Suds Auto Wash is great because you don't need to do any of that, you don't even need to talk to a person at all, it's all self service. You pull up, pick a package, pay with your card, drive into a little box, and a touchless system gets to work. That's the whole thing. In car wash terms you couldn't ask for more. 10/10.

This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. I brought it back to show the damages, and the person I spoke with tried to gaslight me, saying things like "only diamonds can scratch glass", and "it must be your windshield wipers." Even if the angle made sense, that would mean I had literal diamonds in my wiper! I filled out their damage report and was told I would be given a call, but that never happened. Thankfully insurance covered the repairs but this was a heartache on a brand new vehicle. I've had a good experience with oil changes here, but obviously will not be using the car wash again.
