To Pho always hits hard. We ordered the egg rolls with shrimp and pork (10 of 10) to start. My wife got the brisket pho regular sized (10 of 10) and I got the brisket, steak, and tendon pho (10 of 10). The Thai tea was so tasty and not too diluted. The service definitely left a lot to be desired, normally we get to go but decided to dine in this time. Our waitress was kind but not attentive. Didn't refill beverages or check on us after dropping off our food (6 of 10). The owners ended up taking over service for our table. The vibe is about standard for a quick delicious dinner. There were a few tables with leftover food sitting after the patrons had left. Overall, this is one of our favorite pho spots in the High Desert but we'll probably stick to Togo orders. Certainly will be returning when we want some hot fresh pho.

Great, fresh food. Clean, quiet and inviting restaurant. Wish the little older lady there was a little more friendly, but other than that, try this place out! Super yummy.

Thought I do an updated review. I came here today just for their Chab Leang dessert. It's loaded with shaved ice, jello, fruits such as jackfruit, taro, tiny dried banana, and so much more goodness. It wasn't too sweet like it used to be. I would have preferred it a tad sweeter IMHO. Nevertheless, it was still a so very refreshingly tasty drink! The gentleman who took my order was very nice and pleasant. The Chab Leang was $7.50 plus tax totaling $8.08. He was gracious to accept my 4 rolls of nickels as form of payment. He saw that I was holding one more roll of nickels. He asked if I wanted to exchange it for 2 $1 bills... I said sure. I appreciate him for helping me out. Thank you so much sir! Too bad To Pho isn't closer to my house. Otherwise, I would come here more often to eat and drink. Thanks for the exceptional service and delicious Chab Leang! Till next time...

One of my favorite Vietnamese spots in the High Desert! I first tried this spot last month and I've already gone 3-4 times; my favorite item on the menu is the 17A Salty Garlic Shrimp. The service is good and the overall ambience is welcoming. Highly recommend

Food was the best!!!! I have been in search so far since I came up here to the high desert and I found it what's really good for me not only is the location perfect it has my cleaners, my nail shop, and my occasional trip to the dollar store.

Seafood Pho is excellent. $16. Milk Tea with Boba was also correctly made. $6. This restaurant seems kind of low key but it is a an enjoyable place to eat.

Pad See Ew, spring rolls, and Shrimp Pad Thai

The Pad Thai was very delicious but the spring rolls were bland but they were very fast, and the place felt cozy. I just wish they were better at their customer service, our waiter didn't seem to want to talk and didn't check up on us if we needed refills or anything like that.

Solid banh mi, I got the pork option and it was delicious in terms of flavor, texture, and overall balance of the sandwich. The service was quick but I can't speak much on the interior and service as we ordered to go. But I think this place has good flavors for their sandwiches, so I need to try their pho next.

I love this place. The service is always quick and kind. All the employees go above and beyond even with customers that are picking up their food orders. I always order their beef Pho with rare beef. I also order their shrimp spring rolls. Today I decided to go with the plain noodle pho. My boyfriend ordered the orange chicken, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. He also orders that every time. It's crunchy every time and the chicken isn't heavily battered. I definitely recommend this place, hands down.

Went to grab some dinner after shopping was really excited about the bahn mi and still ordered the brisket pho however noticed as soon as everything came out the pho broth look super dark .... Still tried yet realized that it was just beef bouillon in water there were definitely no bone remnants to be found not a float of collagen to be found but yet still tried to eat it and was very disappointed so I just ate the sandwich which was good server was nice but the man who cashed me out refused to take off the gross pho even though it was clear I didn't eat it Smdh let's just say don't go here if you really know your pho

Food service was quick and amazing they were all very polite and kind towards us ! Food was also so good and quality was great!

Foods good but customer service could use some work. Our waitress didn't have a good attitude the whole time serving us, I ordered a strawberry smoothie tasted artificial and off, my daughter wouldn't even drink it. I asked if they could make a different one and the waitress told me no refunds and no remakes. 7 dollars down the drain.

The Pho is quite good, but it's the customer service that's not up to par. They've modernized the place, making it more contemporary and quieter. I get that maintaining staff or dealing with absentees, leading to being short-staffed, can be challenging, but that shouldn't justify any brusqueness towards customers. read more

To Pho is very nice inside. You wouldn't think so by looking at it from the outside. It was really clean, and decorated very nice. I had to #15 with pork. It was pretty good and a great price. Spring rolls were ok, kinda plan. They chili that's on the table was really good and paired well with the food. Not that many good restaurants around here, but this one is worth checking out. read more

We've been here a few times and the food was always good. Went in yesterday and used the restroom first. The restroom was so disgusting it made me not want to eat there. I've heard of people saying this before, but couldn't relate. Now I get it. Makes me question everything. Also they still have Christmas decorations up. This lack of attention to detail just turned me off. We left before ordering. May try it again someday if they get their act together. read more

