Loved this place!! Not sure how it doesn't have 5/5. The guacamole was amazingly fresh, I could have placed 2 more orders of it. The house margarita was also made to perfection with just triple sec, tequila, lime juice and a little sweetener I believe (the waiter was kind enough to share the recipe) And lastly , the chicken tacos were simple yet tasty! I'd return and order everything the same!

Run, don't walk away from this place. We were the only ones there at the time- there 4 people on staff- they made our food orders tragically wrong, then charged us for 10.00 margarita that we never saw!! I can understand an error on the bill when a restaurant is swamped with customers- BUT WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE!! See the pic of check showing what they did...

Tocko is a cool bar / restaurant located on main street. It can be found on the second floor and offers a great open dining area that's also open to the bar area. It's known to be a whiskey/ tequila bar and they sure don't disappoint when it comes to beverages. The spicy Margarita is jalapeño based and I would highly recommend it. The chips are tasty as they too are also homemade. Order this with the guac! Server was nice, Juan did a great job Ian making our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Visit this spot!

I was exploring Frisco on my own, and had lunch here. From the moment I walked in it was a pleasant experience. Kind staff, excellent food, and a good view of the street below as it's on the second floor. I had the street tacos (split between shrimp and blackened fish; the shrimp was the winner). Plus a video arcade with couple of pinball games to boot. I'd come back here with friends in a heartbeat.

Awesome little sports bar that was very lively on a late Wednesday night. The waitress who served us was also awesome and professional. Drink prices are reasonable which will definitely have me coming back. Sadly, I was unable to try the food as the kitchen had just closed but what I saw others eating sure looked good. As for social distancing it was hard to tell. Bars have just moved to 100% capacity so there were quite a few people here sitting next to each other which may or may not have been apart of the same party.

Walking around downtown Frisco, we stopped in and ate at the bar. I hadn't been here for a few years, back when it was under the prior name/ownership, so I figured it was worth another try. The staff was friendly and they had Avalanche Amber Ale on tap: always a great choice. We shared one of their nacho dishes, which was huge. The toppings were great, but the beef was boring (didn't taste well-seasoned or anything). As an appetizer it was fine, but I'm curious if it's better in their tacos. Upstairs by the bar there are still some remnants of the old place such the general layout, tv's, and the area where there used to be the golf simulator. If you can, try to sit by the fireplace or at the bar.

Pictures can definitely make the food look better that's for sure. I was skeptical since reviews weren't looking so good but the last one gave me hope. Skip this place! Both service and food were terrible. There were only about 4 tables already seated/one sat after us. We waited and waited for someone to take a drink order - literally thought about walking out but my fiancé is more patient than I. Finally got a drink order and chips and salsa ordered. Again, we waited and waited. I finally waved down our waiter who blatantly admitted he forgot. To his defense, he did do the right thing and comped the chips and salsa and beer he had forgotten about. Onto the food - the chips and salsa were very good, sadly it was the best part. It was a little strange because it seemed the chips were both homemade and store bought? (See pic for reference). We both got tacos. My fiancé got the blacked fish (not blackened) and chicken. To quote him, he said "it was the worst fish taco he's ever had!" I got the blackened (again not blackened) fish taco as well and the Chimi Steak. Kid you not, I had to spit my fish taco into my napkin. It had that nasty fishy taste (you know, when you're like, if I continue to eat this - it could be reallllll bad)! I thought ok let's try the Chimi Steak - my two bites were so fatty I couldn't enjoy it. It was such a disappointment - it looked like maybe this place could be good but the food was just flat out TERRIBLE! With the service also being bad it's just not worth it. Frisco has other yummy places to go to.

Was craving some good food & drinks after a bike ride in the mountains and stumbled upon Tocko. Very cool spot on Main Street with a bunch of tacos, burritos, apps, and drinks. Friendly service and all the food looks great. My boyfriend and I stopped by during happy hour and ended up getting the $15 pitcher deal of Incredible Pedal - the pitcher was huuuge... definitely plenty for the both of us. On top of that, we got the nachos which were also huge! They were very tasty, deliciously flavored, and so filling. I definitely want to come back to try their burritos because those also looked very good!

