The staff are friendly and prompt in making your food. The food is delightful and delicious. They make it fresh to order. Their dessert and drinks are pleasing as well. The restaurant is clean and organized. I also noticed that their seats are always push in and not all over the place. Tables are always cleaned after a customer dines in. Very little noodles were served compared to many other places I've gone. Lots of bean spouts instead. I am the ONLY person in the restaurant and once my food was served, I NEVER saw my waitress again. I needed a refill half way though my meal and nobody ever came. I'd been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance. First of all, when you walk in this place is beautiful on the inside and the staff is so friendly. I ordered to go, egg rolls and a pho soup with rare beef steak. They said ten minutes but I got it sooner. When I got home I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautifully everything was packaged! steak was separate so I could cook it in the broth, I got all of the veggies and sauces. Everything was perfect! They even put the little spoon in there which is not something I normally get at other places. Now on to the food itself: it was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect. Came in late last night for my 1st time at 8:15pm. The server thought I was waiting for a to go order though I was seated in a booth in back not in the empty seats up front. Ordered the large pho #5, spring rolls and a Thai tea at about 8:35 after flagging down the server who was very sorry. I always go down the hill for pho, but after work that's all I could think about. So happy I chose this spot. Broth was rich and delicious. Could taste and smell all the spices which I feel is lacking most other places. A lot of the time I add hoisin and sriracha, but I could not bring myself to ruin the flavor of this broth by adding sauce. Food came out quick, I was done and at the register at 9:00pm on the dot. The food is FRESH. This place is consistently good. The pho is delicious- rich broth, fresh vegetables. The chow mein plate was, again, delicious and fresh! The orange chicken plate- this is what good orange chicken looks like (not the fast food crap). Fat pieces of meat, juicy, sweet- delicious! I also recommend the spring rolls and beef skewers. I will say this about all the negative reviews. Definitely don't be in a rush. Seems like they were pretty short staffed. Which seems to be common since COVID. We have a huge shortage of workers. It was pretty good my husband had the fried rice so flavorful. The only thing that I had trouble with this place that's why doesn't have a five star. I love the ambiance and the relaxing music being played in the background. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with the menu. I got there right when they opened at 10 a.m. because I wanted to avoid the crowds. I could see this restaurant being successful as long as they keep the food consistent.
