After buying 2 front tires, the car was experiencing some weird vibrations I couldn't pinpoint the issue but as soon as John hoped in he could tell the differential was off between the new and old tires. warning! danger! could have been a tragedy! they put 2 tires on front of my car and less than a week later all of the lug nuts on one tire and 2 on the other tire were super loose! thought something was wrong with my front end and it was that the tires were loose and ready to fall off! read more

I wish i could give one star. I went in for a flat tire. When they took of my tire the put it face down on the concrete and scratched up my expensive after market wheels. When i confronted them they all said i was crazy and they didn't do it and denied and said it was like that. read more

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I went there to get my tire fixed. They put a plug in it and sent me on my way. That same day the tire went completely flat while I was at work. Had to pay a cab to take me home then pay a cab to take me back with fix a flat to bring it back to them. They have some policy about plugs that they do not fully disclose. They refused to give my money back and they refused to even give me a discount on a new tires. The owner and his wife are petty crooks. I could have gotten into a car accident and they could care less. I will never do business with them ever again. read more

I've been to this place twice. I hope I don't roll over another nail or sharp piece of metal. But if I do, I'll certainly see these folks again. Anyone I've spoken to there - owners or employees - are friendly and knowledgeable. After speaking to Taryn (I hope I'm remembering and spelling her name correctly! I've been a customer to this place numerous times and never had a single problem. The old man that runs the place is super nice and will always take care of you. Not sure who the employee was there when i was there today. But i Refused to be cursed at and talked to the way this employee talked to a customer. And I quote " don't you ever just come on to my f****** ". lot looking at my tires come to the f****** office. So I stated calmly well I've been here numerous times and it hasn't been a problem in the past . Normally I go on the lot and somebody comes and helps me. His response to me well its a f****** problem now. Who talks to a possible customer like that when they're about to give you their hard earned money? After- confrontation with this employee I told him he could keep his tires and I'm out of here and I will NEVER be going back to that place. Whoever that dude is needs to take a customer service class. Because if that's the type of employees that are going to have running the place it will not be open much longer. read more
