    My choice of breakfast!

We went for brunch and we enjoyed our experience. Parking on the street if you are lucky enough to find a spot, if not you can pay for parking in garage, still within walking distance to restaurant. Busy establishment, but we had used their waiting list option. Open floor plan with booths and tables. We did notice they can put tables together for larger groups. We decided on Bloody Mary's for our beverages. One with Vodka and one with Tequila " Bloody Maria" both very good. I had the three Ring Circus. Eggs, pancakes and sausage. MJ had the blueberry French toast with Bacon, yummy. Service was good, our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add an air curtain at the entrance to stop the cold from entering the dining area.

Food quality was just fine not stellar. I deliberately sat at the bar thinking I'd get more attentive service. I was wrong. My service was subpar. My coffee cup sat empty throughout my meal and I was never offered water. I would have asked for something but the server was AWOL. I left disappointed not sure if I'll give it another chance.

Update: I came back to this location in December and had another great experience! I'm a big fan of eggnog, so the eggnog latte hit the spot! Also, I enjoyed the millionaires sandwich. Big size sandwich and had a sweet yet savory flavor.

Kickin' things off here it seems with the first review for this new Ronkonkoma Toast spot! And there's no better way than to say we've got a five star review on our hands (made up of two recent visits). I mean they'd have to be ones that just happened because Toast has only been open a few weeks now, but it fits in perfectly amongst the needs of Station Yards. Being in said Yards, the interior of Toast takes a page from its neighbor ("This is the Train to Ronkonkoma") and has subtle nods to locomotives and the like. There's plenty of tables too with regular seating as well as booths. I sat in each type and both were enjoyable experiences. The same can be said for the staff with the trips having friendly and personable people to interact with. Though as always, you want the food to be enjoyably edible and that was definitely the case at Toast. Their menu is pretty vast with a full page of breakfast and one for lunch along with specials to be had as well. My coffee option on my first breakfast trip consisted of the Dubai chocolate shaken espresso which maybe wasn't as Dubai-ish as I had hoped, but it was still quite tasty. Pairing with that was the Huevos Migas omelet which had chorizo sausage, tomato, onion, green peppers, and jalapeño havarti cheese. Wow! I loved that the chorizo was crumbled in and with the zing of havarti that omelet was an instant winner. So were the home fries (they almost stole the show). On my more recent second trip, it was an afternoon meal and so I flipped the menu over and tried out the land of lunch options instead. All winners on this side starting with a blueberry lemonade which was perfectly sweet and tart followed by the Toast House Salad which had grilled chicken, sliced green apple, red onion, candied walnuts, and Gorgonzola. Dang was it a well-made salad with all the ingredients really chopped up and mixed together nicely. Quick shoutout to the thinly sliced chicken on top that was super tender. Yum yum yum. Overall, Toast at Station Yards has hit the ground running (or chugging if we want to go with a train pun). Their food is superb, they have a nice staff, and the interior is fun. I'll be back at Toast soon...real soon. It's just a hop and skip (no jump needed) away from my home which means it'll be easy to continue to get five star experiences. Can't wait!

My wife and I love Toast Coffee + Kitchen. They've got a great menu full of wonderful brunch food & drink options. Their seasonal specials are always creative and tasty. We love their flavors of coffee. The Vermont Maple Crunch and Cinnamon Hazelnut are our favorites. They've got some good boozy brunch options too. You can't go wrong ordering anything off their menu and they've got a lot of vegan and vegetarian alternatives, so everyone in your group can eat comfortably! The atmosphere at the Stations Yard location is great and the staff have always been friendly. This place can definitely get busy on the weekend, but it's busy for a reason and worth the wait.

