I made the appointment online super easy and only waited a couple of minutes. When I asked how much the bill would be today I was told don't worry about it. I pointed out that I had a new car since my last visit and still had the factory tires ( you get free lifetime rotation when you purchase their tires) The manager said that's ok we appreciate your business and want you to keep coming back. This simple gesture of appreciation means so much to me, in today's world of businesses taking customers for granted and customers taking businesses for granted this is so refreshing. I of course will continue to give my family's business to this establishment, they have earned it time and time again

He said because you didn't do tire rotation it doesn't cover it. I said ok, do 2 tires. He gave me a price. I said I did similar vehicle in another location look it up and match it. It was Michelin tire at the other location. I thought they gonna match it the price and tire of their own other store price. When I came to pick it up the vehicle, it is Yokohama tire. They can't even match up their own store price, they don't care if you have 20+ cars in your fleet, they care about money. Don't go to this location.

The staff were very friendly and the store was conveniently close. They told me about the standard charge up front for diagnosing the issue which is about $125 after taxes. I dropped the car off Saturday morning and about 3.5 hours later they called to tell be it was a bad spark plug and ignition coil which would cost about $490 and included the diagnostic charge. I was happy it was not something worse but it also seemed excessively spendy. If I wanted to replace all the spark plugs, I was looking at $1123. They were charging $53 a spark plug. The same exact brand and model cost $15 at your local auto supply store. I know they need to have a mark up but over 3 times? Labor was also I believe excessively charged. They took my car apart to diagnose it because they said they checked all the spark plugs. Why is it another 2.9 hours of labor to put it back together? Anyway, if you need to get your car fixed right away, bring it there and they can do it the next day with friendly staff. You will pay extra for that service though.

I was in disappointed that you would sell someone tires knowing when you go to swap them out the next year you're not able to do that. Maple Grove Tire & Service - No rivets replaced inside the wheel well. Shoddy work!

Rivets within wheel well skirt were simply left off and not reinstalled. The wheel well skirt is loose and flopping around. Nearly $1,400 in shock replacement work done and this is the best they could do? Not acceptable. We called after noticing the white rivets. The person at the front desk denied any knowledge of anything. Lastly, after replacing all four shocks and all four tires with brand new tires, we were told by the manager Damian that the "Jeep Death Wobble" would stop. A month later It did not stop and was just as bad as before all of the above was replaced. We found a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic who replaced the tie rods. That has fixed the Jeep "Death Wobble." Tires Plus should have recommended that we go to a mechanic that could have checked the tie rods first before Tires Plus charged $1,400 to replace the shocks. Replacing the shocks AND the tires DID NOT solve the problem. The root cause of the problem was the tie rods. We wonder now if Tires Plus did a shotty job installing all four shocks?

After paying we were told our cars year and model has a recall, which would've been nice to know before we paid for the work. Called tires plus back, talked to Ron and explained my frustrations and he hung up on me after trying to explain the situation. If you're in need of car repair, please, do not go here.

They were patient, helpful, drove it around to make sure it was reading the new sensors, got it done in no time, and they did all that for $65. I interacted with 3 people who work there between phone, counter, and mechanic and they were all great to work with. I'm taking the time to leave a review because I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the team was and how fair their pricing is. My previous experience at a Ford dealer for a different vehicle was that I left feeling very ripped off. That's not how I felt when I left Heartland Tire! Thanks guys and gal! If you go here for any kind of vehicle maintenance, I think you'll be well taken care of and not ripped off. That's all we could ever hope for, and they're offering it.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT COSTS. I got my car towed here by AAA, they dropped it in front of the garage…read moredoors then they threatened to tow it because where AAA dropped it off at. Ridiculous. They then told me for a week "we will have an update by the end of the day," "we will have an update in the morning" "we will have an update after the weekend." So I called Monday at 8:30, they said, "we will have an update in an hour" so I called back at 10:00, 1.5 hours later, and they still hadn't looked at it they told me it was the next car which was complete bs givin what they had told me the last week. So I chewed the guy out on the phone and told him and the shop to get fuckin bent and I'm getting it towed to a new place. When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. So I hope this saves somebody the trouble off accidentally getting towed to or making an appointment at this hell hole.
