My Whirlpool Cabrio Washer was in need of repair and there are not many Appliance repair companies who service this type of washer. So I was very pleased to see that TMM Appliance Repair could repair my washer and was additionally pleased to see the favorable reviews. I contacted Brandon through Yelp and set up an appointment. Unexpected things occurred and Brandon was not able to keep my appointment. So, I set up another appointment for the next day. He was late for that appointment but did show up and was able to diagnose the problem. He waived the diagnostic charge and gave me the opportunity to shop around if I felt the need. He was so polite and professional that I decided to go ahead and have him do the repair. Glad I did. He repaired and tested my washer and it is now functioning perfectly. Even though his timing with appointments was a little off, the quality of his work overrides any inconvenience being late causes. Brandon, the business owner, immediately apologized for missing a confirmed appointment; no excuses, no blaming others; just a simple, sincere apology. It was an honest mistake where my appointment slipped between the cracks. I contacted Brandon, told him I understood, and asked to set another appointment. He came the next day, analyzed the issue with my washer and pledged a return after securing the necessary parts. One of his staff came on the day promised, at the time promised and made the repairs. I contacted TMM among others about a problem with my washing machine. I described the problem as fully as I could and very quickly had a response diagnosing the problem and advising that it would not be cost efficient to repair the machine. I asked a number of follow up questions, all of which Brandon answered willingly, including his thoughts on a replacement. He was cautious in his recommendation as he didn't want me to hold him to it, and rightfully so. He also spoke with me about how to avoid the problem in future. While I haven't used Brandon to undertake a repair per se, my dealings with him leave me confident that I would be happy to do so in future. read more

My washer broke and I called around to the first place that popped up on google, they couldn't schedule for an appointment to diagnosis the problem for 2 days, I called another place, number didn't work 3rd call was to TMM.
