    Update- for the owner! 1. We understand our unit is 12-13…read moreyears old and we were given options last year but we were told if units working fine then we do not need to take immediate actions. 2. Prior to yesterday's visit, we just had a maintenance performed last week and all was good. No immediate recommendations was given. 3. If as your said this could happen, shouldn't your technician go over the possible issues with us before he start operating? He was here for less than 15 mins and broke the compressor. 4. I am in awe that after management showed up they told us it's just bad luck and they cannot take any responsibility. Then proceeded to give me a quote for 6-7k for a replacement compressor. 5. I had a working AC and your technician showed up, within 15 mins, messed up my AC and give me a quote for 6-7k? If you were me, what would you say? What is fair is fair, in this hot weather and I just had a surgery and I have no AC and now what do I do? 6. I will attach my service export a week ago from your company and all the research I have done! This is the 1st part of my review. We have used loves air to maintenance our AC unit for 3 years now. A week ago the tech Joel showed up and said everything was fine. We did have to add some freon a year old and was told we have a small leak & provided quotes. My husband decided to go forward with the leak & add more freon. Yesterday around 11:20 Joel showed up, as he was adding liquids, the compressor made a hizzing sounds & Joel attempted to cool it and it made banging noise & the whole thing stopped working l. My husband immediately came inside and told me" I think he messed up" and got very worried , he spent about another hour working and cooling and trying to get it to work and no luck. He came back and told us, the compressor went bad the same time he arrived it and quoted us over 6k for a replacement. I said no way, my AC was working before you showed up, it went bad because you broke it, probably because you poured it too fast. ( we chatgbt is right away as he was attempting to fix it) he said no, it's just bad luck. We proceeded to call office and a supervisor came out and told us the same thing, said just bad luck and they can't take any responsibility.I was in shock, I told them I do not have 6k to fix a part they broke and now I have no AC. I called office again asking for the owner and was told owner does not handle this and we will have a conference call Monday morning with office manager. I know this guy broke it and doesn't want to take responsibility. If owner see my review I hope you have the decency to contact me and make this right.

    I've been using this company for a while, but unfortunately, I've realized they've been doing the…read morebare minimum during maintenance. I recently discovered the rooftop unit had no filter installed inside it -- even though there's a dedicated slot for one. Three months ago, I called to let them know I had already changed the indoor filters myself. I was just being courteous, thinking I was saving them time. Not once did they explain that the rooftop unit also needs a filter -- or that I had options depending on the system's static pressure and setup. That's basic info any professional should offer. What's worse, when I had a second opinion done by a trusted HVAC tech, he found a large tear in the ductwork -- something that likely had been there for years. This company had been called out before to check that very issue, and they failed to catch it. Why? Because they never performed a proper static pressure test or thorough inspection. They just show up, do the bare minimum, and leave -- but still charge full price every time. And in commercial service, they know most people won't question it. This kind of neglect doesn't just waste money -- it shortens your system's lifespan and increases your long-term repair costs. Be careful. Ask the hard questions. Because unless you do, they won't...LOOK ELSEWHERE

When I called, I was treated very nicely on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Diagostic appointments are $89 during the week and $149 on Saturday. Our technician, Wes, was very professional, on time and easy to talk to. He came out and checked the unit (we needed a different fuse) and turned the unit on and got it running. I was very happy with the service from the ladies in the office to Wes our technician. Just a heads up, they have a monthly maintenance plan ($12.95 a month) that they will try and sell you. It includes an annual check of your A/C unit and of your heater. Any additional work or service calls are then 20% off. Just an FYI, if it is a good deal for you, then I would suggest getting it, if not, they will still service you. Thank you Honey's for making our experience a Sweet One!

The look at anything gave me the worst quote that I've gotten. He was three times higher than any other company I have haven't received.! Make sure to let me know that I'll get 10% back from Costco big deal. You've already tried to charge me three times the amount of anybody else.,! so don't waste your time with this company it's not worth it unless you don't mind getting ripped off! it's a joke!
