Would give zero stars if I could. We have been using this location for years due to the proximity to our home. I have a nail in my tire with a slow leak so brought it in to have it plugged. I was told that they don't provide that service but they could patch the tire, balance etc...and was quoted under $50. Once I told him it was a Porsche and he took a look at the tire he tried to convince me that they were run flat tires that had to be replaced. I bought all four tires just 3 months ago and know for a fact that they are NOT run flats. There should be laws against this level of dishonesty. Poor guy probably thought that because I'm a woman I would be an easy target. Then he goes on to say...Oh and even if they aren't run flats see this here....where the tire hits the curb...your tire is ruined and has to be replaced. Well sir if that's the case I'm taking my car to DT Performance and wheels they are 22 miles away but are fair and honest and if I do need my tire replaced you're certainly not getting my money or any more of my business. Worst place to come to for car service. I came on January 24 2019 for a standard oil change. And they say that i had a plug that had a threading. So they fixed it without my consent. So i pay the extra money for that. But I've gotten oil changes before that and never had that problem. So i go to a different mechanic and they said the last person that did my oil change messed up the draining cap. So i go back to tire plus and they say the oil pan and gasket needs to be replaced for $540. After they're the ones that messed it up. Don't come to this place. It's so obvious that they just want to take advantage of people. Stupid. read more

This place is awful!!! They don't fix cars. They just pitch up so your car continuously keeps breaking down. I took my car and they recommended lots of car repairs which cost $2,500. I get the car back and immediately the car sounds like something is rattling in under the hood. I take it right back and Alex who I think is the Manager says he'll look at it and gives the fake impression he'll handle it only To find that two days later, my car has not been fixed and to my not surprised reaction, they are stating "the computer" says you need to replace another $2000 car part. We ended up here after our tire blew out on the I75. We called before to make sure that they had our tires in stock, which they did. After an inspection of the vehicle, we found out that we also needed front & rear shocks and an ac belt. It took forever but at least our car is now almost as good as new! read more

I want to start with the good parts of my experience. The gentleman I worked with at the front was extremely easy to talk to and helped me pick out some tires. Unfortunately, that's where I stop on the good. Please avoid this place unless you wish to be lied to and quite frankly be taken advantage of. I came in because my tires literally cracked. So I picked the closes place I could because I was riding on the rims. The guys sees the tires and says you need to replace all 4 , which I figured as one was cracks and others were not far from. So I order 4 matching tires and the guy tells me come back by 3:30pm. (Bare in mind I'm there at around noon). So I leave and come back at 3:30 like I was told and my car is still in the spot I left it (lie #1) No big deal, I tell the guy hey whats the status and he comes back to tell me that they had to get the tires from another shop and they were on their way back (lie #2). He tells me that they have 3 in stock at this location and will work on those while the other tires get there. I said sure and go do other things while I wait. Not 10 minutes later he calls me to let me know the other store didn't have the tires and they only have 3. So now my car is already up on the rack and it's well past closing for most stores and I'm left with no options but to take the 3 tires and come back tomorrow to get the fourth. I so should have got to my usual place of tire kingdom who I have never had a back experience with. I let my situation dictate the location I could go to.... Bad idea. Please avoid this place for your own sake. I'm beyond disgusted with this service. They may no overtures to make it right other than inconveniencing me some more. I wish they would have just told me we don't have them and I would of figures out how to get the car to Tire Kingdom. I recently went there to get an alignment and new tires. They told me that I need a new battery even though I just bought the battery a year ago. Twenty minutes after I leave there, my car won't start up. I take it to another place and ask them if I need another battery. They say 'no, it looks like someone did something to it.' I took my Minivan in for alignment under my warranty. I also asked for the Steering wheel to be returned to center position. I was given a report which only had yellow warnings from the alignment machine. I was told that yellow is the new green. As I drove out I noticed the Steering wheel was even more off Center. I immediatly took the vehicle back. I was told that my rack and pinion was bad and it would cost $1100+ to repair. I checked with my Mechanic and his opinion matched mine. This was bogus. Since I have a warranty I took the vehicle to the Weston, FL Store. There I was told that the alignment was out. As a young woman, I know that I am a prime target when I walk into places like these. I try to stick to my guns but I'm consistently getting hustled into spending more money than I'm supposed to. I tried to get a simple synthetic oil change and I declined the first 2 ploys at trying to get me to get the vehicle inspections (extra $10). I have a brand new car so I knew I didn't need an inspection. But on the