The repair shop is dishonest - tried to charge me over $800 to get my Passat to pass inspection…read more Most of the things they told me I needed to repair were not even on the state's inspection checklist. I got suspicious and took it elsewhere - I was charged only $35 (all it really needed was a brake light replacement).

Dana Automotive has a terrable service department. They are…read morerude and question the client at every step of the process. My car went in for a simple recall and a check on the remote entry key and came out not running proper with all the dash warning lights on. When returned to them they claimed it was not related to the previuos work completed. I found that they had rebooted the computer to fix the key and resulted in the car running badly. They blamed the bad work on me the client and charged $89 for a diagnostic that was thier issue in the begining. When I complained to VW of America and the owner of the company...Dana wrote me back a rude email stating it was my issue and he would rather not do any further work for me. I aslo had brought the car in for a recall item...leaking sunroof. They cleaned the car with a powerful cleaning agent that burned our eyes and smelled like an old outhouse. When we returned it, they told my wife that she was wrong and that it did not smell at all...what ever happened to the client is always right? over all I rate them low because they are rude, are unable diagnose or fix the problems and when the do something incorrect they balme it on the client and charge them for it.

This is our third car purchase with Lia Honda -- we've been coming here since 2007, and the cars we…read morebought here always lasted. After trying elsewhere and regretting it, we're back because the difference here is real. Desiree in Service was exceptional while helping us with our CR-V that we purchased from another dealer. She was patient, communicative, knowledgeable and made sure nothing was overlooked. She genuinely cared about getting it done right, not fast. The real reason we trust Lia Honda, though, is their Honda-certified mechanic. Absolute beast. The level of expertise, accuracy, and confidence in diagnosing and repairing our vehicle was unmatched. This is what real Honda knowledge looks like -- and it's exactly why paying more here is worth it. Alfredo Settembre in Sales made the purchase of our new Civic smooth and stress-free. Honest, knowledgeable, and respectful -- no pressure, just professionalism. You may pay more at Lia Honda, but you're paying for top-tier expertise, accountability, and peace of mind. We won't make the mistake of going elsewhere again.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more We went to this dealership specifically to test drive a Honda CR-V Hybrid. We explained to the salesperson that we have been researching and test driving several vehicles because we are seriously considering our next purchase. We also told him that we have owned 10 Hondas over the years, so we are certainly familiar with the brand and were genuinely interested in the CR-V Hybrid. His response was insulting. He told us that other people had called to test drive the vehicle and that he "can't put empty miles on his cars." We weren't there for a joyride. We are serious buyers doing exactly what consumers should do before spending tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle--researching, comparing models, and taking them for test drives. We understand that dealerships want to sell their inventory, but treating a potential customer as though a test drive is simply putting "empty miles" on a car is incredibly off-putting. Especially when we specifically explained that we have owned 10 Hondas and were seriously considering another one. We also told him that we are loyal to the dealership where we buy the car. That all of our service is done at the dealership. He stated, "It doesn't mean anything to me, I don't make any money on the service." To which we said, "The owner makes the money." He said, "I don't care because I don't make any money on the service." We have dealt with many dealerships over the years and have never experienced an attitude like this. We simply left. A test drive should be an opportunity for a dealership to earn a customer's business--not make a serious buyer feel like an inconvenience. Based on this experience, we will take our business elsewhere.
