    More of a 3.5 than a 4, but I've always had friendly folks here and -- big deal -- never felt…read more"talked down to" because I'm not a man, and that's rare. The issue: nearly every visit has involved wait times that exceed the quoted time by hours. In my most recent experience, I requested a next-day appointment at 5 pm for a rotation and alignment. I received an email confirming my appointment request. When I showed up at the scheduled time. the next day, I was told apologetically that "someone should have called" because they actually close at 6 p.m. (despite saying 7 online) and they didn't have time to do what I'd requested. They did do an alignment in an hour and told me I needed a little additional work in addition to the rotation, so I made an appointment to come in the next day at noon. I arrived the next day at 11:45 a.m. and was told my car would be ready between 3 and 3:30. I returned at 3 p.m. to be told -- again, apologetically -- that they hadn't even started working on my car yet. They then hustled to get my car into a bay and put two employees on it. It was finished in less than 90 minutes. The work quality seems good, the prices don't appear outrageous, and I haven't had any issues with them honoring warranties. However, the communication could be better and either they're accepting too much work in a day or not staffing enough employees.

    Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, etc June 4…read more June 5 (4:45-5pmish) went back in the to have washer fluid filled and fix the tire sensors showing in the wrong spots. I did not think I needed to check this after my oil change due to trusting them. This is where I learned tires weren't rotated, he didn't seem to have an excuse for empty washer fluid even though he was acting like this was my fault. On top of that he said sensors wouldn't have changed since they didn't rotate.... Which means the LAST visit (2025) they did not complete this which lead him to rudely going to the garage and yell at his tech "go update this guys sensors even though we never touched his tires" and just act like I was creating a problem. Also told me no refund because I paid for "other things" with care care package which is concerning because I only wanted a rotation and they didn't even manage to fill my fluid up. What in the world is car care package without car care and a tire rotation? Major inconvenience sucks and I can live with. The poor conduct of this individual and out of line attitude is what created the need for a review in every social platform + Bridgestone. This dude has no place in any type of customer service role. I have no idea what to do for my car care needs moving forward.

    I took my car to Tubel's because it was steaming due to antifreeze hitting the motor. My car was…read morenot running hot, and it has never overheated before. I was charged almost $400 and told the issue was fixed. About 10 miles after leaving, my car started running hot. I immediately called the shop and was told, "That's strange, it didn't run hot when you brought it in." I had the car towed back. Three days later, I was told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car would not start, which has never been an issue before. Again, I was told, "That's strange, it started when I drove it this morning." While driving the car home--less than 10 minutes from the shop--the vehicle began producing heavy white smoke, which I later learned indicates a blown head gasket. My car was returned to me in much worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm not sure what was done to my vehicle, but based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before taking your car here.

    Terrible place to take your car to get repaired. Went in with a major oil leak car was loosing 2…read morefull quarts of oil per every 100 miles. Told me it was a simple valve cover charged me over $500 and sent me on my way. I still smell oil burning after the repairs so the next day I check the oil in my car and it is again two quarts low like no oil on the dipstick. They made and charged me for the wrong repair. ​They charged me another $600 to fix this problem even though I already paid $500 for a valve cover that never needed to be replaced in the first place. They also damaged the undercarriage of my car jacking it up on the lift I even have photos. All in all going to the shop at $500 repair cost me over $1,000 of their incompetence. ​
