They make conversation, laugh and make you feel valued. Unfortunately, I could not get an appointment with either of these nail techs today so I booked with Sam. Omg.... BIG MISTAKE! She has so much attitude, not willing to give suggestions as I tried to figure out what color I wanted and actually told me "it's exhausting " to her when people don't know what they want. She smugly said "you can figure out what color you want but it's like in one ear and out the other until you've made up your mind". Soooo UNPROFESSIONAL ! Next time Linh and Kim aren't available, I'll just make an appointment for another day when they are instead of settling and being disrespected.

When I bring her my ideas for my nails, she usually has some way to make it even better and I always leave loving what we put together. And I consistently get compliments on my nail designs. What I love most about having Jenny do my nails is that she takes so much care, including that I wash my hands so often being a nurse. Also many hidden fees, I understand everything has a price but the way the services were introduced made it seem like they were already included.
