TM Nails is honestly one of the best nail spots in Santa Clarita -- the quality and consistency are always there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I truly appreciate Tammy for all her hard work because every time I go, it's just her running the whole shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Her book is always full, people wait specifically for her, and she still manages to stay kind, gentle, and detailed with every client.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She's so cute because she still writes everything down with a pencil in her little appointment book instead of going digital, and it works for her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I could, I would absolutely help her redo the whole salon and get her a proper front desk so someone else could handle all the scheduling for her. I really believe she deserves at least two employees in there to help her out because she is doing the work of three people by herself. She's built something special and TM Nails is truly a gem because of her. let's also not forget the vibe. It's very calm and peaceful in there. I always take a little nap. Lol

My nails are broken like this after just 1 week

I'm not one to write reviews unless really needed, but my nails are already breaking after 1 week. 2 nails are completely broken and fallen off and I spent $70. Now I have to go somewhere else an spend more $ just to get them fixed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've never had this problem going anywhere else :( I just don't think they were done properly[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and I want to be transparent with anybody else considering going here

Moved to SCV last June and looking for a nail artist around the area and found TM nails so I made an appointment for the first time and loved it[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]went for second time and loved even more now it's my 3rd time going to her and never disappointed me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].She is the best nail artist ever. Ohh and i do my eyebrows with her too..:)

TM's nails are fabulous. I love Tammy; she works well on my family's feet, and the wife's nails always look great. Her shop is nice and cozy; you get that warm, welcomed feeling right away. Just book your appointment with her as she gets very busy. I recently had a pedicure, and the whole process was great; she was gentle on my feet and took off 18 lbs of dead skin. It's been almost a month, and my feet still look and feel great, I can't wait to book the next appointment with TM Nails.

It was my first time going to Tammy. She was so sweet and kind to me and keeps saying sorry because she was still working on someone else, I totally understand..... I shaped my own fingernails to my liking so it'll be easier and faster for her to do my nails, I think it's just better that way..... I liked how my nails turned out, it's cute. I love how she cleaned my cuticles with legit NIPPER! You don't see that often in nail salons but to me, it was really good way to clean out the cuticles the old way.... I would totally get my gel nails done to her again....

I've been going to TM Nails for many many years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I absolutely love going. Tammy always fits me in her schedule.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She does a fantastic job on my pedicure and nails. I highly recommend this place. It's like a home feeling. I always get ingrown toenail and she somehow with her surgeon hands gets them out. Tammy is the absolute best nail tech.

It's my first time here and I loved it. Tammy is really nice. It's only her in the salon so it really helps because it's not crowded inside. It's just really quiet tho. No music Tammy is really great. She really did a great job with my nails and she took her time. I love how she really removed my cuticles and cleaned it without cutting my skin. She's so gentle. Tami is the best! I found her by accident one time when I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else . She has great availability and flexibility and her work is top notch ! today I wanted something special for the holidays and asked for a snowflake on one of my nails . I was expecting essentially an X with little balls at the end and instead she painted this amazing intricate work of art on my nail. My festive snowflake had all the little pieces of reflected light (The spokes and glimmer lines), a gem and even a little glitter . It was amazing ! Tami is super kind and accommodated my child's manicure as well. Always a positive experience in a nice quiet salon. Very fair and competitive pricing as well .

I am truly amazed by this gem of a nail salon. I didn't realize how "robbed" I was getting by going to other nail salons. I like the fact that you get to go into a small salon and have a personal experience with a nail tech that has the freedom to give you the attention: verses a quick get you done so they can move on to the next customer type experience. Tami is very attentive to your needs and listens to issues. I had kicked my baby toe and injured my nail and she was very cautious about shaping and cutting it. I usually have a lot of anxiety with getting my hands done because of so many terrible experiences. She did a wonderful manicure that was gentle, yet still very thorough and cuticle clean up was exactly what I wanted. I wanted a very simple design and didn't expect the "little" details my Pinterest inspired photos had, but she was very accommodating to make sure I got something resembling my inspiration photos. I have a issue with dry heels, I usually always opt for callus remover and recently testing paraffin treatments. I've only experience paraffin one time before and at that nail salon it was so quick and honestly wasn't something I thought I'd try again because it didn't do much. But here I was able to let it sit on my feet while she worked on my nails and it helped with my feet feeling even smoother. With the quality of natural nail care and extra heel care(she really gets in there to smooth out and rid your feet of dead skin), the price point is very comparable and worth it! I am very excited to book here again and I am confident I have found my new nail spot. Highly recommend! read more

She was very aggressive cuts your fingers and never sees you on time. After I said you keep cutting m she purposely cut me again. She had so much attitude and was very disrespectful. She Spends 3 hours for just pedi and gel manicure. Her respond was sorry sarcastically you want clean nails or not. read more

I went to Tammy for the first time. I was very pleased with her. The salon is clean, and she works alone, so there are no other patrons there while you are there. You do have to wear a face shield while you're there. You need to either bring one or buy one for $5. Also, she only accepts cash. read more

This was my second visit here for mani/pedi. Very unique salon. It's solely a one man show. Tammy is excellent! She really gets in there lol. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. I just do a regular spa pedicure and regular manicure. The color last for weeks. If you truly want to relax while receiving services than this is the place to be. Thank you Tammy! read more

