Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was told it was "just below the line" and that I definitely had a leak. The service advisor was dismissive and rude, offering no real help or accountability. Concerned, I took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion. After a thorough inspection, I was told the issue was caused by improper service at Express Oil--specifically, the coolant cap had not been tightened correctly and the system was significantly low on coolant (nearly a gallon). This negligence led to engine overheating, unnecessary stress, lost time from work, and additional repair costs that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention. I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others double-check any work done here or consider going somewhere more reliable.

Once I'm told it's "burping and normal to have some overage". Then I'm told " I would have never suggested that for a Nissan it causes issues" and lastly to take it somewhere else have it fixed and come back with the receipt and they would help me create a claim. Well I do that that 820.00 dollars later they now don't know what I'm talking about and it wasn't caused by the coolant flush. This past Saturday, we needed urgent attention to a broken latch on my daughters' car. Michael and his staff called all the dealership stores for the necessary parts. They drove 45 minutes each way to retrieve the parts, and they repaired it within 3 hours for 1/2 the price a dealership quoted, which the dealership said they could not even repair for 3 days. I only called a dealership to show my daughter the kind of service we receive from Michael at a very reasonable price. Oh yes, and Michael discovered another issue with the car that needed immediate attention and has surely saved us several thousand dollars had it not been addressed. I opted not to purchase the additional $50s/tire certificate, an optional insurance package in case something were to happen to any of the tires. They don't like to call it insurance, but that's what it is. I can purchase that package later so long as a certain amount of tread is left on the tires. Money is tight, but Discount Tire helped me save a little. Folks were kind, and helped me along my way.
