My dog can be a little stinker and everyone is patient and kind. I really appreciate the vibe cause vet visits aren't everyday and the staff is very understanding. Cassi replied with "we are booked 4+ weeks in advance, best wishes". She did not ask me when I wanted the service done. I could have gone elsewhere in the first few weeks and booked in two months. But apparently she has enough business that she doesn't need to generate any more with inquiries.

Receiving your pet back as cremains is no one's favorite thing, but I was immediately touched by the quality of all the packaging and clear labeling so you feel confident its actually your pet. Everything from the bag they put your items in to the certificate of date is on the highest quality materials and they are careful to spell your pet's name and last name correctly. I was especially touched that they managed to get a really good paw print of my Great Dane. He had huge paws, even for a Dane, so I wasn't expecting it to come out that well but its perfect. I was especially pleased how they treated my highly triggered Pitbull. My pit Missy is extremely aggressive towards other dogs. But she loves people. With this knowledge, Lyzz's grooming were extra careful setting an appointment where we were the only clients there. When Missy and I showed up they treated with affection and praise. They also encouraged giving him lots of treats, and sedated him in advance before shaving his arm and placing the line, which is not the same experience we had earlier this year with our cat at our normal vet office. The vet office shaved her and placed a line while she was awake and fighting them, so this was a very nice change, and ended up being about the same cost as going into a vet office. They made a tough experience a lot easier.

Then they put me in a uncleaned room from a previous family that left after putting their dog down ( hint the chocolate in the room). Hair on the chairs, unknown liquid on the table, nail clipping, hair on the table too. I popped my head out to ask if this room had been cleaned and a lady said no I don't think so I was about to, I'm so sorry. The Dr immediately started cleaning the room and apologized too. All in all the staff are kind here, but I don't think it's ran very organized. Prices are good too! The wait time and cleanliness not so much... I arrived at 3:47 and didn't leave till 5:25 and only bc I opened the door to leave.. :/ After an hr wait to even get into the room. It made me uncomfortable, and not ideal. They let us have as much time as we needed with him. We opted for cremation with return of his remains. They were ready to be picked up a few days later. They packaged it all so thoughtfully. This was such a hard thing to go through, but sun valley made it as best as it could be. Definitely recommend this place
