I wish I also could do a negative star review... first of all, they were send trough my home warranty.. they showed up ..miss diagnosis on it , told me that it needs a deep cleaning the coils were dirty.. I cleaned them out.. then call them to tell them that that problem did not resolve... they took forever to get back to me.. came to second diagnosis... was at work when they came my elderly father in law was home... they left my house without leaving a report or notifying my in law.. left my garage door open.. I had to reach out to them .. they said they were going to put the order in for the part... I gave about a week .. nothing from them.. I called the warranty.. warranty told me they have not even put the order in ... I still gave them a chance waited another week still no order in even though I made it clear that I had kids and my 80 year old in law... insurance made several attempts to reach out to them and couldn't.!! Horrible service it's been a month and nothing... finally got a new company!! Don't recommend this company to anyone! So unprofessional. All these bad reviews should tell customers something. The technician lied to my face and then went and told his owner a completely different story and then when I called the owner David Holt, he caught an attitude with me on the phone and did nothing to resolve the situation except call me a liar. Same as one of the other reviewers. This is absolutely one of the worst customer service that I have experienced. This is the assigned contractor for our home warranty. We filed the claim on 08/02/2017 and waited for them to call. They never did so we called them and left several messages. They never answered our calls and they never cared to call us back either even we left messages. So do not use them because they do not care the customers or potential customers at all!!! BTW, do not use the Home Warranty of America either. They are totally pain in the ass. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service! This is the contractor our home warranty assigned to us. We filed the claim on June 21st and waited for them to call. They never did so we called them and left several messages. They don't answer and the don't care to call you back! It's been almost a month with no A/C!!! It was also a bummer to find out that my AC was not working due to David's previous "fix". It was a super busy week with triple digit temperatures so understandable if he couldn't fit me in, but a little communication would've been the professional thing to do. TNT is contracted through my home warranty. Once they were sent my work order they never called? I called them on day 3 was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. When i called back the man was nice enough and scheduled for this last Saturday from 7am to 11am ....at 9am (2 hours after he should have already been on the job) i get a call that the tech had a family emergency and they needed to reschedule. I asked that they do it the following day and even though the guy said they dont work sundays he had a tech willing to do the job on sunday, the next day from 7am to 11am. So obviously by 11am no call no show! Nice! i wake up at 630am all weekend long and you dont even have the professionalism to pick up the phone? needless to say i advised my warranty they are not welcome if that is the workmanship and integrity that this company has....craziness read more

Worse experience I have ever had with a business. Took 26 days to install a hvac that was already purchased. Charged me $4000 for a job that took an hour. When I asked why it was taking so long before he could come install he told me I was a asshole. I said nice way to talk to a customer. His reply was I aint afraid of anyone you mother F**cker. On day of install I saw he charged me $265 for 9' of 1/2 pvc pipe. ( Home Depot sales it for .26 per foot). I said I understand you need a profit but this is a crazy mark up. He said if I knew you were such a headache I would never had dont the job. This all came from the owner David Holt. I would NEVER EVER recommend this guy. This company was sent out for service by my warranty company. Worst customer service ever. Misdiagnosed the issue, over charged for the out of warranty work that was done. Left my AC unit partially disassembled and does not answer or return calls. When I finally did get to speak with Dave two days later, he was unprofessional and personally offensive because he is "a working man and doesn't sit behind a desk and eat donuts for a living". read more

Today I had TNT Air Conditioning perform a major job on our home in Sonora. It was a very positive experience. Chris and James arrived on time with a smile and courtesy often times not seen in todays society. My husband was very impressed with their attention to detail. They were competent, efficient and knowledgeable. This was a home warranty repair. The weeks leading up to this were filled with confusion and disappointment dealing with the home warranty company. David Holt, the head of repairs at TNT, worked tirelessly with me on making this repair happen. I had many phone calls with David trying to get this job done. He was always willing to listen to my concerns and help resolve issues. Chris and James are obviously representative of David Holt's good leadership and staff training. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! The "boss" David gave us the run around for a week!! (It's august, hot, and our ac motor went out) did I mention I have a 1 year old daughter & my mother is a senior?! They were supposed to come out on a Wednesday between the times 4pm-8pm never showed never called giving a explanation on why they never showed (yet they're "24/7" services). My mom called the next morning Thursday & the "boss" David cussed at my mom. Who does that to their customers?? He then said they would be here between 9am-12pm and doesn't show until 12:30pm. Thank you Dave and Chris! My AC went out on the evening of my 66 birthday and I wasn't going to celebrate it as a puddle. I got an appointment with TNT through my home Warrenty for the last part of the day! I called Dave directly and explained the situation (plus my poor dogs were suffering in our oven of a house-they went on long drives in the air conditioned car for relief) he was kind considerate and on top of it I got a phone call 20 minutes later from Chris who said I will be there within the hour! 20 minutes later Chris was at my door fixed the problem a capacitor (not a flux capacitor but I was hopeful) and then he was done. they came out last week on thursday 6/24 to check our ac unit. they found the problem and said the part needed to be ordered and it would be here sometime the following week. we figured on them not getting the part and having it installed for another week. they got the part in and called today monday 6/28 and had someone come out and finish the repairs on our ac unit. total time down was 4 days. everything worked out great. thank you for your great and fast service. read more

