I purchased the lifetime alignment and tire rotation a couple years ago after purchasing a used vehicle. The very first visit with noise in the front end I was told it was normal and nothing to worry about. Found out it was worn strut mount, tie rod ends and sway bar bushings that were replaced at another shop. Every time I've taken the vehicle in it's developed a rattle in the front end after several days, and received a hefty bill from the shop that replaced the other components to tighten the loose components. On April 11th 2026 i dropped the vehicle off for the rotation and alignment asking the front desk to make sure everything was tightened properly. After washing the vehicle 3 days later I found damaged to a $400 rim. This is an unprofessional business that has negligible technicians. I'd avoid doing business with tires plus at all costs. Second day of driving after tires plus did the alignment and the battery light is on. These clowns have done something to the charging system and now I have to address this issue. I definitely needed to update my review. Since my last visit, I had a great experience with Autumn, who now works at another location. I had to get two new tires for my car, but didn't have the size in stock at this location. However, they were able to get the right size of Continentals delivered in a few hours and everything was golden. I also had an overall checkup with my vehicle and love that my records can be pulled up so easily. Just wanted to thank Autumn for going above and beyond by giving me a ride to my house while I waited the last time. It's nice to experience such exceptional service! For today's visit, I talked with Robert and was assisted by his staff. He was able to tell me the best route to take for my situation. They are extremely courteous and professional at this location and I didn't feel pressured at all like I did years ago. Yesterday I went into tires Plus for an alignment and I was told by Robert the mechanic that my cam bolt in my rear end was frozen and could not be broken open. Therefore he could not do the alignment and the day they tried several times. So I had someone personally do it and they did not need a torch like he had told me that I needed and it was not frozen. It was it came off with ease. So I'm assuming that Robert just did not want to do the job and instead of telling me that he fed me a line of crap so I'd have to go somewhere else. I forgot to provide my coupon for a oil change and life time wheel alignment service after they were done. I only remembered several hours later and decide to go back to see if I could still get the discount. To my surprise with no questions asked he checked the system and was able to apply the 21 dollar refund to my account. We waisted 4 hours to have them fix a break problem and once we got the new parts installed they told us we needed another $1,300 work done to the front breaks. We took our automobile to a family mechanic who fixed the front breaks for only 300! Then they found that the break pedal went to the floor because Tires plus did not fix the original issue we paid $500 for initially! Would NEVER recommend! read more

I've gotten many oil changes and little things done here because 1) it's close to my house and 2) I always seem to have coupons. I used to go all the time but I will no longer use this location. I had been putting off getting new tires on my car for a while and, long story short, had the money, did the research, and Tires Plus was my place. I used their online appointment making system, which was actually nice. You put in your info, what you want done, and pick a few options for appointment time then they email you back with the one that works for them (keep in mind, I not only put in that I wanted to get 2 tires replaced but picked out the exact tires I wanted as well, it will matter later). I showed up for my 5:30 appointment and was not told of any issues. I let the employee know I was going to head over to a restaurant next door and would be back. I returned at about 6:10/6:15 under the impression that the appointment would take less than an hour (their website claims they will give you $59 if you make an appointment and it takes more than 59 minutes). I was then told (45 minutes after I had arrived mind you) that my tires were on their way (still almost 30 minutes away). At just after 7pm I was told my car was almost done and I could go ahead and pay. I had a coupon and also asked about the 59 minute guarantee I had seen online. I was then told that that deal is only when you are having all 4 tires replaced (which makes no sense as that would seemingly take longer to complete than 2). I was told that because I only got 2 new tires, I could only get $25 off, not $59. This seemed odd to me but I was ready to leave and paid. My car was actually done around 7:15, close to 2 hours after I walked in the door. As all this was happening, I was throwing a fit on twitter because I found none of it acceptable. If I had been told when I walked in that the tires had been sold and that they would have to go get more on the other side of town, there would not have been an issue. I would have been a little annoyed but I did not need the tires that night. Because of my little rant on twitter, I was asked to email their customer service rep. I sent the details to him and he sent me the other $34 of the $59 as well as 2 $25 vouchers for future service. I appreciated that whoever runs their twitter account and does their online customer service was so attentive but I just wish their in store staff had been honest from the get-go. After this fiasco, I have visited the Tires Plus store in Middleburg and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Bottom line, as a young, single woman, I dread having anything done with my car and this store doesn't help with that. read more

