Walked in because I had severe neck pain and met the doctor tommy. Great guy, he helped me straighten out my body and neck, educated me a lot on what I shouldn't be doing to my body and left me not completely cured as you need to take multiple adjustments but definitely better for me to mobilize my neck. DR. RYAN is a miracle worker! A couple of days ago while doing some active movements I think I may have tore some muscle tissue. I was a bit worried because it happened late in the day and I knew many offices close at 5 pm. I looked up the nearest chiropractor offices and saw a plethora of great reviews praising this location. Sure enough only within minutes of their closing I called and explained my situation. Dr Ryan was willing to see me and help me, and I'm very grateful he did. After some therapeutic treatment I was given a partial adjustment and told to come back the next day. I left the office feeling great and went to bed fine. I woke up and started my work day, but while at work a flare up began to grow. I called the office and I caught them right as they were going to lunch. However once again they were willing to see me and help me. I cannot speak higher of the quality of work being performed by Dr. Ryan. I have experienced a chiropractor treatment in the past, and this session was far superior in many uncountable ways. I had a really good experience at TLC. I got recommended here. I hurt my back after crouching down to buckle my son into his car seat. I was in severe pain and couldn't stand up straight. Every time I tried to stand up straight I would have a shock of pain bolt through my spine. I scheduled an appointment on the same day and met with Dr. Tommy Chau and Dr. Andrew. I did the therapy which consisted of heat pads and electrode therapy for my back muscles. Then I got adjusted. I highly recommend the therapy before the adjustments because it helps the muscles relax and makes for a smoother adjustment session. Dr. Tommy is very knowledgeable and loves to interact. This helps in case you are nervous about the adjustment. I've been here a few times already and always have a great experience. Thank you! read more

I met with Dr. Chau today as I sat in on his treatment for my wife. 1. He was able to accurately identify the key pain points that my wife had in her neck and pains on her lower back and in her legs. All without my wife having to explain it or point it out. His examinations revealed it to him. 2. He was able to provide a very thorough chiropractic treatment that lessened the pain and made things better instantly. 3. He explained and showed us some exercises and stretches that my wife could do at home to continue making improvements. He invited me to record his instructions on video so that we can accurately do them at home. 4. Dr. Chau has a special skill of being able to synthesize a lot of complex information and summarize it into a simple, easy to understand explanation. I went in not knowing what to expect. I went in for a bad flare up of my sacroiliac joint in my lower back. After thee days of maximum Tylenol I was running out of options. I was treated by dr Nguyen, who was very kind and put me at ease immediately. There is something comforting about a professional who takes his her time to LISTEN to people he or she is treating, and dr Nguyen is a perfect example. He put me at ease and carefully explained what was going to do to help me. I am a big guy, and had some trouble getting just right on the exam table,but dr Nguyen helped and I never felt rushed. The adjustment went well, with many pops and clicks as the dr got everything properly aligned. I felt sore, but I felt better and went home. Next morning the pain was totally gone! I will watch for any recurrent pain, but so so good. I avoided a 12 inch needle and a lot of cortisone Thanks to the great staff and doctors. You have made a friend for life! read more

I was referred to TLC Chiropractic after a car accident about 5 weeks ago. I can admit to being intimidated by the notion of having my neck cracked, as I referred to it in the past. My intimidation soon ended upon arrival. The staff is friendly and professional, and in addition to that, I soon learned there's more to a Chiropractic session than being adjusted. There's hot/cold treatment, massage, and adjustment as needed. Additionally, Dr. Chau took the time to explain the human body, spine, and nervous system to me, so I could understand why he was doing what he was doing. He also taught me stretching exercises to do to improve movement. Simply put, I feel alot better than I did 5 weeks ago after that accident, and I will continue to come to TLC Chiropractic. I'm treating this service like the dentist from now on, and will look forward to my annual/biannual appointments. In short, I cant recommend Dr. Chau and his staff enough. read more

dealing with Dr. Kent was very good. he explains everything and is easy to work with. I don't recommend talking to anyone else besides him as he is the owner and knows what to do. his knowledge and procedure is of a pro and he is always willing to share his knowledge. just ask and he will help you out. the only issue I would say is that he is rarely there to talk to in person or even on the phone. to have him call you back is like a casino chance. you don't know if he will or he wont give you a call back. in the end I would say this is the place to go for you injury or your "injury repair center" as I like to call it. read more
