ended up being 2 hrs ( which is annoying but understandable since it was Saturday). After waiting for 2hrs and being told that my tire is repaired, I went home 0.5 miles away just to find my tire fully flat 1hr later SAME TIRE. I called the place, brought it back in, just to get told that I probably got another nail while I was gone (WOW, what are the chances). After gaslighting me, they checked the tire, found the leak, and now told me that the tire is too old to be repaired and they couldn't do it.....(IT WAS EXACTLY 1hr OLDER FROM THE FIRST REPAIR). So basically I got ripped off for "tire repair" of an un-drivable tire and 2 hrs of my life. All could've been avoided if they told me that I needed new tires to begin with or repaired the tire properly the first time. What a waist of money and time due to the incompetence of the staff. Would never go back there again and will warn everyone to stay away from that place. P.S. Another trusted auto shop said they can repair the tire no problem but I do need new tires in the next few months, so I've opted out into getting new tires with them, people who actually nice, honest, and good at their job. read more

Avoid this place. Took my car in to have a tire replaced and an oil change. When picking up the car the attendant told me that I needed rear rotors. I asked how that could be since the car only had 6,000 miles on it. He took me out to show me the rotors had some rust on them and told me to feel how rough and worn they were. I declined and for peace of mine had the brakes checked at firestone. Was told they were fine. Total rip off artists. read more

A. Absolute debacle from a Delray Beach location I had trusted. When techs could not put my hubcaps and wheel covers on properly, they and Stu insisted it was because the wheel stems were stripped...unrelated to their work. Handed me the pieces with a shrug. Something seemed off so went to another service center. Nothing wrong with my wheels...they just didn't know how to put it all back together. They lied to cover up what they could not do. Went back with the written report from the service center and was treated so badly because they were caught. So disappointed in the lack of ethics and business responsibility. read more

My 2014 Prius tire warning light came on but my tires were not losing air. So I took it to Tire Kingdom on November 21, 2024. Since my last visit in Jan. 2023, it had been acquired by Mavis Tires and Brakes. Courtney told me it would take about 45 minutes to change the tire sensors. An hour later, Courtney called to say my tires had dry rot and all four needed to be changed. I told him I was not interested. 5 minutes later, he called again to say he could offer a great deal on 4 tires, and I replied no again. When I walked back, Junior was working on the car and told me tires have a manufacture date stamped on them and two of my tires were made in 2018 and were old and needed to be replaced. The other two were made in 2021. Junior tried at least 5 times to reset the car's computer but the dash still showed the tire warning light. Replacing all 4 sensors cost $257 and I left at 1 pm. Rather than 45 minutes, it took 2 hours. The receipt says: "Rec: [recommend] 4 tires $360 + tx (from 2108)". At home, my records showed I had purchased 4 new tires at the same Tire Kingdom on March 26, 2021. Over the last 3 years and 8 months I had put 23,920 miles on them. When I called, Courtney said Tire Kingdom does not exist anymore, I would have to contact the Mavis' corporate office, I did not buy an extended warranty, he could not print my receipt from 2021 and he would need to look at the tires. When I drove over there, Courtney showed me the manufacture date on each tire: 3 were made in 2021 and one was made in 2019. Junior tried to turn off the warning light but was still unsuccessful. Eventually the store refunded the $257 for the tire sensors. Another mechanic looked at the tires and said one might need to be replaced in 6 months. I am not returning to this Tire Kingdom. read more

I took 2 rims and tires to this location verified with the manager if they can install new tires for these rims the manager reassure me they could, so I went ahead and bought 2 brand new tires from them. Just to find out that not only they weren't capable of installing the tires but also damaged the rims in the process of trying . Manager was supposed to call me back to resolve or talk about the issue but got no call, but regardless there's nothing they can do to fix this I don't trust this business so I will not accept credit at this location or any recommendations from them . You know when a place does what they say they can do? Yeah, it's pretty hard to find a place like that theses, but man Tire Kingdom was a big exception to the rule! We had a last minute issue with the car that really needed to fixed. We looked around to try and find someone that could do the work, and not leave us hanging out for a million hours. The crew was really great and got us in ASAP. Now it wasn't like they had every single bay open, they we're actually busy. However, they listened to our dilemma and got that we weren't just trying to "get in before everyone else". That said to come on down. The bottom line is we got there, go in, and got out within 90 minutes. The issue was taken care of and we were able to get on our way. I guess what I'm trying to say here is they did a really great job! read more

Went there for a 4 tire replacement. I ordered 4 tires which were priced at 145 each. The tires ordered were not in stock. I agreed to a lesser priced tire a 107 each. They replaced the tires but charged me for the more expensive tire. I was called by management who cleared up the issue. read more

