Is a pretty cheap and affordable shop. I do think that the shop could work on organizing their shop. I dont know if it's only when I go there, that all the hand bags are on the ground, calendars and books are teared, bras on the ground, and so on. The TOY SECTION is THE MOST UNORGANIZED thing I've ever seen. Is like Toys R Us mess TIME 100. Some Items have several price tags on em so I'm not sure which one is the valid one. Overall, is not the most LUXURIOUS shop around like A&F, but is nice to have a shop like this around. read more

This is a PSA for customers: except for Halloween costumes everything can be returned within 30 days with your receipt. I bought several Christmas items after Christmas for 50% off and I had to return one item because I don't use cookware made in China. I had my receipt and was never told at checkout that the items were final sale. When I went to return the item, one of the coordinators, Mary, adamantly if not rudely told me that I could not return the item. I asked her where this policy was posted or printed because my receipt said I could return the item within 30 days and it was 2 days. I told Mary that I would call corporate to confirm and she said "Yes! Give them my name! I know I'm right!" I should have asked for the manager. I purchased some other items and left the store and called corporate. Long story short: corporate called the manager Yulee on site right away and I went back in the store and got my refund. Don't let misinformed and rude employees push you around! read more

The manager in Sunday night has unpleasant customer service attitude. She may go the wrong job. She is not good for customer service position. I came to purchase merchandises, She treated me with unpleasant face and voice so that other cashiers being curious look at me like a criminal. I enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx have for over 25 years. I was even employed by TJ Maxx part time for over 5 years prior while having a full time job in a business office. We all took pride in dealing with customers still adhering to customers always being right. Now that I can shop freely without worry I enjoy spending. Before I go elsewhere I give my business to TJ Maxx. I was prepared to purchase jewelry for Easter gifts for 12 females in my family. I went to TJ Maxx to make those purchases. I had the worst customers service experience EVER by a lady named Dulce who happened to be assigned the jewelry department the night I was in. In all my years of shopping as a customer and my years of being employed by TJ Maxx in the past never have I run across this. Dulce is a horrible unprofessional person and she should be retrained or fired. She needs to take pride in her work however belittling she may think helping customers are. When I was employed I loved every moment learning, setting up, cleaning, displaying, selling, counting and inventory. I took pride in everything I did. I worked in many departments even in jewelry. Dulce is not made to help others or even cares about selling. I will be rethinking of going back to shop at TJ Maxx for a long while. There are so many stores to frequent and now internet that why should I bother dealing with incompetent, unskilled, uneducated people like Dulce. I'm disappointed and disgusted that TJ Maxx doesn't take a better look at the people they have hired to assist or lack of. In my day we worked with customers and believed without them the company wouldn't stay afloat and we wouldn't have jobs. I don't know how Dulce manages to fool her supervisors my guess she stays quiet and hides in her shame. TJ Maxx is an amazing company to shop and work for. However people like Dulce have absolutely no place in this type of environment without extensive training and attitude adjustment. I will and have always been loyal to TJ Maxx but now I have to question what happened after dealing with Dulce. This is unacceptable! read more

My favorite TJ Maxx, and one with a great selection of designer labels. I found a fab pair of Kate Spade heels here for $100, and a Theory top for well below retail. I like their home furnishings section, and their men's department usually has Ralph Lauren ties for $20. TJ's also has unique jewelry. I treated myself recently to some pretty amethyst earrings. And it's right next to Pinkberry! What's not to like? read more

The TJ Maxx at this location is probably the best merchandized store there is. I have visited many TJ Maxx's in different cities and this small one is still by far my favorite. The merchandize is always the on the higher end and it is always filled with the current season stock. It is amazing to be able to always buy current merchandize at a discounted value. As far as discount department stores go-this one is great. It's clean and organized unlike some other locations. It's my go to place if I need an outfit in a pinch. One time my sweater ripped and I found another one on my lunch break! One small criticism, sometimes the lines at the check out are long and move slowly. This hasn't happened lately, so perhaps they fixed this issue, but it did slow me down quite a bit in the past. Overall, I will keep going back for the great deals and plentiful variety. read more

Always a great place to shop at when nothing else is open! The people are very nice and always helpful. There is a large variety of clothes, shoes, toys, books, bags, etc in the store so it's fun to walk around the store! However, because there are so many things being sold, it is often hard to find exactly what you want. The prices are reasonable though! read more

this is the best tj maxx to go to for designer handbags. I have seen a few gucci's past through this store.I have been shopping at tj maxx for a long time and I have never seen gucci anything. Ive been going to TJMaxx for years, best one I've seen, use to be one of my happy to place to go, but I wish I could give it a -1 star for the bad customer service I received today. I went in to return something I bough less than 10days ago. I literally pulled the same thing off the shelf because I had stupidly forgotten my receipt and thought oh they can use this to just give me store credit. NOPE. Okay so that's there policy right? But the girl that was helping me asked if I wanted to speak with a manager, I thought okay yes. She then goes on her little mic thing and say, I have a customer here who I've ALREADY TOLD NO to who wants to speak with a manager. Her tone defiantly said- HEY TROUBLE CUSTOMER HERE COME TELL HER SHES WRONG AND GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. And right before she does that she says I'm also an assistant manager. Oh, great, yeah so when the manger actually arrives you can see it on his face, oh hell no. Whatever this women wants, NO. After this I'm calling customer service and also reporting this store. I have never been made so mad by a store before, and it completely ruined my day. I worked in retail for a lot previously as well and no one should be treated that way. read more
