My experience with this place is slowly getting worse and worse. Luckily for them, I love the mango yakult and waffle....but they take forever to make my order. Took about 25-30 mins for todays order because they forgot to make my waffle. Also- the last 3 times I've got a waffle from here, it was never be a full waffle... only 2-3 full pieces and scraps.. 2.5 stars for the tasting of food and drink. 1 star for presentation of food. read more

Great service! The staff are really open to feedback. The space is nice and large, with a good selection of teas. Our favorites so far are the Hokkaido (?) with the coffee jelly, peach and strawberry green tea, mango yakult, and the kumquat lemon tea (my daughters favorite!). We always come when they're out of boba pearls and pandan jelly though. Wish they had more and covered their straws, but will continue to come here! read more

A great Asian Boba tea shop finally opened up in the heart of El Sobrante. They're apparently so new that this business is not officially listed yet. No need to go to nearby Berkeley, Oakland, or even San Francisco for delicious boba tea or snacks for now for now. So far as of today, the blueberry slush with aloe and jasmine caramel tea was very good. Will be in next time to try their other variety drinks and their snacks. :) read more

TOP TIER BOBA! This place is amazing!!! Amazing quality and taste that you can't compare to anything else. Not only thee drinks are beautiful so are the people working here! The customer service is definitely 5 stars. I love the cups and the interior design it's super cute for Instagram pictures. I got the passion fruit freeze & my husband got the brown sugar boba with fresh milk 10/10! BOBA is al dente and perfectmundo!!!! I live around the corner and after seeing this spot sit empty for so long, and the previous taqueria wasn't very good, I'm ecstatic to have a BOBA TEA SPOT!!! I've been here a few times now and I really like it. The drinks are good, fairly priced imo, and the interior is really nice. The mural and decorations are fantastic. So today, I visited this establishment for the third time. While I understand they are new, and may have a few kinks to work out, today's customer service was lacking, to say the least. So, the passion fruit freeze has been the only thing I've ordered. Today was no different. Went in ordered two passion fruit freezes. Just as they were about done, the blender with my order dropped on the floor. The person making my drinks, then asked another coworker to make my drinks so they could clean the floor. I thought that was a reasonable request. That person started, but the other person quickly abandoned making my drinks. They then started on another task, then a couple of minutes later (as if it were an after thought), asked yet another person to make them. So now, the third is making them and that person did try, but there was no "freeze" to my drink. It was extremely watery. When they finally came with my drinks, there was no apology for the long wait (at this point more than 15 minutes), no "thank you for your patience." Nothing. Based on this visit alone, my rating would have been 1 star, but since the other two were so good, More stars were earned for those. read more

I ordered the peach and passion fruit green tea at 50% sweetness but that was still a little too sweet for me. I didn't realize that they charge extra for any kind of boba or topping and I didn't ask them to add boba to my drink because again, I didn't know I was supposed to. I had car trouble yesterday and had to wait 2.5 hours for AAA, and my car was parked in this small strip mall. I went to CO TO Tea for the first time. Staff were all wearing facemasks. The inside was clean and chairs outside were also clean. There are no tables outside. A young lady allowed me to bring my dog inside. There were several tables spaced a good distance apart. I sat with my dog for an hour at the back table in front of the beautiful mural of a scene in Japan. I didn't have my cellphone to take a picture. The Blueberry black tea was so refreshing, real tea flavor and not too sweet, and without any dairy. I also had the fried calamari snack. It was the right amount of calamari rings and legs at the right price for a snack. There was only one person before me, so I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes for my tea, and no more than a few minutes for my snack. read more

You'll Have to park in the residential area Although the inside was nice, the ambiance is DEAD. No background music or TV... it's just QUIET. No one greeted us upon entering or Leaving. We tried to call and place an order and they told us to do it online on GrubHub or Door Dash. No worries. So we did that and show up and they canceled our order! We submitted the order at 8:30. We live around the corner so it took us less than 5 minutes to arrive. Unbelievable. Change your hours if you cannot honor it. We have two small children and getting them in the car to drive to pick up an order that gets canceled is incredibly inconvenient and is just unprofessional. We will not be going back. Fantastic customer experience. I had the pleasure of trying out the tiramisu milk tea. Coconut shrimps they were delicious! The place was very welcoming the mural was gorgeous the colors made it so peaceful. The thing that made this place stand out besides the easy to read menu with all the amazing choices, was the photo opp spot. I myself am to shy to takes pics in front of others but wow they had a great wall of flowers with a beautiful seat to take a wonderful pic with friends. Back to the menu they have a section with suggestions for best sellers I started there. Best choice for me. I will definitely be going back and enjoy more of the tasty choices they offer. read more