third try he said he'd give me a $5 discount (on top of having the the inspection be covered under the oil change) just to get the inspection done. Sounded wayyyy too good to be true but I agreed. So they got me hooked for $65. I went for a walk and realized that I had the 49.99 coupon for the synthetic oil change that I just almost spent $70 on. So I call them up and they tell me that that coupon didn't cover what I was getting done. Had my boyfriend call and my new price was $53 (funny how that works). Got there to pay and I'm back at the $65, even with the coupon... Long story short, they were trying to charge me the extra money for the "inspection" that not only did my car not need but that their techs did not perform (they admitted that on the phone). Had my boyfriend speak to someone in management on the phone because I literally couldn't be bothered anymore. I got the $10 back and they offered to make it right with a future free oil change...which I respect. Kudos to you Nick. I came here to fix a slow leak. I have tires around 5 yeas old with 40k miles on them. The gentleman came out to assess my tires and told me they were too old, the store wouldn't accept the liability to fix the leak. When I went into get a price for four tires (235/45R17) they told me they had none in stock and none could be ordered!!! Come on now, I have stock dealer Subaru tires. I came to get an oil change. Excellent and quick service. Ron even looked up discounts for me to get me the best deal. I travel a lot for work and my tires are about to burst. I found that out today by coming here. I knew they were in bad condition but they were in the worst condition. They hooked me up with some reasonably priced tires. He again checked to see if there were any additional discounts. Overall.. Great new place for me to come to get my oil change... I purchased two tires and got an alignment not even 1 week later my tires goes flat has a random slit(product of dry rot) I reach out via phone and the front desk/receptionist was very rude when I advised her about the dry rot and seeing what my options were over the phone about warranty and etc. I go to the location and after two hours of waiting they gave me no options but to purchase a new tire saying is was punctured and whatever came in and went out. The mechanic then tries to force me to buy a brand new tire and insurance for the tire!!! The tires are horrible and with the alignment my car is shifting to one side more than ever!!! While I waited multiple people came in with complaints about tires they just purchased some even within 24 hours !! Please keep stay away from this location. The manager there is a nice guy that I've done business with but, the lady that works there tried to gauge me and had me waiting for quite a while even though I had an appointment. I mean what's the purpose of an appointment and still have to wait a long time? I would rate them a one but the other people that work there don't deserve to be blamed for someone that is dishonest and greedy. Ordered tires and was told it would be in that afternoon. They said they would call. They never called. Two days later wife and I go and they have the tires. Since we were gonna have car services at dealer, we would have dealer install tires. Well, because of that we had to pay cash, not even debit. Had to leave and go to bank. Anyway, dealer said wheels tightened so tight had to be broken. BTW, Tires Plus were the ones who installed previous tires. An additional $137. These guys installed crap struts on my car a year ago and charged me for them to fix their mistake. While they had my car they registered 2 hard brakes on my Progressive Snapshot before they unplugged it then drove my car 20 miles and scratched it. When I took it back to hold them accountable for the scratch and 20 miles they said "we don't take cars for joy rides" so I guess the 20 new miles on the odometer that appeared while they had it wasn't them and they also said "go get a quote for the scratch that we don't think we did and if we think the quote is reasonable we'll cover it." I was advised by the store manager Alex that I was going to need two new rear tires. One that had a nail that was in repairable and the other that the thread was low. Then that my sensors were dead, when i had just bought a new tire there 2 weeks prior. When I asked why wasn't I told about the sensor or the tires being low on thread his response was when they replace a flat tire they only replace the tire and don't check the others. Very disappointing considering you are a tire business. Gave me quoted and estimates up to $1500. Went across the street to Costco and was told my sensor was not dead and the nail in my rear tire was repairable and could be patched up. Also that my tires were all pretty much brand new and were not low on thread or bald at all. Also went to family tires to get a 3rd opinion and had the same result at Costco. No dead sensor, no tires low on thread and that the tire with the nail could be patched up. Will never trust this place with my car. Tires Plus has been great for the 4 years I have talen my vehicles to buy or service tires. Lately, they have let me down. My son took his car today to have the tires rotated, charged $10 because he purchased the tires there and he had the road hazar warrant, lifetime alignment. Came home and noticed they did not rotate the tires. In one month is the second time they lied about what they were supposed to do. My SUV had a small nail in it, they said they inspected the tire and I needed a new one (it is a new SUV with only 8K miles) because the nail penetrated all the way thru two close to the edge (2 inches). I did not follow their advice, and the tire has not lost any air since then. I don't trust them anymore, i will be going to Tire Kingdom or Goodyear from now on. I just call the Tires Plus store and asked for the manager, she never bothered to answer my call, left me on hold for over 5 min. read more

