I really love eating here -- the food quality and vibes are great. Service is fast too. Overall, the meal was good, but it ended on a disappointing note. After cooking my lettuce in the sukiyaki broth, I found a hair tangled in it. The soup warmers are built into the middle of the table, so it's not like I was leaning over my food all night where it could have reasonably been my own hair. It completely killed my appetite and put a sour end to what had otherwise been an enjoyable meal. To their credit, the manager came over quickly, apologized, and gave us 20% off the bill. I appreciated that they addressed it without any argument.
