Very pretty place right next to the ronkonkoma station. Parking is a bit tight and they make you pay to park in the store parking so you might be better off trying to park in the station lot and walking over. Service is friendly but seems a little disorganized, we were there on a sunday afternoon around 3pm (not busy at all) and we got entrees before we got our drinks. The avocado toast was good but a little salty, the home fries were the best thing we ordered. Overall it's a very pretty place but it's pricey, and i'm not sure the food and service measured up.

Avocado toast and potatoes, potatoes were nice also, crispy

Stopped in Im a weekend afternoon, no wait, it was reasonably full and we were seated quickly. I just want d a nibble so I ordered the avocado toast and some coffees. One coffee came first and then we asked and they brought the second a bit later. Toast was very good and well presented , see photo. This is right nezt to train station . Parking is by the meter

The millionaire egg sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long time. Ordered for pick up and ate outside while waiting for the train. Customer service was super fast and the food is great. They have so much more seating then what I was expecting.

Steak and eggs, perfectly cooked steak

I've been here four times already and every time this place hits I've ordered four different things on the menu and I've enjoyed every bit of it

It was President's Day and it was packed. I was alone, and was able to grab a seat immediately to sit at the bar. Offered a drink and menu immediately. Fast service. I loved the decor of the place. I ordered eggs my way. Substituted my potatoes for grits and there was a special to add cookie dough pancakes for $4. Food: Turkey sausage (links) were meh... but honestly there is nothing exciting about turkey sausage. EGGS perfect. Toast perfect. Cheddar grits perfect. The Cookie Dough pancakes..... that mix with syrup..... sweet and lovely. A nice breakfast dessert. I loved seeing the manager move around and asking if everything was on. The server gave a good recommendation. The executive chef came out and I bowed. He laughed and talked with me. I complimented the entire menu of options and my meal. The only thing and I'm still giving them 5 stars. There is a 3.5% charge if you use a credit card. I didn't know this until I received the receipt. I had cash but just note this. Loved the coffee in personalized mugs

We went for brunch and we enjoyed our experience. Parking on the street if you are lucky enough to find a spot, if not you can pay for parking in garage, still within walking distance to restaurant. Busy establishment, but we had used their waiting list option. Open floor plan with booths and tables. We did notice they can put tables together for larger groups. We decided on Bloody Mary's for our beverages. One with Vodka and one with Tequila " Bloody Maria" both very good. I had the three Ring Circus. Eggs, pancakes and sausage. MJ had the blueberry French toast with Bacon, yummy. Service was good, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add an air curtain at the entrance to stop the cold from entering the dining area.

Toast at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma is worth a visit if looking for creative breakfast. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and a comfortable place to sit down. Service was good overall--friendly and attentive. We ordered the carrot cake French toast, and it was honestly delicious. It leaned more toward dessert than breakfast--very rich, sweet, and a huge portion. Definitely something you could share, because finishing it solo is no small task. Also tried the bangers omelette, which was a bit of a mixed experience. The omelette itself was excellent--plenty of sausage, and the caramelized onions with Irish cheddar were a great combination. Really flavorful and well done. Came with homemade rye, awesome. That said, I wasn't happy with the home fries. I had asked for them to be well done, but they came out undercooked anyway. I did mention it to the server but nothing came of it, which was a little disappointing. The home fries also included a mix of what looked like russet and sweet potatoes--I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes at all! I wish that had been noted on the menu. On a positive note, the fresh-squeezed strawberry lemon mimosa carafe was very good, and at $28 it felt like a fair price. Overall, a solid spot with some standout items, but a few small misses from my experience. I'd still come back, just with a better idea of what's on the menu.

Update: I came back to this location in December and had another great experience! I'm a big fan of eggnog, so the eggnog latte hit the spot! Also, I enjoyed the millionaires sandwich. Big size sandwich and had a sweet yet savory flavor.

Kickin' things off here it seems with the first review for this new Ronkonkoma Toast spot! And there's no better way than to say we've got a five star review on our hands (made up of two recent visits). I mean they'd have to be ones that just happened because Toast has only been open a few weeks now, but it fits in perfectly amongst the needs of Station Yards. Being in said Yards, the interior of Toast takes a page from its neighbor ("This is the Train to Ronkonkoma") and has subtle nods to locomotives and the like. There's plenty of tables too with regular seating as well as booths. I sat in each type and both were enjoyable experiences. The same can be said for the staff with the trips having friendly and personable people to interact with. Though as always, you want the food to be enjoyably edible and that was definitely the case at Toast. Their menu is pretty vast with a full page of breakfast and one for lunch along with specials to be had as well. My coffee option on my first breakfast trip consisted of the Dubai chocolate shaken espresso which maybe wasn't as Dubai-ish as I had hoped, but it was still quite tasty. Pairing with that was the Huevos Migas omelet which had chorizo sausage, tomato, onion, green peppers, and jalapeño havarti cheese. Wow! I loved that the chorizo was crumbled in and with the zing of havarti that omelet was an instant winner. So were the home fries (they almost stole the show). On my more recent second trip, it was an afternoon meal and so I flipped the menu over and tried out the land of lunch options instead. All winners on this side starting with a blueberry lemonade which was perfectly sweet and tart followed by the Toast House Salad which had grilled chicken, sliced green apple, red onion, candied walnuts, and Gorgonzola. Dang was it a well-made salad with all the ingredients really chopped up and mixed together nicely. Quick shoutout to the thinly sliced chicken on top that was super tender. Yum yum yum. Overall, Toast at Station Yards has hit the ground running (or chugging if we want to go with a train pun). Their food is superb, they have a nice staff, and the interior is fun. I'll be back at Toast soon...real soon. It's just a hop and skip (no jump needed) away from my home which means it'll be easy to continue to get five star experiences. Can't wait!