Went in because I had a flat tire. I had to replace the tire as it was not "fix-able". The tires were reasonably priced. Ashley who helped me was good at keeping me informed on the progress of my work as I chose to wait for my vehicle. I also had an oil change done and some other services...Ashley up-sold me on some things that I thought might be beneficial since I had purchased my car used and was not sure about its past. The overall price was high and I am not a big fan of up-selling. I will likely go back and try again when I need another oil change. read more

Installers do great work. Front office staff are friendly. Won't go back to this particular store because they failed to tell me the camber on my daughter's car was -2.25 out of tolerance. Once I took it back, rather than advise me and fix it right, they simply took rear wheels slightly out of tolerance to adjust for the tracking problem. This wears tires faster. New tires I just had installed there. The tech who looked at it told my daughter (she's 16) what to do to repair, the front office guy said it wasn't needed. Took it back to a different TiresPlus to correct the issue. No confidence in this store to do the right thing. Tell customer when there's a hazardous condition on their vehicle. read more

Went in with flat tire - assumed replacement needed. After investigation, they determined no tire needed, only air. I also explained car had shake. Determined wheel was bent - needs replacing. In meantime they moved wheel to back of car to reduce shake. Balanced and got us out the door - so daughter could take car back to school. I recommend. Always good, fast service. Brought my car here cause they were convenient to places of interest while I waited. That car, I drove home with the brakes pulling my car to the left, I called but they insisted it was the road and by the time I got home the oil filter blew off, they had just changed my oil and worked on my brakes so YES, it was their doing. Fortunately they did provide a tow the next morning to a better Tires Plus that fixed those problems. The people all around were very courteous and listened to my concerns so when I had brake issues with another vehicle of mine I decided to give them another shot. HERE IS THE MAIN PROBLEM, I apparently like YOU are assigned the same "tech," when possible so unbeknownst to me my next vehicle got the same great service my first one did. They fixed my front brakes, a Caliper seized and they fixed that again but they couldn't just tell me the continued issues I was having were from the rear it took some complaining AFTER the tech rode in the car and said something was wrong with the brakes I still had to get some of their other staff to ride along because he denied this when we returned. He also needs to shower. So I got a second ride along where they confirm the brakes are indeed needing to be fixed and they do an honest job of proving this time it was the rear a part they hadn't worked on. I let them tell me they would fix it for X amount of dollars but found Goodyear to be less than half the cost including NEW drums(not included here) I had also mentioned my oil filter was dripping oil I had wiped it off to see if it continued, they denied it was leaking anything, see my pics. The next day without saying anything prior I took my truck to Goodyear where it was quickly diagnosed(same as tires plus only they added new drums for less than half the cost of tires plus) I also had their staff A. Confirm my parking brake had not been properly reattached-from tires plus B. They commented on the sloppiness of the previous assembly C. They even changed my oil for free because I mentioned my concern of it leaking, they said the filter was not properly installed I am not sure if they thought I meant they didn't do it right but GOODYEAR FIXED THE 2nd Oil Filter issue I had from Tires Plus for free. This tires plus will NEVER see my business again the younger staff is very polite, but paying more, and yes it's more if you call around, for mediocre service, a stinky mechanic who obviously farted on our ride along as he checked his nails, and having to get the same tech with the same oil filter concerns leaves me with one conclusion. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. A DIFFERENT TIRES PLUS OR ANYWHERE ELSE JUST DO NOT GO HERE. read more

No issues here. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now. The service technicians are knowledgeable and the service has always been above average. If the maintenance is taking longer than expected they will take you home and pick you up or bring your ride to you. This location may take a little longer to conduct the service but have always tried to make it right. As for new tires, the site took longer than one hour and honored the $59 off promotion. read more

