I took my car in for a coolant flush 3 days ago. Coincidentally (yes really), my water pump began to leak today. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced by a GREAT mechanic in my neighborhood. He drained out the "old" coolant and showed me that the coolant itself was dirty. The flush itself performed by Tires Plus consisted of simply draining out the old fluid from the radiator and pouring in new fluid. He explained a real flush consists of flushing out the hoses as well. It seems to be hit or miss with this Tires Plus, but this time around it was a big time miss. 2 thumbs down. read more

BEST customer service experience I have ever had - I showed up Saturday, ten minutes prior to closing, after having just blown out a tire on I-75 at 75 mph. I had six more hours of driving to go and was in a bad state; and I very much needed a new tire to replace the spare currently on my car. Loly immediately came out, checked the tread depth of my tires, inspected the blown out tire (which I had kept in the back of my SUV), and said, I can help you right now. Even though at this time it was after closing, Loly patiently went through what tires were available (I decided on a whole set based on the state of my other tires as well), and without a single comment or complaint about the time, worked to get four technicians on my car to replace my tires. The shop stayed open 90 minutes past closing, and every single person was kind, courteous, and patient with me, my daughter, and my dog as we waited. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this shop and every single person in it was, and I'm so grateful to Loly and her team for getting us safely back on the road when I thought for certain we wouldn't be able to get the help we needed on the same day. I can guarantee if I need anything else done for my car with the services they provide, I will make sure this is where I go (as I travel back and forth from central to south FL frequently). i have been taking my lexus car for service at this location for many years now and i am very happy with the results. They always fix what is wrong with the car and their prices are reasonable,unlike the dealer across the street that just wants to rip you off. WARNING, DON'T THINK OF GOING TO THIS PLACE. They couldn't even do a simple job of placing new tires on my vehicle correctly. Even after pleading with machanic to place the lug nuts in by hand first he went ahead and used the gun resulting in stripped in lug nut. Well they went to fix it and couldn't figure out how they took my break system apart to put it back together. This was a simple job my teenager could of done. I had to walk into the shop after an hour wait to tell the mechanic what he needed to do to reassemble my breaks. It's a Mazda, no big deal and any mechanic should be able to dio this. Now the break system they took apart is making noise but there is NO WAY IN HELL I'm going back there. read more

They're a rip off... they quoted me over 100.00 more than two other places including another Tires Plus. It was the exact same tire, size etc. so, it was clear to me, there must be a financial incentive in place for their employees to jack up prices. read more

I kinda didn't mark sense on the other Tires Plus on 9870 Pines Blvd.This one sucks the staff is extremely rude and I just don't get how one person doesn't know what an oil change is I asked a guy and said what's an oil change are u stupid he must've been new and I haven't written a bad review in a while but now this the time.The manager is disrespectful and doesn't help don't go to this location BEWARE.Service is awful as well. read more

they have great customer service at this location and get your car in and out. there is a girl, shauon who works at the front desk and she knows more about cars than most guys. they don't overcharge for their work and they also stand behind their work-had my back brakes done and noticed a squealing and i left it there on a sat. and a few hrs later they had adjusted the brakes and i owed no $. read more

Stay away !!! I bought a pair of front tires from this place. The mistake I made was not testing the tires I had bought at 55 miles per hour speed. The next day I was on the I95 going 60 MPH and my car was shaking like crazy, I felt like there was an earthquake in my car. I went back to tires plus and all they would do is re-balance the tires, after doing that twice they tried to tell me I had to replace this and that on my front end of my car, insinuating that I had a mechanical problem which was causing the shaking. I was like dude, my car was not shaking until you put on the tires. Then this fruit cake to me to go to Firestone, being they were Firestone tires, and pay Firestone to do some kind of test, then bring the test's results back to him lol I am like dude, you sold me the defective tires you deal with it, I am not going to Firestone to pay them to test anything. To make a long story short, I should have just disputed the charge with my card, but I went a bought a tire from Walmart tire, and all of the shaking stopped immediately no matter what speed I accelerated at. read more

