There was so much chicken in my bowl, and plenty of rice and veggies to go along with it. The chicken was on par with most fast casual places. I did need to use lots of sauce though to get more flavor out of the bowl. It's nothing that will blow your mind, but it's a good staple to have in your lunch rotation!
