Avoid this place -- very questionable practices. I came in for a simple oil exchange and was handed an alignment report showing that all four of my wheels were severely out of alignment. This was shocking, because I had just gotten a professional alignment done one month ago at another shop and I've barely driven the car since. Out of concern, I contacted the original alignment shop. They reviewed the new alignment report and immediately told me that there's no way my alignment could have shifted this much in such a short time, even with aggressive or reckless driving (which I haven't done). Their exact words were that this kind of misalignment does not happen naturally within a month unless something is seriously wrong or tampered with. I can't say for certain what this shop did or didn't do, but it feels like they may be trying to push unnecessary services. read more

Taking my daughter to doctors appointment come out and tire was almost flat pulled into Goodyear and Alex took care of us. He replaced two valve stems and plugged a hole in my front tire quickly and got us on her way to our next doctor's appointment Alex was very polite respectful and focused he was a godsend that that day. read more

On 12/23, I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off on 12/26 at 9am for an alignment including replacing a camber bolt and tire mounting (4). I dropped my vehicle off promptly at 9am. I called at 2:45pm to check the status of my vehicle and was told the alignment was being completed and the car would be ready soon. I called again at 4:30pm not having heard back about my car. I was then told it could be up to another hour before my alignment was done. Finally at 5:30pm, I was called to pick up my completed vehicle. At this point in the day, the manager was gone according to the front desk person, and the entire shop was empty save for one mechanic. I was not offered an apology for my long wait and tremendous inconvenience. If you choose to go to this place, wait for your vehicle otherwise you will be pushed until the very bottom of the list and disregarded despite having an appointment. read more

Nice clean relaxing place. It is never crowded there and the minute you enter all attention is on you. Great place to do your regular maintenance - oil -filter change, tire rotation etc. If you make an appointment your car will be ready in abt 2 hrs. If you just drop it off without appointment scheduled ahead of time, then the waiting time may vary. read more

Never, I repeat, NEVER let these guys work on your foreign vehicle. They were not qualified to do mine, however they tried, and failed multiple times, making the situation worse. Gave weak excuses to not honor an apparently flawed warranty. They did seemingly give me a deal, however I see through the bs. I think they know they f'ed it up. Live and learn. If i could give a zero i would give a zero. We took our granddaughters car this morning to this goodyear to be fixed. My husband told the gentleman we he thought it was the alternator but we had not had it looked at. He had talked to Caleb a couple of days ago and told him what he thought was wrong with it and Caleb's said to bring it in Saturday. We have dealt with Caleb in the past and he has always been great. We brought it in today and Caleb wasnt there yet and we spoke to a Sergio Lorano. We told him what we thought was wrong with it. He printed out paperwork and asked us to sign, which my husband did. He never discussed price or even pointed out the price on the paperwork. We gave two numbers to call. One was our daughter. She got a call a few hours later and said it was done. She called and asked about it and was told the price was almost 1000.00. We would not have gotten it fixed it we had known that! No one even called us to tell us it was the alternator for sure. I called up and talked to Caleb and he said it is what it is because we signed even though we has no idea what we were signing for!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS NO REPUTABLE AT ALL!!! Recently had new tires put on one of my cars and two tires put on the other card is good your store up the road in Mandarin. They were very quick and very professional. I was very pleased with their work. They're waiting area is clean and comfortable. There are restrooms we're also clean and comfortable. The prices were fair I had prices from several other places. Had to get new tires and I went to my old stomping grounds, the Goodyear on San Jose. Truly a great place to get tires but also any kind of "light" work on your vehicles (oil change etc). They have a very friendly staff, the work always seems to be done properly and it is a good value. The waiting room is "ok" so if you have to wait more than an hour, you may want to go home or have someone get you. A couple of areas for improvement which I found frustrating (and why they did not get 5*): 1) They have an on line appointment system but apparently it is useless. I set an appointment for 9am on Saturday and arrived right on the dot. They said they had three in front of me. When I asked how that happened, I was told "oh, that on line system doesn't work". How would I know? Second, I do trust them but the feeling I get is I am being upsold a lot. Bought new tires and of course, the car needed the magic "alignment". Just felt a lot like an upsell and they even tried to go further and have me pay more for a 3 year guaranteed alignment. Overall, this is a great place to develop a good relationship with. Did I mention they will do tire pressure checks and fix flats for free? Highly recommended. read more

I was treated very poorly and disrespected. They tried to oversell Me on tires and struts. They basically called me stupid for not going with their recommendation. I had my dealership check the problem they told me about and it was confirmed that it didn't need to he done. Don't do business here. I complained and the company would not respond to me. read more

This is a really good year to go too.The owner Tony is really nice. The staff always goes out of their way to meet your needs.They also work very fast to correct the problems your car might have. Today I had a problem with my lights and needed a new battery and he fixed the lights for free.I saved 60 bucks and was so happy about this. I would not recommend them for any type of mechanical work on your car. Our jeep grand Laredo was running Fine Until we took it to them to repair a leak. Now the engine races, oil is still leaking, $1500 later it is still not repaired, And not running smoothly at all.Highly recommend going somewhere else. Needed to get a leaky tire repaired on a Sunday so I could drive to work on Monday. These guys told me the damage was in a place they couldn't repair (They'd love to repair it, but, you understand, liability and all ...). Since my tires were near end-of-life anyway, they offered me four tires, originally for $2,000, but made some adjustments and brought price down to $1,600. Then offered a cheaper tire for $1,000, out the door. I went home on my leaky tire to do some checking. Ended trading cars with my wife on Monday, who was able to take mine to Discount Tire, where I had bought the original tires. They repaired my tires for free (since they were covered under the original warranty). I decided to go ahead and buy new ones anyway since mine were at end of life. They gave me four good BF Goodrich G-Force Comp 2 tires, out the door for $526. Goodyear thought they could gouge me because it was Sunday afternoon and I was over a barrel. Thank goodness I walked out that door. These guys are rip-off artists. Steer clear. read more

I walked in to have my car serviced and the staff is very friendly. The service is quick on a Saturday. I've taken my car there for an oil change a few times and I've always had a good experience. They gave me discount on my oil change and also gave me a free tire rotation. To get a discount, you have to ask for it. Good deal. read more

The people are very friendly but when you buy four new tires from a store along with 1500.00 dollars in work completed on my vehicle, you would expect better service. After 2 months of replacing all four tires with the goodyear brand, my car got a flat due to a nail puncture. One would think they would tell you to bring it in immediately so they could patch the tire and make you a priority but no, the answer was "we are booked for the weekend, come in on Monday". What a joke!!! I took it to my normal tire store and they asked why I didn't buy from them and I said because I needed additional service to a window. They repaired it for free. We dropped off a flat tire (Goodyear brand) that was only 6 months old. They said they could plug and repair the tire. When we returned to pick it up, they said there was no charge for the repair. We really appreciate the service and customer service reps were wonderful. Definitely will do business with them again in the future when I need to purchase new tires. read more

I have been using this particular Goodyear Service Center for many years now. I use them for all of my maintenance on multiple cars. I have never had a negative experience with them. The staff is friendly and informative. Just recently they ordered a set of TSW Wheels for my Genesis Sedan. The install was perfect and the wheels are beautiful. When my tires need replacement they will be my go to place. I choose not to go to the dealer for maintenance because it is a hassle going there and they don't to any better than Goodyear. The only time I go to the dealer is for warranty work. I do recommend this Goodyear Store. read more

They said it would take another 1 1/2 hours. 2 hours later I had to call and they still were working on it. They said another 45 minutes and I still don't have my car.