I decided to try the place out because I live less than 5 minutes away. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and I had a nail in one tire. The guy at the counter, Chris, said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. They had 2 or 3 cars that were there before me, so the timing seemed about right. I sat in the waiting room and did some work on my laptop. After 2 hours, I hadn't been notified so I went to the counter, but he was with another customer. I go outside only to find that my car had not left the parking spot where I left it so I go back to the counter. He finishes with the other customer and asks me "Is your car ready?" You're not misreading that. He asked ME if my car was ready. I told him it didn't look like its been moved from where I left it so he goes out to the garage to ask the guys. He comes back and tells me that it was ready 10 minutes go. I'm ready to pay when he stops and goes back to the garage. He then tells me that they needed 15 more minutes because they didn't fix the flat. I asked if they had rotated the tires and he said no. I asked him if they did the oil change and he hesitated and said yes. I asked if he was sure and he said "uhhhhh yea." He said he wasn't going to charge me anything for the inconvenience and offered a free oil change the next time. I opened the hood, checked the dip stick, and as I suspected, the oil change was not done. Thanks for wasting my time on my only day off of the week and lying to my face about the work that you did. Needless to say I won't be going back to this place, not even for a free oil change that he probably wasn't authorized to give that probably wouldn't get done anyway. With service like this, I don't expect him to be there much longer anyway. TERRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. read more

Diego and the young Latin girl that work there were very helpful. The staff, overall, friendly. The mangers were there on the day I went and they too were very courteous. I went to Costco while they did my oil change and rotated tires. When I returned with my groceries, Diego even helped me load them in my trunk. Definitely a pleasant experience. read more

Horrible horrible horrible service and they clearly don't communicate with each other within the business. I had a tire/ drive issue that was completely my fault. I didn't do the alignment for a long time and it wore my tires down terribly. Since I had previously done business with them I went back for help. I needed an alignment and 2 tires. I happen to have 2 new tires for this car at home so I told Them that I would bring them to put on and do the alignment when I was back in town on Saturday. I brought the tires and they told me they couldn't put them on cause they weren't new... they were new but considered used cause I didn't buy them there. They also had already charged me for the alignment that they hadn't done yet and won't give me a refund until I go back to the store, which is super inconvenient for me. One guy tried to tell me they hadn't charged me yet... until I told him the details from my bank statement. I had told a few people that I was bringing back my tires and no one told me they wouldn't put them on. Last but not least they somehow managed to run my battery down so it wouldn't start without a jump then tried to tell me the battery was bad from the beginning. I ended up going to another private owned tire shop, they put on my tires , did the alignment and had me out in just a few mins . AND they were literally half the price . Now I have to waste more time with tires plus driving out of my way so they can refund the charge on my card that they charged for work that they never did . I will not be doing business with them again. My suggestion to them as a company is to keep in mind that the competition is fierce and if you are not the best you are failing. read more

My car needed 4 ignition coils, also Nick A. I had just returned from a trip to Asia on 7/5/2018 so when I heard that I need the coils I was tired and frustrated and just wanted it fixed, but I should have checked with AutoZone first and have my son install them. It cost me $501.00 and that did not include the spark plugs. "WOW." I am rethinking. Then I had to replaced four tires 8/15/2018 and one of my lug nut was missing (they say it was stripped) but no one told me about it until I discovered that one was missing and called the store. Usually they put paper on the mats and plastic on the seats, but this time my car had grease all over the inside and I had to remove the driver side mats and clean it. Every time they balance or rotate my tire I have to check the lugs and the valve covers, this time it had all the Hyundai valve covers removed and replaced by 3 plastic ones. These covers cost me $5 each every time they loose one and I have to buy 4 sets each time. So in future I have to remove them before I take it to be re-balanced in the future. Where do they put the clients items to make sure that the original ones are put back on the car. read more

This place is your typical mechanic shop. They try to tell you that your car has numerous amounts of issues to hike your bill up as much as possible. As if that wasn't bad enough,one guy kept insisting that I try for their stupid credit card...it's like sir did you not comprehend the first three "no thank you's"!
