    Fig & Goat Grilled Cheese
    Kailey F.

The staff here was nice and the service was very fast. We ate inside, it's a very casual setting. I have heard of people studying here before. I got the fig and goat grilled cheese. The flavors were very good, it was a nice balance of sweet from the figs and honey and savory from the goat cheese and the flavor of basil fit in there quite well. However, for an $8 grilled cheese, I was surprised it was not a bit heftier. I also did a side of the tomato soup. Know that they have the tangier, more acidic type of tomato soup. This is just a general preference, but I prefer tomato soup with some cream or sweetness. My partner did the brisket grilled cheese. He loved the cheese it came with, did say the brisket was just okay.

The cutest grilled cheese gourmet sandwich place alive! They have a periodic table of cheese on the wall, everything is themed out. Our sandwiches came quick and they were super tasty. We had a Mac attack sandwich and the 101. The guy taking our order was friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

    This place rocks!!!

This place rocks!! Menu is simple enough for you to make a decision, and everything is unique and good!!! Fast service and clean place.

A simple order - gluten free chicken pesto with no cheese - somehow came with not one but two pieces of cheese. I sadly did not get lunch as I had no time to come back. Restaurant seemed unapologetic.

Nice spot. Fun. Different. I stopped in for lunch recently. I have never been a grilled cheese devotee, so this was a hard sell from the start. Wry clean. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good food. Just not spectacular. I would try it again for sure.

I love a grilled cheese and after a 2.5 drive I as running low on fuel (for me, not my car!). I saw Toasted from the road and decided to give it a try. I got the Mac Attack and oh my cheese was it good. Mac n' cheese + bacon + more cheese is always a good idea in my book! Toasted also had quite a few burger options, along with French fries and a few salads. Clean space and cute cheese themed interior. The person working the counter was friendly as was the person who brought out my food. Give it a try if in the area!

Braised brisket on gluten free bread. So good:)

Toasted has amazing sandwiches. It is one of my go-to's for lunch near the UCF campus. My favorite two sandwiches are the braised brisket sandwich and the buffalo chicken sandwich. I get both on gluten free bread. The sandwiches come with a good amount of meat and with cheese and sauce. They are very flavorful and always toasted. The staff is friendly and makes the food efficiently. They also have a separate gluten free menu for those with allergies which is great. They have a vegan menu as well and an allergy guide. I can't wait to go back:)

LOVED this place for a nice Saturday lunch. We had such a great staff member give us some good recommendations and our food came out quickly and was delicious. I got the Truffle Melt and added pickles (read: MUST add pickles), and we also got the Mac Attack. Both were fantastic! Perfect amount of cheese and bread toasted just right. Toasted does balance really well. Stop in when you're around the UCF area for some nice quality grilled cheese!

I recently tried the UCF Toasted location for the first time. It was my second visit to a Toasted. My boyfriend's taste buds are much like a kids taste buds. He loves a good grilled cheese. He ordered the grilled cheese than came with macaroni. Again, macaroni... every "kid" loves it. He said it was delicious and it looked tasty. We shared a side of their salted fries which were very good. The food was tasty and the service was great. However, I personally feel that spending a little over $20 for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and a side of salted fries is a little pricier than I would prefer to pay. Maybe I don't have that "kid" in me.

Keep in mind I'm not showing half the empty plate..
    Eric B.

I just want to start by saying I really wanted to like this place.. I got the Buffalo chicken grilled cheese, which had a good flavor but the chicken was a little on the tough side and made biting a piece off difficult. It would probably benefit from a slow cooker to really get it to fall apart. The bread was simple white bread, toasted very nicely and the cheese had a good flavor. And that was it. The plate it came out looked so empty. Not really big enough for a full satisfying meal. If they threw a handful of chips or fries on the plate I'd prob bump it up to 4/5 stars.. The staff were very nice and offered recommendations when asked. The establishment was very neat and clean. Not too busy at noon. Sorry but $10 will get you a lot further next door at Lazymoon.

This small restaurant has been around just 3 years, but already has a strong enough reputation that people are lined up outside before they unlock their doors. Plant-based tasty with a Latin flair? The lovely lady at the counter said her fave was the Crazy About You Bowl, but make it a burrito. Apparently, they will customize your meal to your preference. Respect. The toonah sensation wrap is a vegan take on a tuna wrap. I loved how fresh it tasted. The chickpea toonah literally had me second guessing if I was eating fish. The kale and other veggies were very fresh and honestly, it was so filling eating just half of the wrap. The plantain chips were a great side to the wrap. I really want to come back for their brunch and dine in the restaurant as they have some outdoor seating. This place is great for vegans and people are just looking for healthier and lighter food options with a twist!

