I've been following a vegan diet since the beginning of the year for health reasons. We were in the area and I got hungry. I found this place on a Maps search. I almost missed it because it's within Foxtail Coffee! It's such a cute and trendy establishment with indoor seating and outdoor patio seating. Housemade chick'n is paired with buffalo sauce, ranch, lettuce and tomato. The veggies were crisp as was the tostada. It wasn't overly oily (like some crunch wraps can be).
