Didn't charge me anything for the assessment. Only complaint I would have is that I never gave consent for them to drive my vehicle on the road. I just asked them to assess the wheels and tires by spinning them and using methods with the car on the ground of in the shop and not moving. Maybe thats not reasonable haha im not sure. I just assumed a wheel shop would have a way of assessing a bent wheel without having to drive the car. Otherwise an excellent experience and honest work!

I will argue they completely overcharge for minor repairs (things you could do with a Youtube video). More significantly, they screwed up multiple repairs on multiple cars that I gave them. NEVER did Country Auto admit we made a mistake, or could have done things better (when, as someone who knows cars, knows they could have done MUCH better). I am NOT a competitor - and I have proof if Country Auto wants to go to court with me - happy to to prevent the average person from getting ripped off.. Remember, the best defense for libel is THE TRUTH. I had my three kids with me. Took a while to get the car in, and there are windows so you can watch the techs work. There was no urgency. It was a bunch of kids hanging out with their friends eating snacks. Two hours later the tires were finally replaced. Then the hood was up. I went to the counter and asked what was going on...their reply was, a "complimentary full service check." I told them to back the car out, we're leaving. The alignment was never checked. I didn't go in for a battery or any other checks. The instructions were clear, two tires and an alignment...never again. Never.