My wife and I love Toast Coffee + Kitchen. They've got a great menu full of wonderful brunch food & drink options. Their seasonal specials are always creative and tasty. We love their flavors of coffee. The Vermont Maple Crunch and Cinnamon Hazelnut are our favorites. They've got some good boozy brunch options too. You can't go wrong ordering anything off their menu and they've got a lot of vegan and vegetarian alternatives, so everyone in your group can eat comfortably! The atmosphere at the Stations Yard location is great and the staff have always been friendly. This place can definitely get busy on the weekend, but it's busy for a reason and worth the wait.

Eclectic, cool vibe, great food, good service. This was my first time at the new Station Yards location , the food and vice are the same as the order locations but the service is having some growing pains. Very good accessibility. I can recommend this location

Food quality was just fine not stellar. I deliberately sat at the bar thinking I'd get more attentive service. I was wrong. My service was subpar. My coffee cup sat empty throughout my meal and I was never offered water. I would have asked for something but the server was AWOL. I left disappointed not sure if I'll give it another chance.

I went to this new location of Toast early on a weekend morning. There was plenty of seating and everyone was friendly and efficient. The seating areas were comfortable and clean and it was easy to place our orders. The food was fun and flavorful. I would recommend coming here for breakfast or brunch. One thing that was a bit strange was when I entered the bathroom the lights came on as I walked in. After washing my hands and turning to head back to the table I noticed there was an individual in the other stall. This was strange because no one came in after I entered, so that means they had either been in there all night, or had been in there an extended period of time. So long that the motion lights went out. It was a bit disconcerting and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Regardless of the bathroom experience, everything else was good and I would return. However next time I will be going to the bathroom with company.

However, this place is sneaky about prices. Firstly, They do not list prices on the menu, and after seeing my receipt, I understand why. If you want to add mixed berries to your waffle, they charge you $1.75 per type of berry. I ordered a black tea with a splash of milk, and they charged me the price of a tea latte. They also refuse to give tap water, and make you pay for bottled water- a practice that rubs me the wrong way. It cost nearly $50 for two people to eat breakfast here. Overall, the place isn't terrible, but is not transparent with prices.

The staff are sweet, friendly, and so helpful, especially for first-timers. The waffles are incredible. There are so many options to choose from, so good luck deciding! I had the Berries Insanity fruit-topped waffle and the fruit was honestly the freshest I've ever had. My husband opted for the Gourmand waffle (a Bananas Foster vibe). He opted for a Liège waffle (chewy) and I went with the Brussels waffle (crispier) and both were amazing. Drinks are just as good, from coffee and espresso to tea, matcha, or juice. We also shared a Zinneken's breakfast meal and it was perfectly made. Everything was incrediblly delicious and made for such a great brunch. We can't wait to go back!

When my boyfriend and I went here on a Saturday for brunch, we were shocked to see that they had an…read moreextremely gruesome true crime show playing on one of their large TVs. There were toddlers and preschoolers in the restaurant with their families, so I asked the waitress to please change the channel. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me that she didn't understand what my problem was. I explained that there were graphic photos of people and crime scenes that aren't suitable for children, or really anyone else trying to enjoy their meal. That issue non-withstanding, I still don't think Over Easy is worth choosing over Hatch or Munday's. The wait for us was 20 minutes, which is the same for pretty much every other place in Huntington. It's also very small, so as a result the tables are extremely close together. We were seated in the middle of the floor, with waitstaff passing through very frequently on both sides. We had to constantly tuck ourselves in and watch our backs to avoid getting an elbow in the face. Our food tasted alright, but there were several issues. We both got variations of eggs benedict. I got the avocado BLT benedict, with avocado, tomato, arugula, bacon, and hollandaise on top of ciabatta. It tastes good, and I especially liked how orange and healthy the poached egg yolk was. However the ciabatta was pretty badly burnt. My boyfriend got the "classic" eggs benedict, which was served over toasted sourdough bread. This bread was ridiculous, over an inch thick and impossible to cut through without shaking the table and making a crummy mess. I would've thought the classic eggs benedict would be eggs with Canadian bacon over an English muffin; this one was just not the best.
