This Louis Vuitton store is always on point. They have the latest fashions and plenty of sizes and the staff is very friendly. They have a good amount of selection of clothing and shoes to choose from. Prices are high but's quality and worth it.

Overall I had a very decent time here. Some friends were visiting the OC and we wanted to do some shopping at LV so I drove us all over here. I had a good idea of what I wanted and told myself if its available then that's my sign to get it. The purse I wanted was available and I was also looking for a wallet. 4 of us walked in and was greeted by a friendly associate and shortly after DK helped us. We looked at bags and perfume and small leather goods. I showed DK what I wanted and he pulled it out and adjusted the straps for me to try on and he helped me put my essentials inside the bag to test out the space. The bag I wanted looked even more adorable in person so I knew almost instantly I would be getting it. DK also helped me and friend narrow down some wallets while our other two friends got help from Christopher for some perfume and a small purse. Everyone ended up making a purchase and we had a fun time. We did get a few perfume samples after asking for some. It would have been nice if we were offered water and receive small LV bags for our perfume and wallet, but apparently they were out of the smaller bags. Also, I did not get my items wrapped in tissue paper which is something I am used to. Those smaller details would have pushed this experience to a 5 stars, but all in all I would work with DK again. He was patient with our numerous requests, brought us many options to compare, and gave us his expert opinion to help us finalize our choices. We hope to be back soon!

This location is nestled inside Bloomingdale's at the South Coast Plaza Mall. One of my favorite store because a staff member knew me by my name. I guess you can say, I'm a regular. Once in a while, I'll make a purchase. It absolutely made me feel extra special though when someone remembered you. Well, not this visit didn't get the same treatment. I didn't feel the love and acceptance as I walked in. Felt being judged for my appearance, so therefore they decided not to greet me. Then out of the blues, I finally hear..."Hi, can I help you?" Thanks to Tina for turning it around and being so kind with her assistance. I already knew what I wanted, so she immediately helped me for check out. Fast and quick transaction. She even asked if I would like a bottle of water. Tina was genuinely professional and without her, I would probably walked out the store with nothing in my hands. Kind of sad how staff treated me, but glad there was one nice sales associate present at the time. I ended up with a pair of dazzling earrings to be added to my jewelry collection. Probably won't be returning anytime soon, but if I do hopefully better service will be provided.

When Louis Vuitton doesn't have what you want in stock, they ship it to you and you receive it within days. Thank you for your help, Zaid!!!

We'll never get anything repaired at this location again. My mother and I dropped off a speedy and a wallet for hot stamping and monogramming earlier this week only to find out that the store somehow lost both of our products. They didn't even have record of our customization receipt, even though we had the receipt that they handed it to us. The employee also never gave us a business card so we couldn't even get in contact with anyone directly. After multiple phone calls that went on during the course of an entire afternoon finally, we get a call from a manager with no apology, but confirmation that he did find our products How does this even happen? Almost $3000 worth of merchandise missing with no store record. Absolutely unacceptable for Louis Vuitton standards. Management resolved for that I'm grateful but this still shouldn't have happened.

So while we were out at South Coast Plaza few days ago, had to stop by the Louis Vuitton store. I believe this is the smaller Louis Vuitton compared to the other one but friendly staff and some nice items! Will be back!

I've visited the Louis Vuitton men's store many times. I noticed numerous salespeople moving about like ghosts each time, yet no one ever asked if I needed assistance. I had to stop a staff member to tell them what I wanted to purchase. LV is a must-buy during the holidays, so the store hires salespersons who don't care about their work attitude

My SA Lyn is the best! She got me the colorful monogram murakami collection! Teresa was a sweetheart tying the bandeaus on my bags and getting me the cherry boxes and bags for my cherry collection! Love this location, they are always so nice

Not what the brand it used to be, purchased a wallet exactly 1 year ago and the edging is already falling apart. Wallet is barely in the pocket, it's always in my drawer at work or on the tv stand at home. Contacted LV and was quoted $195 to redo the edging

Hello. I have a Palm Springs mini backpack where one of the leather straps is peeling a little bit at the end. Is that something you can fix and is that included as warranty?

It depends on how long you've had it. LV used to be really good with repairs, and now the charge to fix it. They can offer new straps for a fee, but they can take 3 or more months to fix.

Do I need a appointment to purchase a item?

Does this store repair zipper? Please help answer . And how much would it be .zipper from a speedy 30 crack and broke . In need to replace the zipper

Yes they do. They either will repair it on the third floor (takes 2 weeks) or if it's complicated they will ship it to the factory (takes 6 weeks). Zippier replacement on "speedy 30" $160-$200. If it's a small metal part only, it's $30.

There was a guy behind the counter looking like he was watching videos on the computer. I told him what I wanted to do and he vaguely pointed to two parts of the store that I could look in but offered no additional help when I was clear that this was all new to me. There was another gal who was eating lunch in a back room and I asked her if she minded that I ask a quick question or two. She was more than willing to stop her lunch for a couple of minutes and help me out. When the guy up front saw that I was talking with the woman he called to me from the front of the store that she was at lunch and then came back but didn't offer to step in and answer my questions so she could go back to lunch. Clearly the guy was interested in only collecting his paycheck while the gal, and while interrupting her lunch wasn't at the top of her list, was certainly willing to help a customer who clearly needed help.

Once we got going, it was great! Noah walked us through each step and was very patient with each of us, making sure we all felt comfortable with the process. I've had my Hein Gericke jacket for over 28 years, and have ridden about 140,000 miles while wearing it. The collar and one cuff were split, and some snaps were tired. Like another reviewer, I'd seen Anthony's ad in American Motorcyclist magazine, and was aware that they had a good reputation. I shipped my jacket off, and when I got it back I found two small disappointments, involving snaps on the neck and one cuff. After phone conversations and e-mails with Greg, I shipped it back, and got it back the second time with a refreshingly brief turnaround time. In addition to the factory-quality repairs (above info does not list alI work), I had Anthony's sew on a patch for me (for a reasonable extra fee), and clean and condition my old friend. It's now shiny, which was unexpected (an observation, not a complaint). I mentally deducted part of a star from my rating because of the need to send the jacket twice, but added back on part of a star for conscientious and friendly customer service. One small surprise: as a second back-and-forth shipping became necessary, I wondered whether Leatherworks might create a UPS return slip, as a former employer of mine always did for such situations. I'm not actually disappointed, as I'm aware that small businesses don't have unlimited budgets. The work was not inexpensive, but being able to wear a high-quality and well-loved garment for another couple of decades (if I last that long) is worth it. Accepting the cost was eased after I compared the purchasing power of the 1997 dollars with which I bought my jacket to that of the 2026 repair dollars. It was worth it.

I was quoted $175 for what was described as a simple refresh of the leather and color, which sounded fair for a quality restoration. But when I picked up the bag, I was honestly heartbroken by the result. The pigment was smeared and stuck all over the hardware, which hadn't been polished or cleaned at all. The color on the leather was patchy, with uneven tones and visible blemishes. What used to be smooth, soft leather now feels rough and sandy, almost like it was stripped instead of restored. It also looks like no waterproofing or protective finish was applied. I don't doubt that they do excellent work on shoes and smaller leather items, but based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them again with a high-end handbag. For the price and the promise, this was a huge disappointment.
