Came for HH 2-5 $8 house red wine made by Corliss for TMACS that I thought was good. I don't remember the cost of the beer that BF had. No food. The bartender was nice and friendly and it wasn't too noisy as there were just 2-3 more couples at the bar. It's nice that they have happy hour from 2-5 and it's a nice place to hang out to have a drink.

We made reservations on a Saturday evening at 7:15. We came a little early but they sat us down quickly. I got started with a drink that was a grapefruit martini. It was fresh grapefruit juice which was delicious. Also got started with Seared Ahi. The mango salsa was refreshing and I loved the plantain chips that came with it! It was hard to pick a main dish but I settled on the Wild King Salmon, and we also got the Chicken Marsala. The king salmon was to die for. So incredible and everything paired so well together. The sauce, bok choy, everything! I still am thinking about this dish days later. The chicken Marsala was also so delicious, I really enjoyed the chicken and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and I loved the polenta paired with it. All the dishes were so delicious! I would return here again and have the same dishes, but I can't wait to try their other dishes they offer. It's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Can't wait to try again when back in Walla Walla.

Alex was our server and was bright and fun. All the dishes were presented well and were clearly fresh and assembled with care. We particularly enjoyed the Ahi which was full of fresh salsa and plantains, the subtle Black Sea salt was the perfect touch. The pulpo or octopus was also really well executed and had a nice fresh green garnish with the perfect amount of parsley. As a side note the owner and chef was onsite, clearly keeping an eye on both the back AND front of house during the meal. You just don't see that commitment often, Thanks Jose!

I've walked by this place for years without walking in but finally did and was so happy with the choice. The restaurant inside feels modern and beautiful, busy but not packed, with plenty of space between tables. Most places in Walla Walla have good wine selections and this is no exception. Everything my friends and I chose paired well with the food, and the server was knowledgeable and friendly about each one. And speaking of food - it was really the star of the show. We shared the pea bruschetta which was tasty, and also had an amazing bolognese that was hearty and satisfying without being heavy. My spouse had the gnocchi which felt light and pillowy but also appropriately indulgent. And we all shared a dessert of small bites designed as a fundraiser- very fun.

We were celebrating my grandson's 17th birthday here and we were visiting from Los Angeles for my other grandson's graduation from Whitman. Our food was good, I had the asparagus soup and it was so creamy and good. I decided to try the chicken Marcella (I've never had this) I didn't care for it. Just me I guess. Everyone liked their meals.

I've had TMACS on my mind for quite some time. I finally made it over this week while I had a work project in town. And I thankfully made it in time for Happy Hour! I was able to order the Charred Octopus and Wild Salmon wontons on the HH menu. The Charred Octopus was great, not over cooked and chewy, except at the ends. It came with potatoes and a chimichurri, with a spritz of charred lemon for acidity. The Wild Salmon wontons were ok IMO. It was deconstructed, which I didn't expect, so it was a bit hard to eat properly. Then I ordered the Quail stuffed with Chanterelle mushrooms and barley. It was bone-in - and I'm totally fine with that, however it was a bit too salty for my liking. After all those items, I was too stuffed to even attempt dessert! Service was great, not overbearing or rushed. I would come here again, as I want to try other items. Overall, I'd give TMACS 3.75 stars...

TMACS quickly became one of our go-to lunch spots in Walla Walla--we ended up going twice during our visit. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, making it an easy choice to return. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual yet enjoyable midday break. Service was friendly and attentive both times. Definitely a great lunch spot to add to your list.

Consistently a wonderful experience and fabulous meal. Wait staff is exceptional. I prefer the main level dining in the front room with all the windows. Expensive but worth it!

TMACS is hands-down one of the best spots in Walla Walla. The bartender was a standout--friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personal, especially with their insights on the excellent, well-curated wine selection. The food was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with intention. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, don't get too attached, because dishes come and go, but that's part of the magic. Let yourself be pleasantly surprised every time you visit. We ended our meal with an apricot goat cheese cheesecake that has forever ruined every other cheesecake out there... absolutely unforgettable. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elevated and relaxed, and the entire staff is warm and attentive. TMACS delivers across the board.

Abeja recommended this place and I'm thankful. Although it's casual (we sat at bar) the food was delicious. Small menu but what they deliver is very well thought out. See my pics. Bolognese one of the best I've ever had. Beet and burrata salad exceptional. And that bartender can really shake a martini!!

Visiting friends from Western Wa and was wowed by our chef prepared farm to table lunch experience at TMACS. Appreciated the server went above and beyond to screen out for food allergies. Know Walla Walla is winery galore but neither one of us drink. I really enjoyed they have a decent selection of mocktails. They are both creative and not overly sweet. The menu has a good variety to suit everyone's palette. We all shared the seared ahi tuna with black lava salt and mango salsa it just woke up our tastebuds.. the plantain chips took it to the next level ... delicious and healthy... My friend, hubby and I loved our lunches. My Mediterranean Lentil with halibut may sound too healthy to be delicious but it was super yummy yet super light and guilt free. Love the half grilled lemon to squeeze over my salad for freshness. My friend and hubs were wowed by the lobster mac and cheese and fettucine primavera. Expertly done. Hope they may open another one in WW or will have to make a trip down here.