March 14, 2019 my husband purchased 4 Firestone tires for a 2013 Honda Fit. At the time the were running a promotion--buy four tires and get a $60 prepaid Visa card if the purchase was on a Tires Plus credit card--which it was. The beginning of April my husband went in as inquired about the Visa--the gentleman told him to wait another couple of weeks and if it didn't come in--to return and he would put a tracker on it. Today he went in and was told--oh that guy was new---yet my husband had been dealing with him for over a year! They printed out a copy of the invoice and told him to contact Firestone which I just finished doing. To me this is no way to do business or promote future business. My husband said he will now take his business elsewhere and will destroy his credit card and will no longer recommend them to anyone as he has done in the past. Very disappointed. This location serviced 5 vehicles for us for many yrs. until relocating. My son was visiting the area and had trouble with his car. He requested a diagnostic test without even looking at the vehicle said it was his transmission and sent him away. All the bays were empty and techs playing on their phones. I sent my son across the street to their competitor to find out it was a very easy fix and could be completed within 2 hours. This is unacceptable and corporate should review the management of this location. read more

I am not a Mechanic but I do know every car comes with a manual and in the back it has the Recommended Service at a certain Mileage. My car needed the timing belt service, I went to other places and had estimates done, Tires Plus offers the lowest price to have it done on my car. The service included Belt, Seals, Tensioner, pulley, water pump, coolant & flush. The list called - "Recommended Services" is computer generated based on a cars make, year and mileage. They do good work. I have had no problems with my car after they worked on it. read more

here is no nice way to put this other than I got snowed by this business!! I needed to have some work done on my car because there was radiator fluid spewing out of one of my hoses. We took it here because I had heard good things from people I know personally as well as by some favorable reviews on line. Oh and I loved the fact that they were open later than noon on a Saturday. The two customer service reps at the front were very nice and helped us quickly. We waited about twenty minutes or so for them to do a pressure test on the radiator and to look at our car. We were told what needed to be fixed and I almost vomited when we were told that the hose that needed to be replaced was going to cost us over $167.00. Really?? For a rubber hose?? But I know I could not fix the issue myself nor could my spouse. So what else were we to do?? So the bottom line was $302.00 between parts and labor. They said they could do it today so with a sick feeling we did give them the ok. We walked outside to discuss the issue and to look the part up on line. We did see some hoses, but they were all priced for around $40.00 from walmart and the like. There was no way the part we were having replaced by Tires Plus and what was on line could be the same. The price was so different. Now I', not a stupid person I know there is a markup on these parts, but I could not believe they would charge us so much more. So we went back inside and sat and waited. I thought they were working on our car and that it was extensive as we ended up waiting for over an hr. But color me surprised when a delivery man from O'reilly's auto parts showed up and gave the guy out in the garage the part and he walked over to my car to start working on it again. The delivery guy was standing at the front counter talking to the customer service guy and we overheard him say "I don't know where they get these prices, I mean I know they have to mark it up, but it's just a little piece of hose." We waited for about another 15-20 minutes and then our car was done. We paid the bill and left. Looking at the receipt in the car we were charged $77 for labor. This price leads me to believe that we were charged extra labor time because they did not have the part on hand and had to wait for it. Why is that our cost? They didn't even give us any indication that we had to wait for the part. On top of that because the part number they used was on the receipt I looked up the part with that number and color me shocked when I found out that it was the part we were looking at earlier for $40. Wow!! I will never do business here again and I will let everyone I know not to do it either. I will continue to post this issue as many places as I can. I tired to put it on their facebook page but they would not post it, surprise surprise. If I can save someone from getting F***ed like we did than I will feel better. read more

I went in for an oil change for my 2009 Silverado Crew Cab with the 5.3L engine. I was told that I had to use a certain oil, which I had never heard of before throughout many oil changes. The oil change cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 (don't remember the eact number). I asked them to also give me a price quote to replace the tire pressure monitor system sensor on the left rear tire. I was quoted a price of $135. I called Reid Tire and was quoted $55 for the same work. I was told I needed all new brakes and rotors. Reid Tire said I only needed the front brakes and rotors replaced. Overprice oil change, 145% price difference for the TPMS sensor change, and recommending work not needed will keep me away from that store from now on. read more

I have had work done there a few times. Checked on radiator replacement and Scott was an ass. With a 10 percent discount they were thirty dollars cheaper tan a Cadillac dealer. 150 for hose replacement on a radiator that has to be pulled out anyways. Also they were using an aftermarket radiator that cost more than the Cadillac oem one. As long as Scott is there, I will not be going back. He truly is an ass. read more
