I am not sure what kind of meat it was but it was not steak in my Steak bowl. It looked horrible. It tasted as bad as it looked. It was not edible. Dont order online if you expect to receive what you ordered online. They also wont issue a refund when they messed up all 3 meals in your order. Manager is useless and incompetent and the "steak" is fatty and gummy. There is a reason the reviews suck. read more

Got home with order and in fact did not have any extra white sauce. Went back up there, asked for a cup for the inconvenience and was charged $2.13. Will not be returning. We ordered steak & jumbo shrimp, teriyaki chicken & jumbo shrimp, egg roll, spring rolls. All to go. I got 4 jumbo shrimp, my son got 6. They weren't jumbo. They were blackened on one side and very rubbery. My steak was supposed to be rare. It was in tiny pieces like the size of peanut m&ms. It was well done and dried out. The egg rolls and spring rolls were half the size of what you would get somewhere else. Our sauces were dumped in a bag & several had popped open. This will likely be our last trip here. There are too many other places that serve this kind of food and do it well. Management was notified. read more

My wife and I ate here today and we were expecting our food to be cooked to order but instead it was precooked and was placed in containers by the cashier. The food tasted good but it was not as hot as it should have been and cooled down quick. The ice machine didn't work and our drinks were not as cold as they should be. What happened to cooking food to order? Unless something is corrected we will not return and I see others not returning for the same reasons. read more

Friendly staff but food is horrible! Steak is supposed to be medium rare and it was tougher than alligator skin. Chicken taste like baked chicken with sauce put on top and sitting under a heart lamp. Don't waste your time or money. Very disappointed. read more

My husband and I absolutely love Tokyo Grill! It's always our GO-TO when we can't decide on a place together. I have been to this location several times and payed extra for Mushrooms & Broccoli yet they don't give me what I pay for. I have also been doing the Keto diet so the last two times I was there I told them NO RICE and of course they gave it to me anyway!! I'm very disappointed with this location because it's the only one that I've had issues with and it's now the closest one to my home!! First time last time. Thought I would have fresh prepared food not something on a steam table then thrown on a grill. Covers were off of food, very visible from in front of counter. Spring roll was just a bit bigger than a cigarette. How can they roll them that small. Had the steak, shrimp, chicken should have been good just was so so. The customer service is good polite employees but the food is terrible I got the teriyaki chicken and steak the chicken and steak were both over cooked and dry the chicken had barely any sauce. the foods okay. i more so have a problem with how the establishment is run. first off it's not that difficult to make hibachi steak with broccoli and rice. the whole deal with "we can't actually substitute broccoli in you can only get it as a side" makes no sense, just make it a substitute there's no reason for making it so complicated, i know it costs extra. second of all, i ordered through the mobile app and was CHARGED AND GIVEN AN ALERT MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED AND READY. we get there and they have nothing ready and have no idea of my order, even though we were told it was ready even given a pickup time. so my bf pays for it again just so we can get our food. when i go inside to tell them i was charged twice, they try to go around the situation blaming it on the app i ordered through. no. it worked and went through. your systems or workers aren't working or being responsible. same story when i called the next day to ask ab when my refund would come through, since they told me to call the next day if it hadn't. didn't understand what i was asking at all and kept blaming it on the app when it's THE STORE ITSELFS fault. i would def order from a different location and not waste my time here when tho food isn't even as top tier as it could be. read more

One of the first places I went to last week while visiting a family member. Apparently they have multiple locations throughout the state. The service was friendly and courteous. This place is one of the best quick places to eat in town! The food was all cooked perfectly; and I might add that their rice was done perfectly as well. Most quick places skimp on the portions, or the quality of the food itself. I am pleased to say this place do not do either of those. I am extremely disappointed in Tokyo Grill. I should have trusted my first instinct when I saw that they don't give prices for drinks either on the menu in the restaurant, or on their paper menu. Who are they trying to fool? I knew at that point the drinks would be overpriced. I ordered the Tempura Shrimp, and the Teriyaki Chicken entree's. After I received my order, I was told that they don't have any tempura dipping sauce. Maybe they should have mentioned that when I ordered it? Plus the tempura was terrible. 4 Shrimp, 1 onion, and one bad piece of zucchini. There was way too much breading, and it was super stale. If I wanted four pieces of fried shrimp with no Tempura sauce, I would have gone to Popeye's. When we received our order, they forgot the (2) 4piece orders of California rolls. The guy that took our order was nice, probably because he was new. The girl he was working with was rude to him and us. Out of the over $20 that I spent on 2 entree's, 1 large drink, 2 Miso soups, and (2) 4 piece California rolls. I threw 80% of it away. When we made the order, it was 9 o'clock. When the order was ready, it was brought to us in plastic bags. We were not allowed to eat it in the restaurant. I would not have bought a drink if I knew that I had to eat at home. Once home we found that the teriyaki chicken was pretty dry. Had I been allowed to eat in the restaurant, I would have definitely asked for more. I had to go back out, and get some food that I could actually eat. The next day I called them to let them know how sub-par my dining experience was. I was speaking with the same girl that was working the night before (supposedly the manager). She blamed the new-hire (whom I thought did an excellent job). All I was told was that she was SORRY. She was right about that. So SORRY that I wouldn't dare step in the place again. read more
