The cashiers keep the lines moving quickly, and the app allows you to scan your membership/loyalty account from your phone. Inside has always been pretty clean whenever I've been in there. I don't know what Mark H.'s problem is, but if he wants to gnat pick about dead insects that are in an area where only sealed items are stored, then why does he keep shopping here?

Having shopped at the Kroger on Hwy 92, I can say 99% of the negative reviews are valid. 92 represents what a Kroger (or any other retailer should NOT be like. I had to bring that up, because in comparison the Town Center Kroger is a "Taj Mahal." I've been there several times in the past week and though some of the various food items might not be up to Publix standards (like the store brand chicken or their steaks), the produce and everything else was nice, displayed well and clean... people were friendly. For Pete sakes, if you're going to shop at a Kroger, this is the one you should go to. Think I'm wrong? Visit the other Kroger stores and you'll understand. This store, IMHO is the "flagship" of reasonable priced grocery stores in the area.

What has made the experience even worse is that this store has become a hangout for unattended middle school and high school kids in the afternoon. Last time I was here I had this one group show up and one of them even shoved a camera in my face for his YouTube or something while I was simply trying to shop. Kroger has refused to clean up this issue with the store, and trying to shop there in the afternoon or early evening is a horrible experience. So even though I basically live across the street, I will not be back. Kroger is consistently running some of the worst stores in the area, and it seems no matter which location you go to, it's absolute incompetency, poor stock, and poor quality. I'm done.

Had I been told that on my first visit or called since they ask for your phone number when you order I could have made other plans. I feel like this place is a coin flip.