DO NOT MISS THIS SPOT! Tocko is an absolute must! Y'all, my street corn loving heart was in absolute heaven. It's the best I've ever had. Be warned, though, it's a bit messy to eat (but messy food is more delicious). The tacos were phenomenal and my husband almost swallowed his burrito whole because it was so good. The jalapeño cornbread was a touch too sweet but still super yummy. You cannot go wrong eating here. The outdoor patio is cozy and the wait staff were so good to us! Next time we're in Frisco we'll definitely eat here.

The food was okay but this is the slowest service in Colorado. The food was brought out an hour and a half after we ordered and the burritos were cold. After we had paid and were getting up to leave, they brought us the dessert we had ordered 40 min ago. Don't go if you're hungry. Get the margaritas!! Loved being able to sit at the bar outside watching Main Street and look at the mountains. We ate the chips with salasa(my absolute favorite salsa), guac and queso. Would go here again just for that! Then got some egg rolls that were amazing! read more

Little kid friendly. We had 3 people that split 3 tacos, nachos and a burrito. We didn't even eat the burrito because we were so full. The tacos are the kind that you can make into 2 tacos (because they have 2 tortillas under each) and they were delish. read more

Went here on a Saturday afternoon, not very busy. Sat upstairs, great atmosphere and amazing view of Frisco, as locals we were very excited to find a new spot in town! Unfortunately the servers did not meet the expectations for this restaurant. They never paid attention to us, We were there for almost two hours and not once got a refill of water. They all seemed like they were not mentally all there. He kept saying sorry for the wait, stop apologizing and just do your job! Seemed like they we're wasted or tweaked out. It was very off for the ambiance of this restaurant, I had to ask a bus boy to refill my water. I'm just disappointed in this place, the servers do not match the quality of this place. read more

Tried to go to Tocko and the food looked really good, but we put our name on the waiting list and were told 45-90 minutes. When we went back around 80 minutes later to find out when they'd seat us, we are told the kitchen was closed. We were so hungry! They should let people know if they can't seat someone before the kitchen closes. read more

The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed but also classy, even the bar area. The music has a little variety but being able to play a song off the machine in the corner could make up for it to some. The bartender, Ashley, was super friendly, suggested a place to visit in the area only 8 minutes away, had excellent service, and really made us from out of town feel like we fit right in. Came here twice. First time amazing food and service. Second time food was still excellent and our service was fine. But some employees and friends were sitting behind us ( it was not busy which was fine that they were sitting) and every other word was foul language. Not happy with the change in food since the new owners took over. My wife and I ordered taco plates to go and were both sadly disappointed with our food. Stumbled upon Tocko our last night. Wish we'd have found it sooner. Saw the sign on ground level but never saw the entrance. We finally realized we had to go in and upstairs..definitely worth looking for. Byron took great care of us and was very friendly and personable. Coming from Texas...hard to beat our Mexican food...but, Tocko had the best guacamole I've every had! Drinks were pretty good too! read more

The food was very good. The take out experience missed the mark and parts of our order were paid for but not delivered. A big bummer with hungry kids excited for dinner. In the Covid era, take out is a lifeline to those not wanting to risk a dine-in experience. Businesses should take note and aim high. I can assure you that there are plenty of restaurants who managed to get take out orders correct. This is not one of them. read more

Several tables around us stayed dirty the whole time too. Nothing was awful, but nothing was particularly good either. Pretty forgettable overall.