Eclectic, cool vibe, great food, good service. This was my first time at the new Station Yards location , the food and vice are the same as the order locations but the service is having some growing pains. Very good accessibility. I can recommend this location

I went to this new location of Toast early on a weekend morning. There was plenty of seating and everyone was friendly and efficient. The seating areas were comfortable and clean and it was easy to place our orders. The food was fun and flavorful. I would recommend coming here for breakfast or brunch. One thing that was a bit strange was when I entered the bathroom the lights came on as I walked in. After washing my hands and turning to head back to the table I noticed there was an individual in the other stall. This was strange because no one came in after I entered, so that means they had either been in there all night, or had been in there an extended period of time. So long that the motion lights went out. It was a bit disconcerting and made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Regardless of the bathroom experience, everything else was good and I would return. However next time I will be going to the bathroom with company.

Service was outstanding. I sat with family and enjoyed a simple tea and toast today. My sister-in-law order the Matcha with blueberry, she let me grab a sip and it was very refreshing, perfectly balanced blueberry, it was sweet but not too sweet paired with the Matcha tea. Not only delicious but very pleasing to the eye it's beautifully displayed in their clear cup. This place feels upscale, trendy. The food options are plentiful. Can't wait to return. I thought it would be dead, but to my surprise it was still pretty busy! Its a small little place, but still a few options to sit down and eat or just sip your java. Bonus points for excellent music choice, very indie singer/songwriter style that made for a nice relaxing atmosphere. Starting with the reason you're probably going here, the coffee. I got a peanut butter latte, and my girlfriend got one of their winter seasonal choices in the ginger bread latte. both served hot. The PB was very smooth and lightly sweet, but the ginger bread one in my opinion takes home the trophy this time. As for lunch we did their sandwich/wrap and a salad combo, which as far as I am concerned is the best deal I've ever seen, Panera eat your heart out. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with a side caesar salad, and my girlfriend got the fig & brie sandwich, with a side peach and avocado salad. The buffalo wrap was nice and light with grilled chicken and a buffalo sauce that seemed almost more like a vinaigrette and the caesar was about as classic as it gets. The fig and brie was an unexpected plus for me and eats almost like a caprese sandwich, while the peach and avocado salad was super fresh, fruit in salad doesn't quite do it for me personally, so we split the trophy for our lunches. My only "major" downside is that the food is served on wooden paddles, I personally like a plate, but that is more of me just being a nit-picker more than anything else. Parking is pretty ample with spots both in the front and the back of the attached lot, but be careful when you're pulling up the first time, you're bound to miss it, I know I almost did!

We started out by sharing the fried calamari appetizer which was light and crispy on the outside and tender and tasty on the inside. The house made marinara sauce was a welcome addition. I loved the au jus which added an another dimension to the flavor. The lamb was tender and tasty. My husband had the 12 once filet mignon rare. He was so pleased that it was served exactly as he asked for it. He raved that the filet was absolutely PERFECT! It was so tender that it practically melted in his mouth. He truly enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. The ambiance was dark and quiet. We both agree that we can't wait to return to The Holstein Grill Steak House for another meal. Between the warm, cozy atmosphere and a live band playing, it felt festive without being chaotic. It's exactly what you want during the holidays. We went full "let's share everything" mode, starting with the Wood-Fired Artichoke-Spinach Dip Pizzetta, and wow. Spinach, artichokes, béchamel, shaved parm, mozzarella, garlic dressing, and baby arugula all working together in perfect harmony. Easy 10/10. I'm still thinking about it and already planning my next visit just to order it again. Next up was the crab rangoon dip, which was rich, indulgent, and dangerously good. Followed by the beer cheese jumbo pretzel. They wee soft, salty, and exactly what you want alongside drinks. Zero regrets. We wrapped things up with the Kung Pao Cauliflower Bites, and they were such a pleasant surprise. The tempura cauliflower stayed crispy, the General Tso's-style sauce had just the right balance of sweet and heat, and the cashews, sesame seeds, and scallions added great texture. Drink-wise, we shared a bottle of wine from their solid selection, but I also have to shout out their massive cocktail menu, so many options that I'll definitely be back to explore it properly next time. The cherry on top? We made our reservation on Yelp . Between the food, drinks, live music, and overall atmosphere, Husk and Vine was a total win for a night out. Can't wait to return!