It does have really good food, which is kind of the point. There is basically no parking and hard to get into the teeny lot. We tried the spring rolls. This was a 8/10. It's good and I really liked the way they used tofu to imitate what would have been the meat in a spring roll. We also tried the shrimp cha cha and added the tempura mushroom. This was a 8.5/10. Super flavorful and crispy and it is a lot of food for what you pay. That being said, they added a $3 uncharge since I added the mushroom. We also tried the taro milk tea, which was very sweet and flavorful but not overly sugary. This was a 9/10 and honestly surprised me. Love ya, Loving Hut. Service was quick, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the Tofu Spicy Cha Cha. The breading was super thick, but the bites were plentiful and tasty. I didn't eat the rice since there was so much breading on the tofu. The veggies were primarily red and green peppers, with some broccoli thrown in. I would have liked a lot of broccoli. The biggest disappointment was the lack of spicy heat, considering it was called Spicy. It came with a tiny bit of what seemed to be a Sweet Thai Chili sauce, but it was not spicy. A friend ordered the Drumsticks. It also came with rice, which was also plentiful and looked delish. The veggies were squash, carrots, broccoli, etc, and were plentiful and tasty. Friend did not care for the drumsticks however, as they weren't what she was expecting, rather just cuts of some type of protein in a thick brown sauce that was not what she thought it would be. Overall, the food was good, and I'd go back, but would order something better and be sure to ask for more spice.

BBB Tofu House left me absolutely speechless and wanting to order much more than we did, and we actually ordered a ton of food for only two people. The outside ambiance of this place is very unsuspecting. It's in a poorly lit strip mall in the Pine Hills area of town. Various furniture stores and other Asian restaurants and questionable wellness spas dot the mall, but inside, this place was beautiful. It was like a ruby encrusted coy pond, gently playing K-pop in the background. Very cozy. The service was incredible. These folks were so nice and patient with me as I asked them questions about many menu items, wanting to make sure I ordered the right things. The food came out at a very reasonable pace, too. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. And the food, it was wow. Absolutely exquisite. Started off with the Bulgogi Mandu (Beef; 5 Pieces). These are a fried Korean dumplings, and the thing about mandu is that they are probably the dumpling with the most filling packed into it. A massive amount of delicious beef filling, a crispy wrapper with a fun little crimping for texture, and a nice, subtle sesame-type sauce. Very good. I also had the Tteok-bokki, my favorite Korean appetizer. It is a chewy, cylinder-shaped rice cakes (tteok) simmered in a spicy, sweet, and savory sauce. And it was delicious. It was also the largest serving I've ever encountered, so it got kind of one-note. I recommend paying the upcharge for the Add Cheese. Then onto the Seafood Pancake. Look at this dang thing in my picture. One of the best things man has ever created. An intricately crispy outer layer of some sort of dough, containing within a cheesy blend of seafoods, all sliced up like a pizza and coming with that same sesame sauce for dipping. This was Super Bowl food, my goodness. I got the Galbi (BBQ Short Ribs), which is another Korean staple. Very mainstream, but for good reason. These short ribs are sliced crosswise, slicing up those muscle fibers, and leaving behind thin layers of delicious, tender beef. Being sliced so thinly also lends itself well to soaking up the marinade very good. So delicious. I finished off with the, here we go, the main event, Dolpan Kimchi Bokkeum Bap (Kimchi Fried Rice) (Kimchi, Beef, Peas, Corn, Carrots and Onion topped with Cheese). They'll ask you if you want the egg. Say yes. This magnificent creature comes to you as a mound of rice in a screaming hot stone bowl, with the cheese kept away from it. Tableside, the man cracks an egg on the whole thing, and then mixes the heck out of all of it, allowing the egg to cook and the cheese to melt. He then spreads it all out against the stone bowl, maximizing touched surface area, creating a crispy cheesy rice crust along the bottom of the bowl, making every bite amazing. You read all that right. And it was one of the best meals of my life not at a Michelin restaurant. I'm actually going to petition this place as a Bib Gourmand. It was that high quality. I'm in love.