Stated oil would be full synthetic Penzoil Platinum for just $49.99. Fine print lists additional costs up to $2.99 for oil filter. I expected to pay this fee and a fee for any additional oil necessary for my car. The associate stated that they will offer only $15 off the oil change and quoted $109.00. I never write reviews, but my experience was so awful I have to speak up. I would give zero stars. I went to this store due to its proximity to my home. I had a tire that was leaking air. Upon inspection, they found a couple of nails. No big deal, quick patch and done...wrong!!! After a lengthy wait they tell me I need new air filters. What? I just had a flat. Why did they look at anything other than the tire! Then, they tell me the tire is irreparable and I need FOUR new tires!! I got admittedly snarky at this point and told the girl at the counter to not attempt to SELL me anything!! So she turns and calls a guy from the garage area, tossed my ticket at him and told him "get her car out of here!" Wow! What a scam operation! There's a huge banner outside that says "30 minute oil change" that needs to be burned. I have a 4 year old, so I made an appointment to get my oil changed at 10am. We arrived at 9:50 and were told that it would take between 40-45 minutes (already the banner has betrayed me). At 11:10 (80 minutes after dropping off my car) they call me back and show me my car, with no tires on it... Then they try to tell me that all of my brakes and rotors need to be replaced for a petty $1,055! It annoys me that they even checked my brakes since I opted out of the $14.99 "courtesy check". I know mechanics like to take advantage of women, so I told them that my husband will handle it. After I left (over an hour and a half after my appointment time) none of my tire pressure sensors were reading! They were working just fine when I brought my car in. I got a flat at night , got my car towed there because they open at 7am and I need my car for work . Called the shop at 7.15am , told the m my car was there . The lady on the phone was friendly called me back 15 mins later . she said will order tire it will be there in a hour , ask when I could bring the keys . It literally took them over 3 hours to patch a tire. The girl up front is very rude and indifferent. She should have been honest about the wait time. If I could give this place NO stars, I would. I don't typically write reviews, good or bad, but I'm still so pissed about my experience with this place. The tire on my Lexus got a nail in it and was leaking air so I brought it in to be fixed. They called me back and said it couldn't be replaced because my tires were low on tread and they put a donut on. They tried to get me to buy 4 new tires. It was already closing time and I was not prepared to spend $800+ on new tires at that time so I asked them if they could plug the tire and put it back on. They said they could not. I went next door to Advanced Auto Parts and spoke to the guy there. He said it could be plugged, showed me what to buy, and even plugged it for me. I asked them (Tires Plus) to put the tire back on and they did. Might I add their attitudes suck and they are the least helpful group of human beings I have ever encountered in my entire life. The next day I took my car to Lexus to get a quote on tires come to find out after they took it to the back to look at it that not only did the tires NOT need to be replaced and there was still plenty of tread but that the tire could have been patched. Tires Plus is full of liars and are only after money. I will never, ever go back to them and highly recommend you find somewhere else to go. They have lost a customer for life and I will make sure nobody I know ever use them either read more

I was told by a mechanic from a different shop that I needed brakes on my car, however, this turned out to be incorrect. Diego called me right away and told me that I did not need new brakes. I appreciate the honesty of your shop and will use this shop in particular in the future for my car. It's very hard to find a shop that is trustworthy and I have found it here! Well a rep came out and said I would need three bc he spotted a nail in the brand new tire I just bought and said they couldn't fix. Already prepared to be annoyed bc I'm already low on cash I told him I just bought that tire. Unfortunately I didn't get the road protection bc I wasn't told about it last time. Well Alex was amazing. He calmed me down and gave me a great deal for 3 tires and an oil change. The were closing in 10 mins and still changed my tires and oil change real fast. My family has been using this location for many years to complete alignments, oil changes, and other types of service. Years ago, they provided rude, slow service, but have largely improved and are now very friendly and with a quick turnaround. The only reason I am giving less than 5 stars is because they seem to change the story regarding what services must be completed on my vehicle. Last month, the brakes were fine - but now, the rotors must be changed right away and other major items were found. This causes me to question - was I safe in my car before? Or was I always safe and they now want additional billable revenue? Why didn't they tell me about these issues last month? Otherwise, the service is very fast & friendly and they are very easy to communicate with over the phone. Prices are very reasonable on both products and services. Overall, I will continue to use and am a happy client. read more
