I'd give 0 star if I could. TERRIBLE customer service. Pretty hard to believe a company of this size nowadays can have such rude customer service. After waited inline to return a defective jacket with a valid receipt within their return timeframe, the "store manager" Miranda Shmid spoke to me very rudely and refused to accept the return. After I explained to her this is completely in compliance with their return policy, which I kindly asked her to read on the back of the receipt. She THREATENED to call mall security when I was more calm than she was the whole time. All she offered was a fake 1-800 # to call. I was already physically in store and they could have easily taken care of me. After this experience, I will not shop or wear their clothes again. Congratulations Tommy, you just lost a customer for life. read more

The good news is that this outlet mall is awesome and clean and brand new. I even liked this Tommy store and it had a ton of great products and wasn't as crowded or stressful as other outlet stores. That being said, my mom and I received terrible customer service from a guy named Joey. He's the one with a blonde curly afro and a really poor attitude. Don't want to turn this into a complain-fest and I really dislike having to write negative reviews in general, but this guy totally sucked and really ruined an otherwise great place and shouldn't get away with being a jerk. No one was at the front register and I saw him ring someone else up previously so I sought him out when we were ready to check out. He literally gave me the biggest sigh, eyeball roll, and a dirty look and said "comingggg" as if I was his parent and he was a petulant junior high schooler. I literally couldn't believe how poorly he was representing the company in front of people that wanted to give him money. At the register, he asked if we were ready yet and asked if we wanted coupons. I straight up told him no and he kept pushing them on us and then put them in the bag. I don't know what this guy's deal was but it wasn't like he was trying to be helpful. I personally detest passive aggressive rudeness like this and couldn't believe the attitude on this guy. Everyone else in the store was awesome and friendly but I'm not going to go back. read more

I have been to the Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Ontario Mills since that's the only outlet that was close to me. We came into this store and the nice thing was that the store was clean and had a much better selection of items. It could be because they don't get as many customers due to the outlets being newer. The prices are amazing and although we came in to buy 2 polos and walked out with 8 and a number of other items. I would most definitely recommend this store. This is a shoppers dream store clean not busy huge selection and amazing prices. The sales people where also really fast nice and helpful. read more

Found everything I was looking for and then some! I love their entire sandal collection here, I got gold strapped sandals and cheetah print flats! The shoes I believe were 60% off and there were a lot of sales throughout the entire store. I'm pretty petite/slender and at the age where I'm too old for forever 21, etc. (and I'm just tired of shopping there because the quality is poop) and too "young" for other stores that I consider "women's" style (and everything is too loose fitting on me, I always have to shop in junior's sections) and Tommy Hilfiger clothes are the perfect fit and style for me! AND if you go to customer service they'll give you a little coupon brochure that has discount codes in (I believe) every store at the outlets, the TH one was 10% off of a purchase of $100 or more...better than nothing! The store was set up nicely and when we visited this location in December to Christmas shop the sales personnel were very friendly. I am giving it a three star rating for the horrid salesperson that we dealt with today,on 1/28/2017. My husband and I entered the store and were walking towards the counter when I heard "hi" from a male voice. There were several men around us and I couldn't quite tell who had spoken to us. I asked a man near me if he worked there and his response was" why else would I have said hi to you". Now I held my tongue, as I'm still holding true to my New Year's resolution of being a kinder better person for 2017, and didn't remind Mr curly head pompous boy that one didn't need to be employed on the clock to exchange common pleasantries. I then explained that we were hoping to get the same items we purchased in a larger size and was attempting to pull them out to show him when he walked away to the front of the store and with his back to us curtly responded "no" and "what else do you need?" . Now he did this unfriendly forced attitude for the next two items, never waiting or conversing with us. God forbid if he offered us another option, such as " I'm sorry we don't have this black jacket in your size, but would you like to see another color or different style?" There was basically no one else in the store and several employee's so no excuse for the rush. Another customer entered the cash register area and tried to say something to him and he was brushed off with the same condescending tone "I'll be there when I'm done", never finding out what the man actually needed. We were so rushed and feeling so disturbed by this salesperson's attitude that we decided to return the jacket and come back later when this employee wasn't at the register. He actually took our bag from my husband's hand and went behind the register and I had to ask for them back and when I handed him the receipt, he barked that he wanted to see the actual credit card used as well as my identification. I then saw that he was typing into his computer all of my information from my license. I asked him what he was typing and why did he even need my ID as the tags were all on the items and we had the receipt. He said it was mandatory company policy. He then wanted my phone number and I refused as I am an Attorney and know that he had no right to demand this information from me or make it mandatory for a return. I told him I wanted my Identification to only be used to check my credit card name match and no he did not have permission to make records in his system of my personal information. He gave me more attitude and lots of noises and clucks out of his mouth. He also was snotty and said I'm keeping the original receipt which had no other items on it. Again, this isn't customary retail practice. If the return did not go thru I no longer had the receipt for proof of purchase but he was such a snot that I didn't feel like arguing. Later we came back and exchanged one of the shirts for a bigger size and had a female help us and she was nice and told me we could definitely refuse to give personal information to them. If you want your store to thrive you can't afford to have staff that feel it's okay to speak rudely to customers. I have a big problem with rudeness and disrespect to my husband and self when I'm spending money in their retail location. We won't return here again any time soon unless we hear back that actions were taking to curb employee #1581 and train him with customer service skills. read more
