I don't give bad reviews lightly. But this is a warning - do not place an on-line order. My husband waited an hour for 2 entrees, chips and guacamole. He placed the order on line, came to pick up the order in 20 minutes when he was told the food would be ready then waited 40 more minutes until it was actually ready. He got home and we opened the bag and it was missing an entree. When I called the restaurant to tell them, so he could come and pick up the food they forgot, they acted like they didn't even want to make it. You would think after watching a customer wait for 40 minutes and apologizing and checking on the order 4 times while he sat in the restaurant waiting that someone would have made sure it was right! And no he didn't check the bag but it was heavy. Turns out that was this massive bag of chips in the photo. He was able to get my chimichanga but it is soggy and flavorless. They said the online order never came through but it's on my husband's phone for the right location. I get that I sound like I'm ranting, but they knew the order was missing when he got there the first time and they still made him wait an additional 40 minutes and left off part of the order. I will give them credit that the comped the entire order, but we will not order to go again and don't recommend that you do. read more

Favorite Mexican restaurant ! The interior is very nice, and staff was friendly. It was my first time, very crowded Sunday night. As we sat down we immediately got chips and salsa, and our server quickly came to greet us. I really appreciated the prompt service. I tried burrito Colorado and it was delish! Disappointing dinner experience at Tito's tonight. Went with wife, daughter and husband plus two kids. Although it's hot outside, we chose to sit there to bypass the 45 minute wait for inside seating. Waiter was relatively attentive at the beginning but food delivery was very very slow. This included the appetizer. We waited close to an hour for the mains. Manager came by at one point and said they were pretty busy tonight. Frankly, I've seen them busier without the food delays. The manager seemed defensive and not helpful nor even apologetic. When food arrived, the shrimp tacos were lukewarm at best and daughter's dishes tacos weren't even that warm. She chose not to eat them but take them home for later warmup. I get that places are short staffed but our waiter seemed to be handling the entire outside porch including drink delivery. And a word to the waitstaff, if food delivery is going to be slow, then make sure the drinks continue to come: mollifies customers, increases high margin sales, and raises the base bill. They definitely need some smart management tonight. No apologies from manager or waiter or even a hint of a discount!!?? This place had very friendly service. The salsa was a little watery, we requested a spicy salsa and that one was spicier but also kind of sweet. As most of us are, I'm a BIG fan of Mexican and TexMex grub. This was my first visit to Titos. I've been to a lot of the other places around and have another favorite, but Titos is going to be my new go-to. First of all, BEST salsa in town! It's on the chunky side, but the flavor is amazing. We also asked our server, Jonathan, if there was a hot salsa. I would recommend you try both! The hot wasn't hot, just had more flavor, less tomatoes, more cilantro. The first time into a new place, I usually place a safe bet, so I got the Tres Combo, which has a tamale, enchilada, rice and beans. Everything was awesome, but I have to call out the red sauce. 99.5% of the time, red enchilada sauce more or less tastes the same, MEH! Not this! The color was dark brown and it was very Mole like, with hints of chocolate, cloves and cinnamon, a really deep, dark flavor. I've only been here the one time so far but I'll be back! We decided to check out Tito's and have this very important tip to share with you: Do not, I repeat, do not wait outside for a table. I had joined the waitlist on yelp, and we drove to Tito's as the app said to check in within 10 minutes. When I joined the waitlist, the estimated wait time was 15-30 minutes. My family and I took a bench outside and waited a frustratingly long time. I went inside to remind the hostess that we were here by politely asking if we get a text when the table is ready...she said yes. We proceeded back outside to wait another 20 minutes when we decided we couldn't take the cigarette smoke any longer. Once inside, my brother in law stared down the second hostess until she asked him what name his reservation was under and seated us. My takeaway- the reservation system doesn't work. Sit inside so the hostess notices you and your wait will be immeasurably shorter. Much better than waiting 60+ minutes. read more

If your into an average chain style restaurant then you would be ok here. Nothing special. I even came back a second time about 4-5 weeks later just to give them another try and it was the same. I wanted to love Tito's from all the great reviews I've heard from outside of Yelp, but they deserve 0 stars. If we don't finish our food then you know it's terrible. I ordered through the app and it said they will call when it's ready but also have a time of when it would be ready. Convenience is definitely nice. BUT, I waited in the parking lot 20 minutes after it said it would be ready and called asking where is my food? The guy who answered said it was ready and someone will deliver to my car shortly- due to COVID. 15 minutes later, nothing. Someone was walking car to car asking for orders and delivering my food. She saw my upset face and I told her I have been waiting 40 minutes. I finally got my food, I asked if something can be done- free, free chips it is. WHICH was already free and given to you. The food tasted lukewarm and I live less than 5 minutes away. The chips were stale and the salsa was bland. Even the enchilada sauce had no life to it! We ordered take out, and while we waited we had some sangria. It was OK, the chips were warm and crispy, the salsa chunky and fresh with cilantro flavor. We ordered chili relleno with just cheese, the menu didn't specify but in my neck of the woods sometimes they are meat filled. Another difference is that I've never had them surrounded with the thick eggy batter. They were great, big, stuffed well, delicious sauce. We also ordered spinach enchiladas, they were stuffed with so much wonderful sauteed fresh spinach. Wife and I went there last night. She ordered the carne asada fajitas & I got the fajita nachos with asada. But they delivered ground beef. We questioned the waitress but she said this was the asada. Tito's is always slamming, full of families, date nights, and groups of friends, but they're really good about getting everyone in to eat in a reasonable amount of time. If there's a wait, it's worth it. They have a huge menu with all the typical items, but also tons of specials... try Tito's Special for a stripped down chicken, cheese, and rice plate if you're a picky eater like me. My wife has probably tried everything on the menu, and there are several options for kids, too, even those who aren't fans of Mexican cuisine. Nice alcohol selection, various margaritas, and they have patio seating if you want a change of scenery. read more

Nasty! Just plain nasty. You've got to be drunk on happy hour margaritas to tolerate the food here. First time here and what a disgrace to Mexican cuisine. I ordered a carry out lunch meal, hard taco and burrito. Most places have the decency to separate the hardshell taco from the burrito. Nope not here, within the time it took me to walk to my car my hard shell taco became soggy with the tomato sauce they put on top of my burrito. This is not Mexican food. If you are mexican do not go there. The chile relleno had cream chesse and was wrapped in an egg like an omelette wtf! The chile verde was made with carne asada. I reccomend Taco Bell its more authentic. read more
