Truly one of the most honest and straightforward service experiences I've had in a long time. I brought in a pair of platform sandals that I absolutely love. I had bought them from a friend who had previously tried to fix a broken strap with strong glue, and I was hoping the strap could be replaced or at least repaired so the damage wouldn't be noticeable or cause further issues. The man who helped me (who I think is the owner) was completely upfront. He explained that attempting to try to fix the strap could actually end up damaging the shoe even more because of the unknown type of glue that was used. The last thing I wanted was for the shoes to be ruined. Instead of just taking my money and trying something risky, he genuinely advised me to leave it as is. Even so, he still spent about 10 minutes working on them to improve their appearance. When he brought them back out, they looked so much better--I was honestly impressed. On top of that, he charged a very fair and reasonable price for his time and effort, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and skilled to repair your shoes, bags, or luggage, I highly recommend coming here. Your items will be in good hands with someone who truly knows what they're doing. Terrible!!! WILDWOOD BOOTS I am never one to post things…read morelike this and I actually don't use Yelp, but I will start to now! I took two suede purses, one brown, one dark blue and an old pair of Ralph Lauren sandals to wild boots. The blue purse had a white spot on it that they told me they could re-die. The brown purse just needed cleaning and the shoes needed the insole redone . When I picked them up, the white spot was still there and yet blue dye came off on my fingers! Obviously, I'm not going to be able to carry it with having without having all of my clothes covered in blue dye. The brown purse did not look any better and while they did fix the insole of the shoes, the edges of them were all damaged and scratched up. When I hesitated and asked if they could do something about the blue dye coming off and maybe fix the edge of the shoes the owner got very irritated and told me to take all of my things and to never come back.
