Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Tyson came out and quickly determined the leak was not coming from the joint but rather from somewhere above. So now there was a mystery leak hidden behind the walls somewhere between the third floor and the basement. He suspected the pipe to be behind and certain section of wall on the middle floor and thought maybe a nail could be the culprit and checked to see if we had anything nailed to the wall, we didn't. So he had to pick a section of wall to cut behind to check and on his first try found the pipe and showed me exactly where the previous owner put a nail through the toilet drain pipe. I was originally concerned we'd have to open many walls and ceilings to find it and I'm still wondering how he found it so quickly. He also answered a ton of my questions.

He took photos and explained the previous company (who charged twice as much as Cory) left half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris inside the chimney and on the ledge.
