After going thru a few horrible dentists.... And an okay one (but didn't accept care credit)…read more.. Ones who have been very judgmental and uncompromising for the care plan. I asked to change my care Plan, because of finances, and they said they would as long as I understand the risks. I said I did. Best dentist I have ever seen in a long time. One that didn't make me feel judged. One that helped me with what I could afford. I still have more treatment needed. But they are a literal gem, as far as I'm concerned. Wish I had gone to them sooner. My teeth probably wouldn't be as bad as they are, if I had saw them in the first place. At this point, I wish it was a 10 star review because they were wonderful. I will only ever recommend to them, in the future.

Around 8:00pm, days before the procedure the dentist herself called to inform me the nice office lady had made an error and that the $700 was for 1 crown instead of 2. I called insurance and they verified that their approval was for 2 crowns. Seems the dentist lied to me and threw her employee under the bus. Ultimately she refused to perform the work at the approved rate even though she had signed a contract with my insurance company. This was the 2nd procedure where the cost I was given ended up costing double. Very shoddy work from this office. Be careful... Dentist is not trustworthy.

I lost my job and have no dental insurance (well, I have state insurance but nowhere within…read more150miles takes it), and online I saw this dental office had a "new patient" cash paying special. I have religiously gone to the dentist since my 20's, so I desperately needed a cleaning. I went to gentle dental when I had insurance (last year mind you) and they were not thorough at all (I'll review them on their business). I was greeted the moment I walked into this office, everyone from reception, to dental assistant to dentist was incredibly kind, thorough, patient and easy going. I wish I had found this place when I had insurance, the care they provide is exactly what you would hope for.

We came in for Consult and the Doctor was with us for around 15 Minutes and he said he would not do Procedure and he told my wife he would write her Prescription and that didn't happen. I can't believe this Rips Off Senior Citizens and most are on Fixed Incomes. So I Definitely Not Recommend This Business to Anybody.

When we arrived they took my son back in 5 minutes and within 20 minutes he was done! What?! We went to the receptionist to make his cleaning appointment and she said they had a cancellation and if we wanted to wait she could get my son in next (again, WHAT?!) We waited about 30 minutes (well worth not having to come back another day) and my son got his cleaning. My son is 32 with Autism and he is very nervous at the dentist and he can be VERY talkative, the hygienist was so sweet and patient with him and made him feel very comfortable. I'm VERY impressed and so glad I didn't make our decision based on the negative reviews I read on Yelp. I did deduct one star cause the waiting room was pretty run down and could use a good vacuuming. Highly recommend!

I wanted to set my bite so that my top teeth were in front of my lower teeth allowing me to prep for veneers after treatment. Doctor Pritchard and his team have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, caring, professional and more importantly, they achieved exactly what I was looking for in an end result. From start to finish it has been a pleasure and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. I assure you, you're in great hands. I'm looking to continue this relationship for future years to come.

After my braces came off, I developed TMJ symptoms that I had never dealt with before treatment,…read moreincluding headaches, jaw clicking, muscle tension, and needing to stick to a soft food diet. My bite felt off, my teeth would squeak together, and eating became uncomfortable, especially on one side. When I brought these concerns up, I felt like they were minimized. I was told to take ibuprofen and that I was likely chewing too roughly or just adjusting to new contact points. Over time, I started to feel judged and frustrating to deal with whenever I brought up ongoing problems. I also had trouble with my teeth shifting. Even with consistent retainer use, I would develop gaps easily. After retreatment and about a year of TMJ problems, I tried again to discuss my ongoing pain and bite discomfort. The suggestion I received was Botox every few months, which would have cost thousands of dollars, along with working on clenching/grinding. The frustrating part is that I had none of these jaw issues before braces. My teeth were also polished in an attempt to adjust my bite, but I am still unsure whether that helped or made things worse. My bite is still uncomfortable, I developed gaps again after returning to nighttime retainer wear, and I still cannot eat comfortably on one side. It has been honestly depressing to spend over $5,000 on something I hoped would improve my life, only to feel like it made my quality of life worse. I expected some discomfort with orthodontic treatment, but I did not expect long-term jaw pain, bite discomfort, food limitations, and feeling uncomfortable advocating for myself afterward. I eventually went to a medical doctor and was prescribed muscle relaxers to reduce strain on my jaw, which helped with the clicking and headaches and cost me about $2. I still deal with muscle spasms and bite discomfort, but I no longer feel comfortable bringing these concerns up at this office. At this point, I'll be seeking help elsewhere. I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously, especially since these problems started after orthodontic treatment.
