This was the first salon that I tried when I moved to LA, and I haven't gone to another one since and do not plan to. Every nail tech is detail oriented, kind, patient, and always makes sure every client is happy walking away. I love my nails every time, never had any complaints, both for mani and pedi. The salon is exceptionally clean, super chill, and often has a fun show playing on the TV. All of the girls are friendly, and you can tell everyone loves what they're doing. The spa pedicure is the best service, and very worth it. I've often needed to move around appointments last minute, and although it is not the easiest and definitely not the best thing to do, everyone at the salon has been very accommodating. I had an EMERGENCY nail appointment as my nail broke and my usual stylist was booked full. Originally, the front desk quoted that I could only get a single color because they didn't do designs. A little devastating, but it is what it is. My manicurist finished the base color and I got ready to leave. But... there's more. She said she'd try to fix my nail as best she can (god bless). She took a long hard look at my nails and redid my original design!!! I've never been so excited for a nail fix, and she DELIVERED Her initial application and removal was the most efficient I've ever seen (faster than the Asian salons ). I'm so grateful that they went above and beyond for this service. The space was very clean and airy; overall super welcoming atmosphere, even offering a drink (even though it was just a nail fix). It was my first time here today and I'm obsessed with my nails! It was my first time getting a Russian manicure and definitely not my last! My Russian mani looks so clean and I love the shape. My experience was wonderful from start to finish! I'm very picky with my nails and I must say I'm a happy camper. I also loved the fact the my appt was not long and the quality work was phenomenal! Also the prices were very reasonable for me. I have attached a picture here so be your own judge. Worst experience ever. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though I arrived 10 minutes late, the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. She stared at me disrespectfully, refused to let me get my manicure, and even told the technician in Russian not to continue with my pedicure. I asked to speak with the manager because customer service, respect, and professionalism should always come first. I have been coming here for years, but after this experience, I will not return. I'm addicted to this nail shop! I've had my nails done by Bella and Yanna and they always come out perfect. I get the gel manicure ($65+) and regular pedicure (~$50+) and it lasts 3 weeks minimum, with my nails only starting to show that they've grown out around week 2. My nails not only come out perfect but they also are able to complete my manicure and pedicure, at the same time, within an hour which is incredible timing. The shop is simple and clean with a very tranquil environment that makes me excited to come in each time, and the staff is caring, friendly and meticulous providing such quality services. read more

Had gel x removal and regular polish manicure. Unfortunately they over-file and polish your nail bed with their machine. My nails have not been this damaged in a while. Came to this nail salon bc my regular place had no openings and needed to remove my gel x nails due to work. My nails are so thin they bend and hurt. I was falsely excited to see that there was a nail salon near me open past 6 PM on a weeknight. I made an appointment and upon arrival there was one employee doing one customer's nails. The doors were locked, and they just both shook their head at me multiple times through the glass and did not speak to me. Why was I was allowed to make an appointment and then to show up at 7:30 and be turned away when their hours say they close at nine? I usually go to a salon near my house in Woodland Hills, but decided to go to a different salon since I was in the area and I'm so greatful that I did. I got a soak off for gel-x + gel mani and soak off for pedi + gel pedi. The technicians were sooo good, their tools were well kept and in good working condition (my normal salon has such dull bits!) and the technicians were so understanding with my sentence nail beds. If you're someone's who's had horrible nail experiences in the past this salon is sure to change your outlook on nail salons.