I visited this place as a first timer after someone recommended it to me. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's a private salon with only one mail tech and the customer (you) allowed in there at once. There is plexiglass hung up. She kept her mask on at all times. I refuse to give 5 stars because I paid extra for callus remover, as I do anytime I get a pedicure and she used an extremely old cheese grater thing that did not look very clean. I asked her if that was clean and she said yes. I felt very uncomfortable after that point. read more

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and Tammy is the only one working. I wanted to get a full set she was accommodating and asked to come back in about an hour and a half later. I got my nails done and I love them she is incredibly nice and not pushy and she did what I exactly wanted. I really REALLY wanted to love this place because I've never been to such a quiet relaxing salon but I got a fungus on all my fingers. All the tools I noticed are pulled out of a box-not sterilized-which is typical for all these kind of salons. My fault for not saying anything but definitely a deal breaker. read more

After 2 years I finally I found a place that can do ingrown toe nails. Tammy did such an amazing job. She takes her time to do quality work. This was the second time I went to Tammy. The first time I received a pink and white full set. She did a beautiful job, but I was put off from the clearly used tools she plucked out of a plastic box, and the heat that her electric file created. I was burned a couple of times! Also, she had me soak my nails in acetone to remove my previous gel nails, and the acetone was used! After I dipped my fingers in it she poured what I had used back in the jar for the next person! I didn't know acetone was that expensive that she had to reuse it. I went in for my first fill, and she was 30 minutes late for my appointment. She apologized profusely, but I barely made it to work on time! I also noticed after I left that even though she used the same color powder as before, the fill-in part was lighter than the rest (see photo). I'm going on a 10 day cruise next week. Now I will need to get it fixed by another nail shop. read more

Found this gem through yelp and so glad I did. My usual go-to girl was booked and I came across this spot. It's a one lady show, so there's no other workers. Tammy is so sweet and takes her time with gel mani and pedi. Thorough and really cleans your nails and cuticles. Will continue to keep coming back. read more

Yay for Tammy!!! I have finally found the perfect nail salon !! I had called her today to see if she can squeeze me in for an appointment and she was able to take me in, I came at 7 for my appointment I was running a little late it was suppose to be for 630 but she was very understandable. She took my nasty nails I had gotten done at a place in Santa Clarita and she did a full set pink and white ( I paid the extra $3 for the glitter) and wow! She took her time, she was a perfectionist!! She's so friendly and I love that she listen to everything I had asked for. I will be current customer of Tammy's and won't be going nowhere else for my nails again. Also a big plus she's only 3 minutes away from my house. Thanks so much Tammy you are the best!!!! read more

Place is a little hole in the wall but the lady who works there is great. Very sweet and took her time doing my nails. I believe she works there by herself which is crazy. But make sure to call in before to make and appointment. I would definitely go back, my nails look flawless. read more

I saw the Beauty by Lid storefront as I was in the area, and kept it in the back of my mind. Remembering this location, I made an appointment online with Mariam for Saturday at 11am. I arrived 10 minutes early, and she was ready for me. I warned her in advanced that I'm terrified of the drill and nail file, so I would most likely flinch or make a funny face when it is in use. Unfortunately, my fear is so much worse than I thought because I was uncontrollably squirming/ tensing up, and truly just being a nightmare client. Mariam was SO EXTREMELY patient, kind, and gentle with me. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay, and would announce when the scary part was done. I was so embarrassed by my behavior, but she was very sweet. In addition to her kindness, she was fast. I got a Russian manicure with fast gel (no removal) for $85 (and a $2.47 service fee). The whole process took 45 minutes. The color came out exactly how I wanted it to, and I was very please with how uniform the shape of the nails were. FYI: There are two Beauty By Lid locations. One is for hair, eyebrows, facials, etc, while the other one is the nail salon. The nail salon location has a smaller and tighter parking lot.

During the appointment, my wife repeatedly told Lana that she was cutting too much and that it was painful, but Lana dismissed her concerns and responded, "It's okay" Since that appointment, my wife has experienced ongoing pain, inflammation, and damage to her toe. The condition became severe enough that she had to seek treatment from a podiatrist. According to the doctor, the aggressive pedicure caused damage to the nail bed, which resulted in the nail separating from the nail bed. As a result, the podiatrist had to remove approximately half of the nail. A customer should never leave a routine pedicure with a painful injury that requires medical treatment. This experience has been frustrating, painful, and costly. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend Lana and believe the salon should take this matter seriously to prevent another customer from experiencing the same outcome.

I came to Tammy over 10 years ago, as I had a broken nail. She fixed it, and I've been coming to her ever since. And I've never had a broken nail again. I constantly receive compliments on my acrylic nails,and pedicure. Not to mention she does a terrific job on my eyebrows too! Her new shop is absolutely beautiful, and very relaxing. As I mentioned to her that I can't find a good nail salon in my area as they always make the acrylic so thick and uneven or damaged my nails and cuts. Again I was not expecting that Rita would make a difference and now I can say I found my go-to nail salon. The price wasn't much of a concern but I was a bit confused when the gel polish and choice of nail shape were separate prices because from my previous experience I was never charged for shaping other times I was charged for gel polish the most charge was $5 and she charged $10. I didn't get a chance to clarify that with her as I was thinking I needed to leave soon because of the errands that I need to do. The service took 2 hours because she was alone and only wished she had at least 1 person to help her so the service won't take long, especially when having a time commitment. Other than this I will be returning to Rita!