Our air conditioner went out at the beginning of summer. Our home warranty company called another local company who offered us an appointment in a WEEK! The warranty called TNT instead and they came out the next day (it was later in the day when we called them). David Holt was our technician. He was great about keeping in touch with his estimated time to be there and was very friendly and respectful of our house. He had the problem diagnosed in minutes and had the part he needed in the truck. Our air conditioner was up and running within 15 minutes! He took the time to show us the old and new part installed and made sure we were happy with how the system was running. He also checked the filter before he left just to be thorough. When your AC goes out during one of the hottest spells of the summer and you have 3 young kids, you panic a bit. We called our home warranty who dispatched another company who wouldn't make it out for a week. We called the home warranty back and they dispatched TNT heating & air who called this morning and came the same day. Did I mention it's a Sunday?! Both of the guys that came were professional and efficient. They fixed our AC and took the time to answer my questions about future maintenance and gave us tips to increase the energy efficiency. read more

I was referred to TNT through my home warranty program on August 20th. I called TNT around 5pm on the same day, spoke with David who after gathering the necessary insurance details from me and scheduling a prompt appointment (8/22) was kind, made me laugh and when I asked if there was any additional information I could provide said make,model numbers would be helpful so his guys could come prepared (I'm certain that he would have asked me for these details had I not offered first). I hung up the phone feeling relieved, knowing I wouldn't have to worry about being taken advantage of or doing business with a company not located in my hometown. In fact, I felt as if I had known this company and been using their services for a long time. During my appointment Chris checked the thermostat, the HVAC unit and the compressor and quickly diagnosed the issue as a exploded battery in the compressor. He replaced the battery, checked the AC vents in the house to ensure everything was working and were finished within less than a half hour. He was incredibly respectful, kind and not only helped me understand what had happened but also signs to look for should it happen again. While I am thankful I had a relatively inexpensive home warranty co-payment I would and will call TNT should I have any future HVAC issues irrespective. The customer service provided was fantastic and I feel assured of the quality work done and the genuine sincerity of the folks who provided it. Thank you guys so very much! read more

This company is pulling scams with home warranty companies. I called my home warranty company to fix an issue with my AC, and they sent TNT to come out. Guy tells me that the condenser pan is cracked, and the entire unit needs to be replaced, because they don't sell just the pans for the unit. So basically he recommends replacing the whole condenser. So when I saw the pricing from the Warranty company, i was going to have to come out of pocket over $1,800. Why you may ask? Well they would not give an itemized breakdown, but said there were Permits that were required, and extra "mastic" needed, among other items that the home warranty company did not cover. I then asked for a breakdown, and they flat out refused to give specifics on which permits were required. Then after i told him that it is required by law to give full disclosure on required permits, he then told me maybe it was better off if we did not do business. I recently called out another company on my own to deal with a thermostat issue, but while he was there I asked them what would be required in replacing the condenser. The technician told me that no permit is required whatsoever, and on top of that, he said most likely the pan could be replaced, and not the whole condenser! So basically TNT were perpetuating extra permits and other items to jack up the price, which then basically came out of my pocket. Homeowners beware and do your research on any work these guys might perform! read more

Disappointed, particularly after first meeting with 2 techs who were very polite and who I thought sounded like they made sense. Unfortunately, they came out as in response to a call to my home warranty company. I know they are on retainer and there is an a automatic$75 service call fee, but after cleaning a high heat ignition rod, and pronouncing in writing that'all is well', he suggested scheduling a chemical maintenance cleaning for a few months later for$395. He said I could shop around. When the furnace stopped working again just after they left, I waited for my husband to come from work to look at it. We went out for the evening and upon coming home and temps had dropped, he made another unsuccessful attempt to get it heating. I finally tried to leave a message with tnt's after hour phone service but just to be sure I sent a text hoping I would get a call in the am. I called again a little after noon that next day Sat and reached David and was promptly scolded for calling so late at night. "Who does that?" I apologized for calling him on what I thought was his business line and was told he doesn't work weekends. Apparently, the many extensions in the phone's recording are to make you think this is a bigger outfit that it is. It would be smarter to be more forthright and let your customers know that you do not have emergency after hour hours service when temperatures drop. During our short conversation, I was told that to get a diagnosis I should have to pay$395 to first have my whole system cleaned. He also told me that his tech told him that the reason it wasn't working was that the mother board was dirty. That was not what he told me nor did he'd try to sell it too hard. I am sure he thought he fixed it. He did say he didn't carry the chemicals with him. Suffice it to say that I am looking forward to the visit from a competitor today and a warm house again. read more
