My wife and I just had TLC Plumbing complete work at our house. We are extremely pleased with this company and it's employees. The owner answered my call on a Saturday and his crew was en route in less than a half hour. They called while they were on the road and let me know approximately when they would arrive. Upon arrival I met with David, and Daniel. They were extremely professional, personable and gave us options to choose from. They gave us a quote and it was extremely reasonable, especially due to the call being on a Saturday. They were very thorough with their work and explained the process of what was needed as they worked. The work was completed in very reasonable time and we were charged exactly what was quoted to us. In July 2017 we requested they come to repair a broken handle on toilet, $275 later they did the handle then replaced everything else inside tank. Today - 7 months later, the flap valve is not functioning in which appears is a cheap plastic interior valves and flush mechanism. $185 for a flap valve...they had just installed 7 months earlier. We feel they are not reputable and will never use them or recommend them. read more

TO ANYONE SEARCHING FOR HELP WITH PLUMBING. These guys should be at the very top of your list if not the ONLY ones on your list. Not enough good can be said about them. First and foremost for some, TLC fairly prices for their services. That's pretty important being that as a woman, I find that other companies (not all but quite a few) will tend to provide higher estimates for that reason alone. I have never experienced price gouging from Thad and his team at TLC or felt as if I ought to question their estimates. I believe this is in part, a main core of their work ethics. Next point and something I find particularly important. Over the course of years, we have brought in many contractors to assist in plumbing projects throughout our 50 year old home. Not until thIs group of men, have I personally felt such an extent of confidence in what they do, that I don't need to thoroughly inspect their work or be of concern that something may not function properly after they have left. That is how much I believe in their abilities and how they have completed a job so well done in my home that it is as if they were working on their own home. Another quality that I feel speaks of the core ethics this company possesses. That said, we have used them a number of times for different issues with our old plumbing. It isn't until now that I realized it needed to be told of how well they have done and continue to do. I cannot say enough words of praise of how wonderful these guys are! I hate to write this review for fear that they will get so busy that I won't have access to them when I need them ... yet they are too good to keep to myself. My husband and I feel extremely blessed to have found TLC and that we need not look any further for help when we encounter plumbing issues. These guys are the real deal and take great pride in their work. They are easy to talk to and take time to answer my questions. We experienced some serious blockage in our pipes. Flush the toilet and it burps into the tub. Called TLC and they said they could meet me at home in 1/2 an hour . They were on time and totally professional none of the sales stuff, etc. They found whats was wrong - flushable wipes (bad kid!) and fixed it. They also gave me some tips and advised of some problems I knew I had (but can wait) but didnt high pressure me into fixing it or the world would come to an end. I have to say....an annoying situation became not so bad today. I had a toilet that was leaking from the base. Unfortunately, it needed a new flange on top of a wax seal and all that. At least there are still honest businesses out there that hire professional employees to fix stuff. It was an absolute pleasure to have Larry at my house. He got the job done, showed me exactly what was wrong and WHY I had to replace each thing. Larry is really good with conversation and he lit up my day. We have used TLC several times over the last several years and were happy with the service but something seems to have changed. We have a leak that needs to be dealt with so I called to schedule an appointment. In order to be there to meet them, I had to schedule about 5 days out and take some time off of work. The morning of the appointment I am expecting a call to firm up the appointment...instead a get a call that they are not coming. They got busy over the weekend, they have bigger projects that day, all the techs are busy. I ask why I wasn't notified over the weekend about the scheduling problem so i didnt have to take time off work and I get "I don't know, I wasn't working over the weekend". Customer service seems to have suffered so it's time for a change. Called another company and they are coming out the same day. read more

We called with a last minute request for a shower faucet and shower head that we could not remove. Dan came out within the same day and offered a very reasonable estimate. He was so courteous and professional that we realized he was the right guy for the job. He had to come back another day since we needed to turn off the water to our entire complex. This was no problem to Dan, he wrote notes and affixed them to every unit as required. He was precisely on time for the next visit and made the promised repairs as promised. Stay Away!!! Simply put I had a leak through my bathtub. Called TLC and their plumber told me that the pipes had to be replaced and so did the tub. Since it was an unusual size, I had to order through a company they knew if I wanted to take a shower within the next few days. After their initial visit fee of $300, they then gave me an estimate of over $6000 for just a new tub and the labor involved. Called another plumber and he saw that the actual problem was a leaky valve and nothing had to be replaced. Overall cost $200. Called the head of the company (Thad Condon) and he wasn't concerned in the slightest that his plumber misdiagnosed my problem and was trying to upsell me. He just wanted his money. They were trying to use my lack of knowledge of plumbing to basically get away with fraud. Luckily I found an honest man to actually take care of my problem. Bottom line don't use them, and tell everyone else that they cannot be trusted. read more

TLC IS AMAZING. They are fast, fixed the problem both times we have used them and are so nice to work with. I came home to find water running down the street from a malfunctioning irrigation valve in our yard. I couldn't figure out how to turn the water off. I called TLC - who did a GREAT job replacing our toilets earlier this year- and Thad was here within 10 minutes! He fixed the problem and got the system working again in about 15 minutes and DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR IT! Highly recommended. read more

Omg amazing amazing amazing. There are no words to express how thankful I am I called this company. Here's why. I came home one night to my kitchen sink and bathroom sink overflowing. I literally had to dump out three buckets and it would not stop coming. I immediately searched for a 24 hour plumbing because this was at 8:30pm. I called another company (before I called TLC plumbing) and it took me forty minutes of waiting for their call before I realized I needed to call another company. That's when I found TLC plumbing and thank goodness I did! Immediately they answered and within 10 minutes I spoke to TOM. Awesome guy! I had a blockage in my shower and my kids tub. Several months ago I had the same problem and had a plumber out and he couldn't clear it. He told me I would have to call a plumber that could access my roof ,but, because of liabiltiy issues, one would be hard to find. The water drained enough for me to put heavy duty chemicles in it and clear it temporarily. Here I am again the day before Thanksgiving with the same problem but water is not draining. I called TLC. The first tech came out and worked on it for over an hour and a half and couldn't clear it. He called the office and assured me someone would be out later. Sure enough-Thad, the owner, came out with Scott and after much work they fixed the problem. They cleaned up and put up the piece of wall they had to cut out so it requires minimum repair. I had a very unique job that involved installing a commercial ice maker into my residence. I had 4 other companies out to bid the job, each of which said they'd get back to me in a day with an estimate. Never heard back from 3 of them.