Food: I thought it was going to be just so-so, Olive Garden level italian food. I was wrong! I first asked our waiter, Brian, for recommendations and he said they were known for their Mama G's classic red sauce. We ordered the bruschetta and I got the linguini and meatballs, which has the famous red sauce. My gf got the lasagna and the greek salad. The bruschetta was delicious. I really hate it when restaurants throw diced tomato and basil on toast and call it bruschetta, Greco's did not. The crostinis were perfectly toasted - crispy but didn't crumble everywhere and didn't cut up the inside of your mouth. The balsamic reduction over the bruschetta was delicious, but I think the tomatoes, red onion, basil and garlic were mixed with some balsamic vinegar or something similar before being added to the crostinis and glazed. Vinegar should always be used to brighten veggies, not overpower them, and Greco's nailed the vinegar-tomatoes proportion. It was fresh, crisp, flavorful, and had the perfect amount of salt to enhance the tomato flavor. My girl's greek salad was huge. I didn't taste it, but I trust her opinion, and she said it was delicious. She didn't finish it but did take it back to the airbnb and is already snacking on it again :) The lasagna was delicious as well. The noodles were thin, so it didn't feel like we were biting into a chunk of pasta toast with sauce and ricotta as the butter, which happens often with lasagnas. This lasagna had the best ricotta cheese I have ever had. I asked the waiter if they used a bechamel sauce in the lasagna because of how creamy it was, but it was just the ricotta! They do not make it in house, I asked, and I wish I knew where it was from. Gf still won't stop talking about the lasagna and called her brother to tell him about it, lol. The star of the show: The red sauce. Our waiter wasn't kidding when he said it's delicious. I genuinely got mad when I tasted it because I've always been proud of my red sauce, and no sauce has ever beaten my recipe, but now I'm determined to scratch my recipe up and recreate this one. Sauce is the most important part of a pasta dish, so a plain sauce always means a plain dish, and you have to depend on parmesan to make it better. Not this one! It was a beautiful, bright red, fresh, tangy, with the smaaaaaaaaaallest hint of spice. I'm wondering if they add a splash of balsamic reduction for the tang? Not sure, but sure as heck wish I knew. It literally tastes as vibrant and bright as it looked. If there's one thing you try at this restaurant, it has to be a dish with the red sauce. Lastly, we got a free cheesecake with a homemade strawberry sauce. I didn't know the sauce was homemade until I bit into it and I literally wanted to throw my spoon down and stand up out of pure bliss like that guy on TikTok who checks meat for tenderism. It was so good. Strawberry sauce is often overpowering, just a thick, nasty, too-sweet syrup, but this sauce tasted more like a jam. I loved it. Drinks: I got water. Gf got riesling. She really liked it! Environment: Warm. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're walking into a cozy, golden little restaurant. They do have TVs all over, so if you're into sports, good for you! The lighting was not bright but not dim, it felt....gold? That's the best way I can describe it. It wasn't too loud in the restaurant, so you didn't have to speak up and you couldn't hear other people's conversations, but it also wasn't dead quiet and we did go when there were only about 4 other tables being used. So I really don't know about how loud it is when it's packed! It was also warm in there, which is nice for a Texan like me who isn't a fan of the cold ;) Overall the environment was very warm and welcoming. Price: Fair pricing! Actually, pretty affordable for such fresh and local ingredients! Our bill was about $100 for what we ordered and the two glasses of wine. I think that's pretty fair! Staff: I didn't catch the name of the guy who took us to our table, but he was very welcoming and kind! We chatted about what we're doing here in Colorado and he let us sit at the booth table right next to the window. He said it was the best seat in the house ;) He was great! We also LOVED Brian, our waiter. He was so welcoming, kind, attentive, he knew all about the menu, he was incredible. He literally made our nights from how much of a doll he was. This was my first night up here in Colorado ever, so he was the first Colorado-ian that I spoke to! I truly hope everyone else here in this state is as great as he was. Brian was the perfect introduction to the beauty and kindness of this state. The red sauce was great, but he was the highlight of our dinner.

Not what I would call Mexican and not good. This place has been pretty bad for years. It seems to be under new management but please, taste your food. The burrito was just bland and the meat had that old smell to it. The service was pretty slow so we thought, fresh hot food, not the case. Bartenders are nice but they are a lot of places. This place needs work. There seems to be no theme in the restaurant and it appears to be struggling for an identity. Maybe pick mexican cantina and go with that. And, if you don't have storage, rent something, because storing empty kegs and trash all over your restaurant looks bad. I want to like this place. Please fix it up so I can. read more
