We took our car in after our brakes started feeling funny and making grinding noises. We left it with them for a while. When we returned they said there was nothing wrong. We asked why there had been noises and what was going on. They said they didn't know but everything was fine. 2 weeks later and the noise got worse. Took it to a local mechanic and he needs to replace a bunch of stuff related to the brakes. We were making the problem worse by driving on it. It's crazy that Tire Kingdom couldn't get a very straightforward diagnosis correct and that it ended up costing us a lot of money. Just don't go here. read more

I took my vehicle in for repairs to a leak in one of my tires. The technician said he could not find a leak. I told him something was obviously wrong because the psi was very low for one tire. This is a new vehicle and the only explanation was a leak, so he agreed to test again. Twenty minutes later, he handed me the keys and said the car was ready to go. The tire was full of air when I left, and I assumed the tire was repaired. This is exactly what he wanted me to think. If the tire was still not safe for driving, or was not repaired, I was never told. The next day, the same tire was almost flat. I called the business and was promised a call back from the manager. Never happened. This morning, I got through to him and we spoke briefly He was rude, defensive and hung up on me when I told him that he needed to send someone to pick up the vehicle and complete the work they never did, as it was not safe to drive. When I called back, he hung up again after I told him that it was not smart to fight about something like this and to stop making lame excuses and being so defensive. I would not trust this guy with a goldfish. read more

had and appointment for 1pm due to 1 tire loosing minor air (that's all) arrived at 12:50pm and turned the car in. I see everyone walking around chit chatting and nearly working... I asked about my car about 20 minutes ago and they said that I am next. it is 2:15pm now (1 hour and 15 minutes since my appointment time) still they have not even looked at the car....pretty bad start... (they don't care) now I am scarred/wondering if they know what the heck they are doing...beware!! read more

Don't go to this tire shop. The workers damaged my tires and then tried to tell me I was going to kill other drivers if I didn't get new tires. Can't get a simple tire rotation anymore. Sad!! Update: Been trying to get the headquarters to address this but the Consumer Relations Specialist at TBC Corporation has miraculously determine that "this is not something that could have occurred at our location". She's obviously the expert! All in all don't EVER deal with this company or go to this location. read more

We took our car in for new breaks. FOUR HOURS later noticed a new noise. Brought it back next morning and was informed "the emergency break shoe fell off" "FELL OFF". This is a closed system. If it fell off it would still be inside the rotor. Nope, no sign of it. So now they want an additional $200 to replace the shoe that magically disappeared after they opened up the breaks. All together cost for break job? $852 *\-. Never again!!! read more

I've been oh hold for 38 minutes trying to schedule an alignment which I have a warranty on. Warranty's are not good if you cant get an appointment to fix the alignment. You can only schedule an alignment check on line and that does not leave time for the alignment as I found out the hard way. This phone problem is not new, Previously I tried stopping in to make an appointment but twenty minutes later I had not been helped so I gave up. I would be going someplace else except my warranty is still good and the alignment is still not right. This will be my 3rd time - I hope it doesn't still pull to the right after this fix. If my tires wear uneven they will not honor the tire warranty so a good alignment is important. Ill be getting a rotation also. read more

1 hr and half into my oil change and tire rotation I got a call about bad rear shocks, needs brakes and the tires are going bad. When I took a look at the car, the shock where good the brakes have an another 40,000 miles and the tires need the be rotated. Ha why I came in for and the oil change. High mileage oil change and tire rotation completed in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon.

No problem with the tires or price this time from Tire Kingdom but the phone call telling me I needed brake pads and rotors totaling $1,100 something was way out of line. Brake pads were $525.00 and at 47,000 miles and never replaced I know they are getting thin. When braking there is no vibration in the steering wheel. I refused their offer and cheeked elsewhere and quality pads were installed for $300.00 and rotors were in good shape. Beware of these phone calls. read more

So I haven't had car service but today I had "care" service. My car totally died and I coasted into their parking lot with the luck of the universe. (Thank goodness we didn't get rear ended!) as the car is totally dead. Then this EXTREMELY nice man Ernesto help us roll to safety and take a look at the problem. I haven't ever had a situation like this before so I was super flustered - but he really was cool. He quickly took a look at it and realized it was beyond their ability to fix and had someone to suggest we take the care to, Not sure how we will handle tomorrow but cannot thank this man and business enough for their help today (& maybe the next day until I figure out how to get my dads car back to Fort Lauderdale ASAP. read more

Went in for a simple patch of a tire which had previously been patched by them and ended up having my tire destroyed and possibly my rim. I am now running on the doughnut tire which when I got into the car and the dash said low tire pressure and questioned then, was told it was because of the small tire. Once I left and got to my destination I looked at the tire to see that it was almost Flat. They never checked it after they put it on. It is the second day and am still waiting to hear on the info of my new tire and rim that they have. I have called two time with the phone ringing of the hook. No Answer yesterday and today put on hold to never come back to me so I hung up. It seems that the help is all gone with one new guy that is in training.. ITS Not Working!! I scheduled an appointment to get my tires rotated and an oil change last Saturday. Within a matter of just a couple minutes I was told they couldn't rotate my tires because I was told my front tires are "bald" and there's not much tread on the back ones. I may be a female but I know what a bald tire looks like! I left very disappointed. Then as I'm driving, I notice they never completely closed the hood and of course I had to stop and close it! I ended up calling them when I got home as the key to my rims wasn't where I left it, only to find out they put it in the seat of the drivers side. It's so disappointing when companies try to deceive you to make money. Needless to say, I would never return there and have already started telling everyone I know about them. When I DO need tires, I will go elsewhere. read more

Have business acct for over 15 years. Few weeks after oil change found huge puddle of oil in driveway, noticed oil filter was very loose. I tightened it myself then returned to tire kingdom to get completely blown off by the manager. He basically ignored me told me the guys were busy when I got there as they were opening. October 2018 - went into Tire Kingdom store on 2455 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL for a simple oil change last week. After the oil change, we took our car home and noticed the next morning that it had leaked a large amount of turquoise fluid. It turns out that the mechanic put window wash fluid into the anti-freeze reservoir to top it off. Brought the car back and Michael the manager admitted that a screw up had happened, drained the radiator ( and hopefully flushed it out???) and replaced the window wash/antifreeze mess with new anti-freeze, which is iridescent green in color, not turquoise. This could have been very serious had we taken the car out for a long drive, after the oil change. The engine could have overheated, damaged the radiator or worse. Note: We did not ask that TK top to off the window wash fluid. How is it that a trained mechanic doesn't know window wash from anti-freeze or what is the anti-freeze reservoir tank???? read more
