This place makes you feel comfortable and pretend to be so nice while they screw you over! Hey just charged me $1,200 to change radiator hose, heater hoses and thermostat. When I asked why so much they said the parts for my car, chevy Tahoe, were very expensive. Only when I went to get my car I saw almost $600 was just for labor for less than few hrs of work! I asked opinion on a local social media group and ALL OF THEM said it was outrageous and that I got robbed! Stay away if you don't wanna be ripped off! DO NOT TRUST TIRES PLUS. 1 yr ago I purchase a tire package with warranty. Yesterday, I took my car in because I suspected I had a flat tire the pressure light was on, and it was covered by the pkg. They checked it and told me the pressure was too low & I did not have a flat. 4 miles later my pressure light was on again and this morning I have a flat tire. When I called and spoke with Alonzo, he was kind enough to suggest something else must have happened after I only drove 4 miles from his location. He made no apology, so I told him I would not bring it back to them. And he kindly hung up the phone on me. I never trusted TIRES PLUS, but only went because I had the tire pkg. Negative amount of stars. I went in yesterday, 12/12, for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 9:00 AM. One person tried to sell me on a coolant flush - that I didn't think that I needed but they insisted that I did. Which would have been fine except for I heard this same gentleman tell the next person in line that he also needed a coolant flush (??) so that was a little coincidental and didn't sit right. After waiting in their lobby for OVER FOUR HOURS (did not leave until 1:15 PM), they said my car was ready and I left. I drove directly home and did not use my car again until today, 12/13. Upon turning my car on, I was immediately alerted that my tire pressure was too low and to stop the car. My two rear tires were practically flat and one was missing the cap. I called Tires Plus and spoke to someone who informed me that I must have hit a nail. Sorry, but there is no nail in sight and the only option they gave was for me to pay to tow my car back there. They told me that their mechanics are very meticulous and it is routine to correct the tire pressure at the end of service for every vehicle and that they would not have given my car back to me with two almost flat tires and a missing cap. Instead of owning up to the fact that they do not know how this could have happened and offer to fix it, they tell me that I must have done something to cause this problem when I didn't even drive my car since it left their shop. So overall: 4+ hours for a *scheduled* oil change, selling you things that you most likely don't need, LOSING a cap to one of the tires, and not putting the correct PSI in two other tires to the point where the next time I turn my car on they are almost flat. Do not come here !!!! They convinced me to buy a new battery ($330) because my car was having a hard time starting, but only after six months of having it, the same problem started to happen. When I brought it back in, they said their system shows everything is great and there is nothing they can do. The guy in the front mocked me, even though I was so still under warranty of the battery, and said he's just the messenger and didn't have anything to do with selling me the bad battery. The team at Tires Plus on Weston Rd are attentive, helpful, and understanding. Been going there for 5 years, and my cars have been taken good care of. Just last night had a car taken over there at 8pm when they were closed, and Darian came out took my keys and started the paperwork ( I was planning on leaving the keys in the mailbox, but he took the time when he was closing). Totally a scam business my daughter purchased 4 tires for a corolla so they sold her a lifetime warranty for $175 extra never used it i did my service at Toyota dealer near by and they told me I had a nail in one of the tires but I told them not to fix it for $28 because I had a warranty at Tire Plus. I called Tire Plus gave my phone number and yes no problem I will take care of it , I took the car, they checked the car and said that everything was fine, and before I signed all the paperwork I told the service guy please don't call me later to tell me that I need a new tire or pay for anything because I rather just fix it at Toyota for $28 he answered no worries the warranty will covered. Then, two hrs later, he called me that the repair pro rated and the discount is $97. WOW! what a shock in two occasions I mentioned and warned him that I wasn't paying for anything I just wanted the tire rotation and balancing lifetime warranty and to do the patch in the tire . This company and is not the first time they scam vulnerable women and elderly people total mischaracterize the issues and fear tactics to up sale products . ( I gave them a scalding in front of there customers ) total waste of time , pick it up took it to Toyota dealership down the road and they fix it in 30 min no questions ask $28 . read more

