I really wish I had read the reviews before trying this salon. When I walked in it seemed fine and very simply decorated. While I was there, I translated everything being said from Russian into English--and I was shocked. The way the staff spoke about clients, right in front of them, was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Just because someone isn't visibly reacting doesn't mean they don't understand or aren't translating. As for the service: my nails looked okay at first, but the polish was too translucent. I asked for additional coats, but the adjustments made were minimal. After the appointment, I contacted the salon via WhatsApp to politely ask if they could fix a couple of things. Instead of being receptive, they dismissed my concerns entirely, saying they didn't see anything wrong--and then stated I'd have to pay for a fix. That part really baffled me. If they "don't see" an issue, how can they justify charging to fix it? The communication was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. It's no surprise they currently have a 3.4-star rating on Yelp. It would've been far more professional to simply resolve the issue and retain a returning customer, rather than respond with attitude and brush off valid concerns. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Please save your money and go somewhere (anywhere) else. My acrylic tips started falling off and cracking TWO DAYS after getting these nails. It was a super expensive service, with extra charges for almost everything. The business did offer to fix the tips (but only within a certain window -- only 3 days after service ), which I couldn't take up as I had to head out for an event. It would've useless anyway, because more tips started falling after the window/within the week. They also took the issue lightly--I'm sorry but $155 + $20 tip is hardly funny. The emoji usage is especially ":(" inappropriate. Absolutely horrible customer service, and god knows what their rudeness is about. I reached out to TK 3 days after getting gel set and her response was they only offer fixing the hard gel set. For $65/reg gel set, this is terrible business practice. In the last week, the nails continue to chip. I've trimmed them so it would not look so bad, but after one week several of the nails are 1/3 chipped off, and also the cuticles look equally bad. I think the prices are reasonable for the service received even if they're a little on the pricier side compared to what I'm used to paying. I had a bit of an emergency situation that my usual technician elsewhere was not able to handle (eyeroll) and I was able to get in within an hour yesterday morning using the online booking through their website. Hope took a look and gave me a very thorough explanation of what was happening, allergic reaction to gel polish, and told me I also needed to go to the doctor after having them removed (ended up getting a steroid shot and get another dose tomorrow.) They then removed the hard gel and gel polish from my hands and feet using the utmost care as they knew how painful they were. The salon is CLEAN and the technicians are lovely. If you need nail care in the area I absolutely recommend this spot, I will be back-but not for gel! read more

However, my total bill came out to $81, which is much more than I expected. The pedicure took over two hours, even though I only had standard polish on my nails. They used DND products if you're a nail guru and care about that. I would not recommend this salon to others. The prices are high, and the service is slow for a Russian pedicure/manicure. Every time I've asked for even simple nail art it seems like an ordeal and I just stopped asking. 2. They raised prices and $20 to remove polish, $20 for chrome, $7.95 fee to use your debit card. $240 for hard gel mani/gel pedi. Nothing special. No ombré, no nail art...just hard gel with chrome on hands and gel polish on feet. 3. Today they gave me a gift because it is their first anniversary and idk... it was just kind of strange and I'm struggling to understand. Why would you give a customer a bath mat with fake bloody footprints?!? Idk but I didn't like it and I didn't bring it home. I most likely won't go back. read more

No wonder they only have a 5-day guarantee on the upsell -- hard gel (WTH?). If you need to hard sell an upsell that needs a 5-day guarantee, buyer beware! 5 days is what regular manis last. A GEL manicure usually lasts AT LEAST 2 weeks. 2) Their "cure 2 nails at a time" practice is a nonsensical WASTE OF TIME. I've had perfectly fine gel manis THAT LAST 2+ WEEKS without the waste of time that is this ridiculous process. 3) Why wait until my gel mani has started to let me know there will be a $10 fee bc my old gel mani was done elsewhere?