Best Pho in the High Desert by far. I really appreciate the cleanliness of this place, the freshness of the ingredients used. The food is great, the service is great, the dining area is clean and accommodates large groups at the drop of a hat. Even their restrooms are nice and clean, which tells you they pay a lot of attention to detail. The price point is a little up there, but you are getting what you pay for. read more

The service there is horrible. The waitress was there only once to give us our food. The portions are small. We had a problem with our receipt all of sudden see a tip amount for 19.00 dollars which we know we did not do. I know we didn't do that because the waitress definitely didn't deserve a 19.00 dollar tip. I called them and she's going to argue with me and say she didn't do that. If you go there definitely ask for the receipt and check the tip amount before you leave. I will never go back there it's not worth the money for the amount of food you get and the people there are shady. read more

We love To Pho! They never disappoint. Earlier in the week, I was sick & craving pho because the broth is magical. But To Pho was closed, so my husband tried another local spot & we felt let down by the quality of the noodles & overall lack of flavor and unctuousness of the broth that we've come to expect. Now today, getting to enjoy the level of excellence that To Pho consistently delivers, man, this meal is amazing! We ordered 3 #3 pho, bbq beef skewers, egg rolls, fried shrimp, Thai teas & Vietnamese coffee and the entire family was thoroughly satisfied with all of it. Can't wait for the next time we have it. read more

My time is valuable. I work long hours and when I go out to eat I expect quick friendly service. Prices and inflation are out of control as it is. I feel like businesses nowadays need to understand and react to this. That being said....we showed up, stood there for minutes waiting to be seated and then were told to find our own seats. Not cool. Then it took like it seemed like forever to get our drinks and take our orders. That was the worst of it....our food was amazing. Pho was on point...cant say a bad word on that. Maybe I should order for take home next time.??? Might have a better experience. read more

We are from the OC and looking for some Thai food. We tried their cream cheese wontons and Pad Se Ew(?) Wontons were good but the other didn't taste right. Needless to say, I woke up sick (on the toilet) Sorry, trying not to be too graphic. The waiter never checked on us Had to get my own to go box Won't be going back. read more

I was skeptical to try this establishment since I only get Vietnamese food down in LA. Although the good reviews finally made me do it. Restaurant its open full capacity now, however I decided to get my order to go. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite. Upon my arrival he greeted me as soon as I walk in. The atmosphere inside it's pretty cool and clean! The food was amazing! The strawberry smoothie was delicious, not too sweet, just perfect. The packaging was very neat. I got a rare steak pho and all the ingredients were on the side individually packed. Thank you so much to all the great people who work here everyday to keep this business running! AAAA+ read more

Really good pho soups! Haven't tried their whole menu yet but the noodles and rice plates are good too. I usually go for the brisket pho soup! 10/10 recommend. The chicken one is good too. Just tried their cream cheese wontons, they are very good. They have boba teas and smoothies, very delicious. Best place in the high desert for sure! read more

It's like my tummy found treasure and I do not want any of you to find it because that means I have to share it. Nonetheless, I appreciate unique food eateries and I type out my reviews when I can. I have been to To Pho three times (so far) and I enjoy everything from service to its food. I am a fan of their chicken pho, a hot soup dish with rice noodles soaking in broth at the bottom of the bowl waiting to be loosened and devoured with the shredded chicken, thinly sliced onion and green onion, and topping it with the plate of cilantro, mint leaves, sprouts and jalapeno (I am weak and do not use the jalapeno) that is served on the side. Frankly, I like the broth. I have been to other Pho places in the desert, and this broth tops my list. In addition, I am a fan of their Spring Rolls. This appetizer are three rolls with three pieces of shrimp, lettuce, rice noodle and (I think) mint, wrapped in rice paper. The big deal with these spring rolls is how well they are wrapped: it does not fall apart and it is not chewy. Plus, these rolls are commonly served with a peanut sauce and the peanut sauce at To Pho is delicious! For every time I ordered these rolls, the sauce has always been consistent in texture and flavor. Oh, and the BBQ Beef skewers is also a savory appetizer that I recommend. Though Pad see ew is a wide-noodle dish that is served in Thai restaurants, this is one (of others) non-soup dish that is served at To Pho. The Pad see ew is a dish with noodles and brocolli fried in an oyster sauce with your choice of protein. This is a wonderful combination of flavors and my boyfriend seemed to enjoy it with chicken. On a prior visit, he ordered chow mein which he also enjoyed. For beverages, we have tried everything. My two favorites are the Butterfly Blue Milk Tea with boba and the Sea Salt Jasmine tea with boba. Now, I never had Butterfly Blue Tea before so when I asked our nice waitress she simply described it as what it is: a blue tea. NOTE: No butterflies are in this drink. While waiting for my food, I searched the internet to find out that it is a blue flower tea. It had a unique taste, but highly recommend it! If you have tried Jasmine tea, the added sea salt to the Sea Salt Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba is wonderful. It takes the bitter jasmine tea and adds to the flavor. The addition of milk and boba balances the drink. Overall, To Pho is a wonderful addition to the High Desert community. read more