Beautiful ambiance. It's consistently been a restaurant that has delivered outstanding food and service every time I've visited. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a great meal. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, each prepared with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top-notch. I've never been disappointed, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable meal.

See your favorite MILFs enjoying cocktails and laughs at the chic bar. Limited menu, but expect the classics of bolognese, seafood fettuccine, lamb, halibut, etc., in a contemporary setting. Outdoor sidewalk seating available. TMACS has delicious food and drinks, excellent service, and thoughtful touches--making it a favorite for both casual dining and special occasions in Walla Walla.

We were seated quickly and it wasn't too busy so we were able to get a booth seat. The inside was nice and the booth was comfy. I decided to try a few items from the happy hour menu. Got an IPA for $8. Started with the k-pop wings. They were delicious and juicy and had a great flavor, and I enjoyed the sauces it came with. Also got the lamb burger. Honestly pretty disappointed. It was pretty dry, with barely any sauces and the bread made it more dry so it was hard to eat. The lamb was pretty good but wasn't the best. I also wish it came with fries or something else as a side. Finally got the Bibimbap with tofu. It was beautifully plated and had a lot of toppings but the rice was inedible. It seems to be at least a day old, not fresh, and it was not warm at all. The rice made it hard for me to enjoy as that was majority of the dish. The tofu was pretty good but overall I wouldn't return here unless for the k-pop wings. After dropping off the bill our waitress didn't come back at all so we had to wait a long time to get checked out, even another waiter had to come in and check us out because he realized she didn't come back. Kinda disappointed :/

We both ordered meat, because it's what's for dinner! The pork chop and the New York specifically. With the blistered beans and wood stone potatoes. All seasoned very well and delicious. For startes, we ended up ordering the Pork Rulette, which was excellent. They even brought us more bread to enjoy it with. I think the biggest downside is the price, but we were finding everything in Walla Walla to be expensive. When in wine country, pay wine prices. I'd have preferred beer prices. Ensure you make reservations, the person that recommended the place mentioned it and we would agree. While it was almost empty when we arrive, it was full by the time we left with a wait.

She took care of party of 6 that ranged in ages from 44-86 with lots of laughter and fun. Every single thing we had was phenomenal - from the cocktails to starters to entrees and dessert, I was a fan of every bite. Starters: Salted Fries: perfectly crispy and seasoned with the best homemade fry sauce Ahi Wontons: great fish quality, crispy wontons and awesome sauce Mains: Three of us ordered the rotating steak and with three different cooking preferences, they nailed all three. Two of us got the Gochujang Glazed Tofu and it was delicious. The two sauces that came with could be added to make it to your liking. Our friend is vegan and they were able to customize it with no issue. Ahi Tuna: perfectly seared and delicious. Desserts: Zucchini Cake was a healthy portion and well-balanced. The star of dessert was the salted butterscotch ice cream. In a collab with Pine Cone Creamery, I couldn't stop eating it. The restaurant is gorgeous, still preserving some of the old pieces of it while modernizing it. Eating in the wine barrels or the private spaces looked special as well. Sundown was our main server and it was lovely. The meal is a prix fixe, with opportunities to add on with additional dishes if desired. The star of our dinner was the pasta and meat courses - no surprise since the chef is Mike Easton, of Il Corvo and Il Nido fame. I will be dreaming about that Sungold Tomato pasta for years to come. The best part? An entirely vegan menu for one of friends that was delicious and in line with what we were having as well. The evening started beautifully. The property itself is gorgeous, and the first few dishes that came out were wonderful. Unfortunately, the experience took a significant turn once our entrées arrived. The restaurant was gracious enough to accommodate my request for halibut instead of beef while keeping my friend's steak as ordered. Unfortunately, both entrées were overcooked. My friend actually looked at me and asked, "Are you sawing at your fish?" Sadly, I was. The halibut was so overcooked that I literally had to saw through it with my knife. As my friend put it, "No one should ever have to use muscle to saw a fish." Exactly. Her steak was also overdone. We brought the issue to our server's attention, and she asked if we wanted the dishes taken back. Of course we said yes, assuming that at a restaurant of this caliber, the kitchen would remake the entrées and give us properly prepared meals. That, unfortunately, didn't happen. Instead, dessert arrived. And that came with its own unexpected issue: while eating it, my friend actually lost a tooth. Yes--her tooth literally came out while eating dessert. Needless to say, that was not how we expected the evening to end. What makes this especially disappointing is the restaurant's reputation and the price point. We came in expecting a memorable dining experience and were excited to celebrate a special occasion. Instead, I left without actually having a properly prepared main course, and my friend left with an overcooked steak and a missing tooth. There were certainly some bright spots--the setting is beautiful, and the opening dishes were very good--but at this level of dining, the execution and, perhaps more importantly, the response when something goes wrong should match the reputation. For the price we paid and the expectations set by the accolades, this experience simply fell far short. Most disappointing of all, it was my birthday, and what should have been a special celebration became an evening we'll remember for all the wrong reasons.