While this location WAS good, Joe seems to be gone. Staff was obnoxious, condescending, and clueless. Told me issue was that I needed brakes, shocks, and four tires. I tried to explain that the dashboard specifically said low fluid (even though fluid level was fine), and maybe it's a level sensor/switch? They told me my car doesn't have a fluid level switch and the indicator always means it needs brakes. I'm reasonably sure that's not true. Maybe it DOES need brakes, but I wanted the immediate problem fixed...not a sketchy sales tactic. Stay clear! BTW - I topped off the fluid reservoir and the indicator went off...I'll get my brakes looked at elsewhere. read more

We have gone here for oil changes for 10+ years. In and out and I was warned that the will try to upsell and say there is something wrong with the car. Today, that happened and I was SCAMMED. Me: I forgot my coupon at the house. Is there any way I can apply that discount 10$/$20? Monday we waited 4 hours for our oil change and your air compressor went out and we got our car back not finished. Vito: Well, you would have been waiting at home anyway, right? (WRONG ANSWER- Red flag) I get a call saying that my car is ready followed by a WHOLE LIST of things wrong with it. (Red Flag) We can change your brakes at least because the brakes are normally $59 and there is a discount taking them to $29. Arrived there and the bill for an oil change and 2 brake pads was $329 and 'oh yeah, like I mentioned on the phone here is the rebate you can fill out and send in.' NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT SENDING IN THE REBATE nor did he give me an estimate. We have been going here for YEARS and never to happen again. SCAM. The whole situation was handled horribly. I can not recommend this place. My wife brought her car here to patch a tire. They wanted $90 for it. Very expensive for a patch but we needed it so we said ok. A couple hours later they call and say the car wouldn't start and it needs a new battery. It hadn't ever had an issue with a battery before so this was highly suspicious. We were short on time so we said ok just do it. We return to get the car and get the bill. The battery cost is $40 higher than their most expensive advertised battery price and they billed $65 for battery installation (another $40 higher than the highest advertised cost for installation). I went in to talk to them about it. He gave some weird explanation but eventually did issue an $80 credit. Overall felt like they were trying to take advantage of my wife. Even that aside, their normal prices for most services are much more expensive than the market rate. read more

I don't know how anyone could have a complaint with this place. I arrived at 7:45 am on a Saturday. Dropped my vehicle with a real friendly guy named Joe. It took all of 5 minutes. He told me it would be about an hour and a half. I came back in an hour to just wait out the last 30 minutes, but my car was done. Went in and was out the door and leaving in 5 minutes or less. Prices were good, place is clean, everyone is super friendly... how can you not give it 5 stars? So that was my first experience in December of 2019. Fast forward 6 months to June 4, 2020. I arrived and had 4 new Nitto NT555 tires I wanted mounted on my vehicle. Left the car for 4 hours or so. Picked it up and drove about 1/2 mile home and everything was good. Next morning my TPMS sensor was reading 27 psi, drove for about 3-5 min and it immediately went to 36 psi where the rest were. Turned the car off after arriving at work and the sensor was back down to 26 psi. I hooked up a gauge to the tire and there was 36 psi in it, even though it was reading 26 still. Figured it would correct itself with some driving again. That didn't happen, so I deflated the tire completely and refilled it to 36psi. It still read 26psi. So I called the store and explained and they told me to stop by. One of the associates came out with the scan tool and immediately told me he had never seen the code, or error that it was showing before. He went back into the shop for about 5 min and then came out and told me the sensor was throwing bad pulses... I asked what was going to be done and he said "you have to do some research and buy a new sensor." I explained that all my sensors worked fine yesterday when I pulled in, and his response was "are you saying we caused this?" I replied"well it worked before." He started telling me that they were probably aftermarket and just went bad. Then, " you should do some research" again left at that point. Probably top 3 worst experiences I've ever had with a tire shop. STAY AWAY. Called and spoke to the manager Joe. I explained the situation. I made a comment about my age and having quite few vehicles in my life with TPMS sensors, but never seeing this type of issue... his response was "well they've only been around for 15 years or so, so you couldn't have had them that long." Joe did tell me to drop My car off again in the morning and that he would Look at it himself, but sensors go bad all the time. I took my car to a competing business about 50 yards from Tire Kingdom... wheel was removed, tire dismounted, and low and behold there was a massive amount of the mounting material in the sensor eye of the TPMS sensor. Tire Kingdom employees arguing and refusing to admit that just maybe there was a minor mistake is the worst part of all of this.
