Endlessly Fascinating. The only reason why I really came into this store is for the fragrances. The Tom Ford Private Blend collection has some of the most unique and interesting niche fragrances. My personal favorites are Champaca Absolute, Arabian Wood, and Neroli Portofino. The Tom Ford scents are very rich, complex and mysterious. They remind me a lot of the pure fragrance oil "Attar" shops in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The beautiful scents alone make this boutique worth checking out on Rodeo Drive! read more

Love going into this store. Great selection of all things for mens and the service is pretty good as well. The sales person was very patient and helpful when I was looking for my sunglasses. A 'Status Quo' Experience Yep! That's what it was - here's my story: I finally decided to splurge on high end Cosmetics, and since you can only buy the line at this boutique store or Neiman Marcus, I decided to come here because its the flagship store in Los Angeles. Don't get me wrong nothing against Neiman, but I have never been to this store (only the Vegas location). In case you are wondering the cosmetic section is up-stairs on the 2nd floor (the staircase is totally cool - it got me dizzy without having a drink). Now, if you are a fan of hide-n-seek, you'll love the challenge in trying to locate the cosmetic section. Here's a hint: Lower your expectations (the Bare Minerals section at Sephora inside JC Penny's is way bigger). Suffice it to say that cosmetics are located in a small, uninspired, corner - GPS please. Sure, all the samples are open to sample but there's nothing else - no swabs, pads, etc. like at many beauty counters throughout any mall/kiosk etc., I tried to get help, but help was hard to come by; even after asking for cosmetics help several times. Don't know why the place was dead on a Thursday Afternoon?? Finally help arrived. It was like whatever! Even my open ended questions to explain their product line were a short one-sentence response that isn't worth repeating. So, instead of purchasing what I wanted to buy [foundation & blush] I only bought a lone item and decided to go to Neiman. Don't get me wrong, I was never going to buy the entire store, but for someone who finally decides to make the leap to high end cosmetics, my experience was ordinary and uninspired at this location. Just so you know, lip sticks, fragrances, and polish can be bought at many high end retailers so no need to come here. If you need foundation or something from the full-line then go to Neiman. You'll leave more satisfied and appreciated. read more

I love shopping and today I visited Tom Ford on Rodeo. I'm not a fan of shopping online because I appreciate customer/retailer communication. This place is the best run store I've ever visited. My sales associate Ayla was so knowledgeable and efficient in finding my needs. Very professional and spot on with her opinions. The men's manager Pirouz was an absolute gem of a guy. Even though Ayla had me under control, he was fully aware of what I was looking for and showed me other options without being pushy. He really knows how to style you. I've been in the store a year ago and they remembered me. If you want to look your best and get fantastic service. Tom Ford BH is the place to go. Great place!!! I think this is my favorite store on Rodeo drive. The service is great, they help you, they are not to pushy or trying to just sell you things! They actually think with you what fits you good and what's not. Ok you have to know that prices are high but if you are looking for a beautiful things and nicely made things then that's the place to go! If you buy your goodies from there then every time they box everything what is common for places like that but not only that they but your name on it! Tom Ford's store has wowed me. I rarely find a designer who gets everything right, from men to women, shoes to fragrance, jackets to bow ties, Tom Ford gets it right. The store itself is amazing. The mirrors on the stairs are kind of trippy in a really cool way. The staff is attentive and helpful. Of course, it's a bit pricey, but it is definitely a store where even just buying one item will make you happy. I recently bought an amazing pair of blue loafers here. Awful customer service, and the lipsticks are not what they are advertised to be!!! I bought Two of the Lips & Boys Lipsticks, and when the package arrived I only received one. So I called Customer Service and they told me the second one was on backorder, which was not advertised on the site, nor did I receive an email saying so. Now over a month after canceling my order and returning the lipstick, they have sent back the lipstick saying they cannot return it because the lipstick was used, which it wasn't! I called again and they said they couldn't help me. I have now tested the lipsticks, since I'm stuck with them, and they are patchy and not the colors they are advertised to be! I don't get the hype over their products and its honestly not worth the hassle if anything goes wrong! read more

She knows how really understand and connect with customers like myself. I felt she was really there giving me more knowledge and advice on the product, not so much as selling, and although on Rodeo Drive, I did not feel the stingy attitude that is usually felt through all the shops. I felt relax and calm while talking with Fatima I ultimately was extremely pleased with her conduct. I spent nearly $6500 there and went back the next day to tell them that the glasses that they sold me are defective, and they are crocked on my face, and the Chinese girl who worked over there "Who introduced her self as the manager named Risa" told me, to take the glasses somewhere else to get them fixed !!!!!! That got me furious, why the fudge would I spend $400 for shades to take them to get fixed the next day, and not where I bought them at. I asked them to change the glasses and they refused, and it was literally the next day not even 16 hours difference, and now I'm stuck with some crocked defective sun glasses. Please be aware of this bad store, I would deal with the Vegas TOM FORD store, at least they own up to their items. read more

