It is an interactive experience as you stay in your vehicle the whole time. They ask you to put on your left turn signal, right turn signal, breaks, etc... I watched in disbelief as they removed my cabin filter from behind my glove box. I couldn't believe how filthy it was. I have trust issues so I might not have believed it came from my car if I wasn't sitting in the car and hadn't witnessed it with my own two eyes. I called Rapido and a friendly voice named Sebastian was on the other line. He was so kind and listened to my issues and assured me if I drop the car off he could take a look at it and since it was almost closing time he would accept it and let me know what was going on in the morning.
