I am a frequent shopper at this location and visit almost every weekend. Even when I don't…read morenecessarily need anything, I enjoy stopping in to browse. However, over the last few months, I've overheard several shoppers discussing the aggressive behavior of the security guard on duty -- and I've now witnessed it myself. I've seen him stare customers up and down as if they're doing something wrong, and I've watched him follow people around the store. Today, I saw him approach a teenage couple in the makeup aisle and say, "You two are in here a lot." When they agreed, he continued, "I feel like I see you in here almost every day, but I never see you buy anything. Why is that?" The teens calmly explained that while they have bought items before, they don't purchase something every visit. I understand that security staff have a job to do, but at this point his behavior comes across as harassment, especially toward teenagers. This creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming shopping environment.

This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I didn't like the way the manager dealt with me, she was very mean.

It seems within a day or two I'll come back to pick up an order and there's already new displays. I have found some great deals on the clearance rack. My latest find was a lace white dress for $7. The app is worth downloading. It keeps all your information in one place: Kohl's cash, coupons, Kohl's card if you have one. Plus you can check the merchandise on the app and it'll tell you what stores have what you're looking for in stock. You can also have it shipped to the store for free.

I went into target today and bought several items. One was some chicken skewers that they had on…read moresale for $5.79 regularly $6.99. I decided to try them. I went up to the self checkout and they rang up $6.99. I said to the lady excuse me these are ringing up wrong. They're supposed to be on sale for $5.79. She told me I can go back and take a picture of the sign and bring it back up. I told her I just recently had back surgery and that really wasn't that convenient. I said can't you have somebody run back there or just change the price like you normally would do if somebody tells you there's something wrong with the price. She said we don't do that. I told her I would just pay for it forget it. And then when I was walking out, I was irritated, so I went back to the department and actually took the Cell sign that was on the item and took it to the customer service desk. They try to just give me the refund. I told them they needed to give me the scan rule because the lady decided she didn't want to change it. So I got back five dollars. She was sitting in a chair, heavyset blonde hair, African-American. I can barely walk after surgery, but I'm the one that had to be inconvenience as the customer. I did call their corporate number and left a message because I did try calling the store for over a half hour and and no one never picked up!! I usually go to the store in Southfield then Southfield Road. I will not return to that location!

We pressed the help button and waited there for 10 minutes - no one came. I figured I would just return them to another store later. There were a few items we needed to return, so we went to the customer service desk. We waited in line for nearly 40 minutes - with one person working the service desk. Finally made it up and it only took about 5 minutes since they were online returns and they just had to scan the barcodes and take the items. We shopped the grocery section of the store - it was not very well stocked. Most of the items we wanted were not available. Not a bad thing though, we didn't spend as much as we normally would. We made it up to the checkout and went to a cashier - that was a huge mistake (I should have done self checkout). The lady that checked us out should not be a cashier. She double scanned almost everything and we had to tell to her void the double scanned items. She threw glass jars into empty bags - and heavy items on top of eggs and bread - luckily nothing broke or got smooshed too bad. Of course, I missed one of the double scanned items - so, back to customer service I had to go for a refund... UGH! Don't make the same mistake as me -- stay away from this store!

The location was simple to get in and out of, with plenty of parking available, which made things stress-free right from the start. Inside, the store was well organized, making it easy to find everything we needed without wandering around too much. We were able to grab all our items quickly and efficiently with no issues at all. Customer service was smooth and uneventful (in a good way) everything just flowed. Checkout was just as seamless. The lines weren't long, and we didn't have to wait much at all, so we were in and out pretty quickly. This was a quick, hassle-free shopping experience, exactly what you want when you're on the go.