So if you're a baller, and regularly splash the cash up and down Rodeo Drive, then I'm sure you already know how amazing Tom Ford is. But if you're more of a voyeur, maybe you've seen a Tom Ford dress or suit or two on the red carpet, and you're thinking...is this the place to go for that special investment piece? In a word, YES. And believe me, I am not a baller... Tom Ford's clothes, shoes and handbags are fabulous as you might imagine them to be, with an incredible attention to detail and what makes a woman feel good. (And I am a normal-sized woman with curves, not a stick). What made it even better for me was the people that work here. I came prepared to endure snobby service, and instead found everyone to be warm, friendly and approachable, but never condescending or pushy. As other reviews have said, the GM Charles is the BEST, and he sets the perfect tone for the store - no small feat on Rodeo Drive. I'd also highly recommend Fatima in the women's department - she is knowledgeable and fashionable, is honest about what works and what doesn't (which I think is invaluable), and is just a lovely person to work with. Honestly, it's not easy to strike the right balance when it comes to service....but the Tom Ford boutique in Beverly Hills gets it absolutely right. Even if the clothes are well out of reach (believe me, I get it) the store is gorgeous, the environment is welcoming and its an experience just to visit. I have high-end taste and am not ashamed to admit it. I'm willing to pay top dollar for quality and service. Tom Ford never disappoints. I have terrible eyes (600/20...yes, I'm blinder than a bat with its eyes gouged out). I have a plethora of glasses in all shapes and sizes and colors to match my mood. (I'm not gay, I promise...but I do have the great taste and style of a gay man!) Tom Ford makes up the majority of my eyeglasses and sunglasses collection. I recently bought another pair of reading glasses from Tom Ford and was, as usual, thrilled with my choice and the service at Tom Ford. That's why I am giving this place five stars...well, almost. Unfortunately, I had to knock one star off because they changed the color of my favorite glasses (I wanted a duplicate pair in case I lost one) but they didn't note it online. So what I received was different than before, and it was quite the cluster to get it figured out. However, the service both in-store and online at Tom Ford is so spectacular that I'm still a very, very, very, happy man who is clicking his heels together with joy at how handsome I look in my new glasses! Tom Ford is hands down one of my favorite designers. Everyone from Brad Pitt to Anna Wintour wears TF on the red carpet and his now that he's finally opened a beautiful store in Beverly Hills, we had to check it out. This store unveiled his first women's collection and you can find it upstairs. The men's selection is my husband's personal favorite. The associates are all impeccably dressed, the customer service is top notch, and you don't question why the prices are what they are. If you have the pleasure to shop here, make sure you don't stumble in on a Sunday as they are closed. Who else can stand out from all the other retailers on the block? They're now my new favorite cut, and I must admit they're even better than my Dior Homme's (I used to think it couldn't get better than those for men's jeans). Highly recommended! Worth every penny. Went in on a weekend for some cologne. Very friendly staff were warm and welcoming, which is not so common in high end fashion stores. We even had our puppy along with us, and the staff were loving the chance to play with her. They were very helpful in picking out some new scents and samples of some others I had interest in. This review is for the upstairs women's section. I have worked with Risa, one of the managers, every time I have been to the store and she has always made my experience amazing. Risa is so knowledgeable about all the products, she is fast, efficient, and encourages you to try different styles even if they are out of your comfort zone. What I love most about working with Risa is that she knows exactly how an item should look and fit and she is very honest about it. You will walk out of the store very confident with your purchase knowing that it looks great on you. If the size is not in store, she will immediately see where it is available. If you have questions, she is also very responsive when you text/call her. The tailor here is also very talented and makes everything a perfect fit. The only minor inconvenience I did have once was when I was told my dress would be ready on a certain day and when I came in to pick it up, it was not ready. So just make sure to call the store before you go in even if they say your item will be ready on a certain day. Also random tip: When walking upstairs to the women's section, look down. The walls are mirrored and you will get dizzy. read more

Beautiful designs and wonderful designer but store is not ready for prime time. Bought $2K shoes that fell apart after wearing twice (exchanged for new ones). Then ordered custom shirts. First they lost the order (only found out two weeks after when i called to check). Then when they finally took the order they failed to deliver by the new due date. Lastly, customer service is highly inconsistent. Nice people but totally unprofessional even for very basic things. Bummer because the store is beautiful and the designs are great. Great product if I ever get it. I picked out a suit, shoes, shirt, tie, and pocket square a month ago. Alterations were to be completed several weeks ago. I called the store to check the status only to find out our sales associate (Alonzo) no longer works there. The Manager (Charles) was taking over his sales. Were to receive order today priority overnight but that obviously didnt happen. Received a call from front counter at store that my order was ready to be picked up? Called them back 2x for tracking #, never heard back. Nice store, great product, very nice staff but absolutely Un-organized and can not follow thru. with basic customer service. If your in a rush or have a set timeline for delivery go to Zegna, Canaili, Armani etc as TF can sale you a suit and accesories but does not seem they have figured out how to deliver after the sale! read more

I have shopped here a couple of times. Maya was my original sales associate and she was awesome. She and her manager followed up with me on a large bag repair that I had and some other pieces that I ordered in. She also knew what she was doing and never tried to push pieces on me that would not work for a higher sale (as in, she worked in an LA fashion store and had a sense of fashion. go figure).