Solid Vietnamese experience. Picked this place because I was going to Pho Bellwood and they ended up being closed today. Beef Skewers were tender and flavorful. Special pho with quail eggs was good, the broth was bomb! The noodles stayed in a lump at the bottom and took coaxing to loosen up. Fried fish cake was not like the Korean fish cake I was expecting. Went up the hill to visit my sister in Hesperia and wanted to take advantage of trying a Pho/Vietnamese restaurant and glad we did! The service was great! The drinks were cold (got sodas and shared a very cold and delicious Corona). For food my husband ordered the Teriyaki Chicken (#16) and I got the Special Combo Pho (#1). Each plate was super tasty all the way down to the fries we order for our son lol Really wish I would have remembered to take pictures of our food to show how delicious it was! We are from Fontana and if we could compare it to any local restaurant it would be Fontana Pho on Sierra. read more

Such a great place to eat. Food is fresh and hot. Service is fast and friendly. It's hard to find a place that my kids enjoy as much as my wife and I do and they live to eat here. Staff is friendly and courteous. Always clean kickback atmosphere. I normally order the #15 and it's plenty of food. Highly recommend this high desert hidden gem. read more

I loooooove this place! I'm fatally addicted. Everything is so fresh and grilled amazingly! The beef skewers, garlic rice, salad wrap, egg, and soup--blends so perfectly. You can't go wrong with this combination plate at all. It's menu #15, and it's fulfilling. The Vietnamese sauce on the side, goes so well over everything, especially the meat! It boosts the flavor 10x more. Customer services are so polite and gracious. This restaurant is always clean and beautiful whenever I visit. There's such an elegant and peaceful entrance as soon as you enter--they always greet their guests. Overall, highly recommended. The best Vietnamese food I've ever tasted in my life! read more

First time trying this spot because of the reviews and it did not disappoint!! We got pho, beef noodles & broccoli, orange chicken, and Vietnamese coffee. Plenty of food for a great price, service is amazing considering it's a very self efficient restaurant! It was very clean, plenty of space to eat, and had a comforting ambiance to it. Didn't have much expectation to have good Vietnamese food out here. But even for this city, I think this place was not that great. Unsure where all the good reviews were from, but I find that the quality of the food was subpar. Pho soup was meh. The meat was super hard and chewy. Also ordered the rice dish with diced beef. Again the beef was tough and felt like chewing on rubber. Ordered drinks and they were all overly sweet. Wouldn't recommend this place even if this is not LA or OC. At least the parking was relatively easy. read more

Words can't describe how amazing the food here is. It is also full of hospitality, clean and amazing atmosphere. This is the restaurant that would quickly become your to go spot for lunch and for dinner! Their menu has many options and the food has so much flavor, it'll leave you wanting more even when you can eat anymore!! The Pho broth is extremely flavorful, the orange chicken appetizer is so delicious, the spring rolls are so crazy tasteful. Highly recommended to everyone. read more

We've been coming here for the last 3 years now I believe , and I've never made a review . But I thought I should . I love it here , it's always wonderful service , it took us the first two times to realize you have to press the button for someone to come over which I think is neat . They know our order by heart since we come so often , and the food is always amazing . Today I got a to go order of our usuals and I always get the chicken pho and the broth was excellent . I kept my noodles on the side and did my sauces in that because I did not want to mess up the rich flavor the soup was giving . Anyway , love them so much !! Always will come back ! read more

The noodles in the stir-fried pho were a little chewy, but I loved the bean sprouts, celery, and onions that came with it. It was a little saucy, which was great. The shaking beef dish didn't use any special cut of beef. They also didn't ask how we wanted the beef cooked; it came out well-done. There weren't enough bell peppers in the dish either. We will come back soon to try their pho broth.

Shrimp: literally just ONE shrimp (they halved them) in the spring roll. Beef: more like beef jerky. The meat was so dry and tough. Filling: pate on the bread, with a few slices of cold cut Vietnamese meats and a sprinkle of veggies. The baguette, along with the spring rolls were definitely overpriced. It looks like everything was just sprinkled on top. There were a lot of lettuce in the spring rolls, but even that wasn't fresh. For the price of the baguette, we could have at least gotten more veggies such as the pickled carrots/cucumbers/cilantro.