Horrible experience today. Made an appt, Verified the appt, arrived 25 mins early but waited 30 minutes to check in, told 1.5 hrs. Came back almost 2 hrs later only to wait again and be told "oh, it's next to go in". R u kidding me. So incredibly un-professional. After discussing the appt time was told that just puts u in line order. On that note, the couple who checked in at 10:10am were for a 9am appt and were taken before mine. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM LOCATION WESTON TIRES PLUS!!! I have been in this location 4 times and each and every time we were told service was done that wasn't! I only kept going because I work walking distance away. From buying synthetic oil, brakes, to an alternator. We were told we bought Lexus Parts....well after the part being examined by a local Lexus dealer (after breaking down) we were informed and shown the parts were cheap re-manufactured parts! They are over priced, rude, slow and clueless. The owner or manager should send someone there as a secret shopper to evaluate their performance. Horrible. Brought my car to have a nail removed and patched. I left my car at 8:30 am , came back at 1:00 pm. When I arrived they said that they had tried to call me and my husband "multiple times". Neither of us had any missed calls, or voicemails. I had been receiving calls and voice mails all day from other callers so magically they called from tires plus and it didn't work. When I arrived to pick up, they told me that they couldn't plug it because there wasn't good tread and I should replace all 4 tires. I refused and asked them to put the ( full size) spare on. After they charged me , they took 1 hour and 20 minutes to put the spare on!!! They totally saw a woman alone and tried to take advantage. Beware. read more

Be very careful with this Tire Plus location I am not going to blame the employee's who are polite and are probably not the cause of the issue I experienced with them so here it goes. I took in my car to get an oil change and to rotate my tires that would have come out to about $60.00 instead I was told because of there policy they couldn't change the oil because I was using some kind of universal part on the oil pan and due to there policy they couldn't work on it unless I replace the oil pan which is a whopping $450.00 to replace and it only gets better then they tell me that they cannot rotate the tires because they went over 55,000 miles and there policy won't allow it and that I will need to buy new tires instead which would cost be another $400.00 so the total would have come out to about a $1,000.00 this is totally absurd they are supposed to work with the customer and give them different options. But there policy seems to be there way or the highway so I decided to take the highway and take my car to the nearest Jiffy Lube were they completed the service that Tire Plus would not do for a total sum of $60.00 dollars. Shame on you Tire Plus for wanting to scam the consumer to have to spend a lot more money then they should. This is very bad business ethics. Avoid this Tire Plus if you can and Kudos to Jiffy Lube for giving there customer what they ask for and not nickel and dime them to death. I will never shop at Tires Plus again. read more

I've been using tires plus for years until I suspected something recently. I took my older truck in to have some tires put on the back because the back tires were badly worn. It turns out that they put the new tires on the front instead. I hadn't noticed right away but when I complained to the service guy he said he was new and didn't know anything about it. I was a bit frustrated but it was my fault for not checking. So of course I put another set on the back. The next day I found that the car was overheating and the battery went dead. The battery had no water. again it was my fault but I thought it would have been nice for them to check, I replaced the battery with a Costco battery. I also noticed a leak in the radiator so I brought the truck in to have the radiator checked for a leak. They said I needed a new radiator. With clamps, flush, hoses it came out to be over a thousand dollars. Now I became suspicious again. Two years ago I brought in my dodge magnum and after buying a set of tires the same thing happened. I paid ove a thuusand dollars for a new radiator. On top of that they told me I needed a new belt in the truck which would cost $200 and when I asked to fix a signal light they wanted $300. I was suspicious and fed up soI took my truck to another shop who replaced my radiator, clamps and hoses, changed my belt, fixed my signal light, and even replace a motor on the driver side door pluses did an air conditioning check all for $700. I don't know how to tell you how tired I am of being ripped off. Oh and I forgot one thing, I had bought a lifetime front end alignment for my magnum and when I tried to use it they said no it was a probably just a two year alignment and they had no record of it. I just remembered that because when I took the truck in last time for the tires they tried to sell me the lifetime alignment special as well. Lastly, I have to say they are friendly and their turnaround is quick, it should be because they seem to charge a premium for their work, I simply won't ever trust them again. read more

Friendly but failed to come through, I spoke with Sharon and advised her of my need to replace my front two tires (issues i had with A1 Body and Glass mistreating my car). I advised I am looking for Potenza re760 tires. She advised they didnt carry them, i thanked her and was about to start calling other places until she advised she can order them and have them in by Monday morning, I asked if she was sure since It was Saturday and I needed to take care of this before Tuesday. She double checked and then re advised it will be in Monday afternoon instead. I said ok. Today at 1:35pm I called to confirm if my tires were there or on the way, and was advised no, the guy apologized and said since its a holiday today they cant get their carrier to ship the tires until tomorrow (the day i need to drive the most) and that Sharon must of forgotten about that. I lost all Saturday evening and all of Sunday to resolve my tire problem because of carelessness from Tires Plus staff. Friendly doesnt equal professionalism and competence when I needed it the most. read more
