This location is still serving very small servings. Nothing like the pictures show. Hopefully upper management can fix this.

Ordered with no onions or pepperoncinis. They don't listen or just don't care.

It's been years since I've come here. Today I remember why. I walked in. Placed my order for a Hot T. I was asked "with the works" and said no onions or pepperoncinis. The guy repeated it back correctly so I know he heard. Then they send you to the register to pay while they make it. It's a hot sandwich. But not really. I was surprised they just throw a few slices of turkey in the microwave. Nothing hot except dried out lunch meat. I got home and opened up my sandwich. Either the sandwich maker has the memory of a gnat or just doesn't care. Both onions and pepperoncinis inside. Waste of money. Not worth driving all the way back. I just won't be giving my money to them again.

During lunchtime, I decided to place a DoorDash order from this shop. I selected the whole Italian Sandwich and the potato salad as my choices. I made a long list of modifications for the sandwich. However, the staff made it to my liking. The meats & cheese were tasty, and the Dutch Crunch Roll was flavorful. The potato salad was decent too. Both items were filling. I would order more food from Mr. Pickle's in the future.

Waste of money! Ordered the AVOCADO sandwich and got TWO minuscule slices of avocado. Very upset about this

This is my go to place when I come home to see my mom. Always great service and tasty sandwiches. Most of the time I go for the French Dip with no cheese. Best deal in town.

I was visiting from out of town and I stopped in next door to get a coffee. I walked by this sandwich shop and it smelled, delicious. It was fairly busy, even before lunch time, so I knew it had to be good. I waited about 10 min total. Ordered the Della's Deli with the works. I was pleasantly surprised. The crusty Dutch bread was a treat. Good amount of meat & toppings. Plus they give you a cookie :) if I'm ever back in the area, I'm absolutely stopping here again.

Love their sandwiches. So glad we have Mr Pickle's again. I always feel that the other chain restaurants create "cookie cutter" sandwiches. These sandwiches look and taste so good. They are crammed full of a generous portion of meat, cheese, and fixings of your choice. Very tasty. Hubby had the Pastrami sandwich and I had the BBQ Tri Tip. We both got a bag of chips, soda and a cookie. Looking to our next visit and trying another sandwich Till next time

    Sandwich time!

My wife and I have talked about stopping by and trying Mr. Pickle's for a long time. Well, we FINALLY did this past week! Immediately upon entering the store, we were welcomed by the crew of workers which was nice. The location is clean and also located right next door to a Starbucks (with a drive through...just sayin'). They have a pretty large selection to choose from which is nice. My wife tried their chicken salad sandwich which she was happy with. I ordered their hot pastrami and the only thing that I was not really fully satisfied with was the fact that when the young man asked me what I wanted on my sandwich, I asked for black olives and he stated that he was sorry, but that they didn't have black olives. That isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but it is definitely something I would encourage Mr. Pickle's to consider updating as far as condiments/toppings. The creation of our sandwiches was quite quick and there wasn't anything incorrectly done with our order...which in today's fast food life, it quite an accomplishment! Thanks for a good sandwich, Mr. Pickle's!

Bad: Their "Kobe" burger was $29 or so and was a good portion size. The problem? Lacking any kind of flavor or seasoning. The beef was flavorless. The stroganoff was a good portion size but again it was severely lacking in the seasoning department. Good: Those who ordered the corn soup and the porcini mushroom ravioli enjoyed them. They especially enjoyed the sauce from the ravioli. The desserts overall were enjoyed by the table. The sticky toffee pudding, while not as rich as we are used to, was still relatively good; soft and moist enough. The dark chocolate oblong with mango passion fruit was enjoyed by everyone too. The interior remains unchanged; like a classy London gastropub. Service: communication is key. Where they dropped the ball was that we mentioned on the reservation that we were there for Father's Day and prime rib, which they do on Sundays. As you walk in you even see the sign for the prime rib special. We sat down and the server mentioned that there was no prime rib this weekend. I had even chatted with them on the reservation app and they made no mention of this. We could have gone somewhere else had we known in advanced. Our server was relatively nice too.

I got mine with no cheese and a side of onions, and it was every bit as good as I remembered. One thing that was a little odd was that my friend's plate came with chips and veggies while mine only came with the sandwich and veggies. I'm not sure if there was a difference in how the orders were entered, but it definitely caught my attention. That said, those chips were absolutely delicious. We liked them so much that we packed up the leftovers and took them with us while we walked over to the visitor center afterward. That's always a good sign when you're making sure not a single chip goes to waste. We've been here quite a few times over the years, and one thing that keeps us coming back is the consistency. The food is always excellent, and even on busier days they seem to keep things moving. During this visit the restaurant was fairly crowded, but we were still served promptly and never felt forgotten. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about Maison. It feels relaxed without being overly casual and always makes for a nice lunch stop when we're in Lodi. Helpful tip: If the chips come with your meal, don't leave them behind. They're surprisingly addictive and worth taking home if you can't finish them. The place gets busy fast, which is always a good sign, and the food absolutely lives up to the hype. Everything tastes fresh, hot, and made with care. The appetizers are consistently a standout, and the potato skins are a must. Get them Sicilian style. They're savory, satisfying, and the kind of starter everyone at the table keeps reaching for. Honestly, they set the tone for the whole meal. A quick tip: get there early, ideally right when they open. The parking lot is small and fills up quickly, but there is extra parking along the side of the building and behind it, which helps. Still, this is definitely the kind of place where arriving early makes the whole experience easier. And save room for dessert. Seriously. You have to get dessert. This is not the place to skip it. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, but that's part of the deal with well-loved local restaurants like this. The good news is your patience pays off. Guantonio's is warm, welcoming, delicious, and absolutely worth the wait. Here's a slightly punchier version too, in case you want it to sound even more like a real Yelp post: Guantonio's is such a gem in Lodi and definitely one of those local favorite spots that people keep coming back to for a reason. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and worth every bit of the wait. The appetizers are so good, but the potato skins are the real star. Order them Sicilian style. So good. Crispy, hearty, and packed with flavor. One of those appetizers you start thinking about before you even come back. Pro tip: come early, right when they open, because this place fills up fast. The main parking lot is pretty small, but there's more parking on the side of the building and behind it. Once you know that, it's a lot easier. Also, do yourself a favor and get dessert. Don't even debate it. This place gets busy, the wait can build, but your patience will absolutely pay off. Guantonio's is 100% worth it.

We obliged, but that was a service mistake I guess. Because once we were moved, every single table in the entire restaurant ends up getting some form of food on their table before the appetizer we ordered, fried potatoes, was brought to our table. I was literally looking for our waitress to complain as our food was coming out the door. As for the potatoes, my wife and I both thought they were average, and not worth the steep price...for fried potatoes. Now for the pizzas. Both my wife and I were happy with the pizzas. Both were tasty and cooked with the wood fired method I love. I was not the biggest fan of the crust, I'm a crust snob, and while the texture of this crust was great, the flavor was lacking. Again, overall, pretty good, despite the early slow service. But if I'm driving for pizza, I'm heading to Pizza Norcia.

The sauce does have a bit of a kick to it but it wasn't too spicy, well, at least for me. My salad was very good too. It was colorful and had an interestingly tangy dressing on it. It paired well with the sandwich. One was spicy and the salad was tangy but refreshing. My friend also ordered the pork schnitzel with beef tallow fries. I tried some of her fries and they were thin but still crispy. Overall the food at West Oak Nosh was so good and delicious! Service was good, prompt and our server was attentive despite being by herself. I think this place is great for the summer to have a drink and eat. Will have to come back for the drinks!
