It's a hole in the wall so you know it's gonna be good. The chicken fried steak was like a grandma core memory, if I had a grandma. The meat was so tender I could have cut it with a spoon. The gravy was scratch made with plentiful ground sausage bits and a little leftover sausage grease, a total Wow. Delicious, simple thin sliced fried potatoes were a great side. The meat appeared to be flap-meat and your choice of flour or corn tortillas. My breakfast was amazing. The meat was cooked to perfection! Tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The eggs were cooked to perfection as was everything else on the plate. I went with flour tortillas and they were steaming hot. Zero complaints and I ate every single item of my breakfast, cleaning the plate with my last piece of tortilla. My wife told me that she too enjoyed her breakfast very much, but after looking at mine wished she had went with one of the Guatemalan dishes. I am so happy we tried this place out!
