Friendly staff greeted me, offered a sample of the Dole whip while I waited, and brought my order out in a very timely manner.

I want to like Toxic but I just keep getting let down. The burgers are decent for the most part,…read more3/5 most of the time, not great but not bad. The chicken sandwich today was good, 4/5. The fish and chips was sad, the pieces they gave were tiny very dense and breaded almost like a chicken strip and they looked like half of a tilapia fillet, definitely not what I expected from the GIANT picture on their reader board. Dairy Queen's chicken fingers are bigger than these pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is prepackaced and super processed and very chemical tasting. The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up. I expect so much more from a local place like this, but as it is your just a bit below what I'd expect from a Burger King or McDonalds.

We stopped by this afternoon because I wanted a burger. Multiple employees greeted us when we walked in and chatted with us as we looked at the menu. Others stopped by to check on us as we ate and bus the table for us. Which I find to be kind of impressive for what is basically fast food. Local, but still fast food. The owner happened to be there as well and took the time to visit with us about the restaurant. I ordered the toxic burger with extra pickles, which is my standard go-to choice at every Toxic location. Plus the chicken dippers with raspberry habanero and pineapple jerk sauces. My husband ordered the Cali burger. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. I love making my own homemade barbecue sauces all the time, so when I find restaurant ones I really like and crave, I develop a small obsession. Which is absolutely the case with their raspberry habanero sauce. I was beyond excited that they have it at this location, as not all of them do. Apparently they are working on getting all of the same sauces at every location, which I think is awesome. Restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's an old Jack in the Box building, so they've utilized the drive-thru as well as indoor dining. Would I return? Absolutely. A million times over. I've been to each and every Toxic location, and this one is hands down one of my favorites. This is such an amazing, small, local business to get behind and support. I've never actually had a bad or even mediocre experience at any Toxic location, and that is something that speaks volumes to me. Review 28 of 2025

I consider myself an excellent judge of chicken wings so if I am impressed by a place, you should be too. Walking in the doors you are met with the ordering counter and an extensive menu with a list 16 of sauces from no heat to "damn hot"! Chicken options to enjoy include traditional bone-in, boneless or tenders. There is a full slate of sides including shoestring fries, beans, mac & cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and okra. There are even some burgers on offer. My nephew and I came in hungry and luckily for us Chicken Bonz offers an "all you can eat" option. For $27.95 it's all chicken all the time! First they bring you a basket of eight wings, after that they bring you four at a time; and you can change the sauces at any time. We added some of those amazing shoestring fries and a drink. What I liked about Bonz wings is the sauces were inventive. I started with the Buffalo lime cilantro and that was the highlight sauce of this visit. Such a complex flavor profile. I went on to mild and then parmesan garlic. The other thing about these wings is there is a coating from the fryer that puts BDubs and Wingstop to shame. Whenever I am in the area, I am coming back here.

    * You only have 1 job *…read more Popped in on a lazy Wednesday afternoon. No one there. Took them 20 minutes to get my order out and the wings were absolute mush. Not crisp at all. Plus they tasted a little freezer burned. When asked about the former... I prefaced the question and told him it might be a tough question to answer: "why are the wings so mushy?" His answer? They sat too long after they tossed them. Because they forgot one wing on my plate they sacrificed the entire batch. No one - NO ONE - wants to eat mushy wings. If you F up? (1) Re-make the order! Or (2) serve what is done and walk out the remainder when its ready. Its as simple as that! This manager shows his willingness to dismiss customers as "being a dick" when I just spent $25 on MUSHY WINGS. Albeit I asked a tough-loaded question... Rather than being professional, in so many words he said "its my standard to push out mushy wings and if you don't like them you're being a dick." Look man.... I dont come in here very often and would never want to order wings prepared that way. Please understand, I'll pay for good food no problem; but DONT SERVE ME SOGGY WINGS AT A WINGS JOINT.... And then act the asshole by calling me a dick because I pointed out the obvious... ! I had originally given this place two stars but now I'm going to downgrade it to one star because I see somebody else wrote almost the exact same review as mine 4 years ago! This place doesn't deserve to be in business with the attitude and crap food. Do yourself a favor and go to Hot Mommas Wings instead.

Perfect because it was close to Hwy East 126, to head back home. We were greeted with a smile, he welcomed us and gave us menus and said we could sit anywhere and even outside on their patio. A very nice and clean place, clean restroom too!! Once we decided on food, we went to the counter to order. Man there was so much offered, there was definitely something for everyone's tastes. Everything was absolutely delicious and they brought it to us, in a short time. Definitely recommend every thing we ordered. The 2 meat platter, and platters I mean a small baking sheet !!!!!! The Cajun Bbq Burger with tots, Bacon Burger Fries (tons of) with side of Mac and Cheese (omg), Pulled Pork with Cheese Soup and Baked Potato, and my choice was the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Cajun Tots . Omg our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. My Philly had to be cut in half and even that still so filling. Everything was absolutely delicious, %. When in Eugene, stop by Springfield, Oregon because it's just across the freeway.
